UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SILIILAR ARTICLE OF TABLEWARE To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, Norman J. Mercer, a citizen of the United States and residing at Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article of Tableware, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof, and in which;
Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a spoon or similar article of tableware showing my new design;
Fig. 2 is a side elevational view; and
Fig. 3 is a transverse sectional view upon the line 3-3 of Fig. 1.
The essential features of my design reside in the portions shown in full lines.
The design is illustrated as embodied in the handle of a spoon but it is understood that it may also be embodied in forks, knives and other tableware.
The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article of tableware, substantially as shown and described.
