水素添加は、 一般に使用される接触水素化処理の手 段を採用する こ とが出来る。 即ち、 水素添加触媒と し ては、 ニ ッ ケ ル触媒 ( 例えばラ ネ 一 ニ ッ ケ ル ) 、 コ バ ノレ ト 、 白金、 ハ* ラ ジ ウ ム 、 ノレ テ - ゥ ム 、 ロ ジ ウ ム触媒、 これらの混合又は合金系触媒が使用出来る。 これらの 触媒は単独で、 固体又は可溶性均一錯体と して、 ある いは力 一 ボ ン 、 シ リ カ 、 ア ル ミ ナ 、 珪そ う 土 ¾ どに担 持された形で使用出来る。 さ らに、 ニ ッ ケル、 チ タ ン、 コバル ト な どを含む化合物を有機金属化合物 ( 例えば ト リ ア ル キ ル ア ル ミ ニ ウ ム 、 ア ル キル リ チ ウ ムな ど ) で還元して得られる金属錯体を用いて水素添加しても よい。 使用水素は、 通常は分子状水素が用い られるが, 蝕媒毒と る物質を含ま るい限 D水素含有ガスを使用 する こ と も 出来る。 水素圧は常圧フ ロ ーでも、 加圧系 のいずれでも差支え い。 温度は室温〜 0 0 'G、 好 ま し く は / ク °C以下である。

好ま しい製膜方法と しては、 別途製膜 した多孔質の 膜に被覆する方法、 緻密 ¾表皮層 と多孔質層からるる 異方性膜にする方法がある。
多孔質の膜に被覆する方法は、 前記有機珪素ボ リ マ 一を有機溶媒に溶解して、 こ の溶液の中に別途製膜し
た別の材料か ら る多孔質の膜を浸漬 して後、 有機溶 媒を乾燥する。
ボ リ マ ーを溶解 して製膜溶液にするに際 し使用する 有機溶媒と しては、 前記ポ リ マーを溶解させ、 又比較 的脱溶媒 し易い低沸点の溶媒であ ]9 、 かつ支持体と る多孔質の膜を溶解させない も のであれば特に限定 し い。
多孔質の膜の材料の種類に も よ るが、 例えば、 ベ ン ゼ ン 、 ト ノレ エ ン 、 ペ ン タ ン 、 へ キ サ ン 、 へ ブ タ ン 、 テ ト ラ ヒ ド ロ フ ラ ン等があげられる。
本発明に於いて用い られる多孔質の膜と はス ポ ン ジ 状構造を も ち、 その両面に開口 した孔を有する膜、 又 は膜の一方の面は緻密な層を も ち他の面は開口 した孔 を有する膜又は、 分子的に ミ ク π 超微細気孔を有す る膜であって窒素ガ ス の透過速度が、 単位膜面積 ( / cd ) , 単位時間 ( / 秒間 ) 、 単位圧力差 ( / (M H ) 当 ]3 の透過量で / X I 0一 cA/cA · sec · cm H9 上で あ る よ う も のを意味する。
この様な膜は種々 の方法に よ ってつ く る こ とが出来 るが、 例えば多孔質の膜材料に有機溶媒あるいは添加 剤を加えて製膜後、 有機溶媒あるいは添加剤を溶出す る こ と に よ i? つ く る こ とが出来る。

又ガ ラ ス な どの無機材料も使用する こ とが出来る ο 前記の有機珪素ボ リ マ ーを有機溶媒に溶解 し、 多孔 膜に被覆する場合の溶液濃度は、 ボ リ マーの分子量、 分子量分布及び溶媒の種類に よって異 るが、 ク · / 重 量 乃至 り 重量 好ま し く は、 / 重量 乃至 / 重 量 である。
濃度がク. / 重量 よ !)薄い場合には、 被覆する膜の 厚みも薄 く な 、 気体の透過速度は大き いが、 充分 分雜性能が得 られず、 又濃度が 重量 よ 濃い場 合には被覆する膜の厚みが厚 く な ]? 、 分離性能は得ら れる反面気体の透過速度が小さ く る る。
通常ボ リ マーの被覆量が多孔質の膜の面積 , £ ^当 ]? . / 〜 / に る様に選ばれる。
又多孔質の膜の厚みは特に限定 しないが、 f 0 fi 〜

多孔質膜に前記の有機珪素ポ リ マ ーを被覆する方法 は特に限定 しないが、 ポ リ マーの溶液中に多孔質膜を

浸漬する方法、 ポ リ マ ー の溶液を多孔質膜の表面に流 延する方法な どを行 う こ とが出来る。
多孔質膜上に被覆する場合、 又は他の方法に よ 製 膜する場合のいずれに於て も
(1) 膜の形状は、 中空繊維状、 チュー ブ状、 ス パ イ ラ ル状 、 平板状のいずれの形態に於て も使用する こ と が出来る。 ( 多孔質膜上に被覆する場合には多孔質 膜の形状を選択すればよ い。 )
(2) 製膜後更に膜の熱処理を行.う こ と も 出来る。
(3) 本発明の膜の表面にプラズマ重合等に よ 更に被 覆層を積層する こ と も 出来る。
(4) 膜材料の有機珪素ポ リ マーにポ リ シ ロ キ サ ン結合 を有する ボ リ マ ーを混合又は結合 して透過速度を改 良する こ とが出来る。
次に実施例に よ !)本発明の内容を説明するが本発明 の内容は実施例のみに限定される も のではない。

ボ リ ト リ メ チ ル ェ チ ル シ ラ ン の合成
2 0 0 ne フ ラ ス コ ·、 脱水 した ト ル エ ン / 0 0 w£、 モ ノ マ ー と して ト リ メ チ ノレ エ チ ュ ル シ ラ ン ?. 9
( . / モ ル ) 、 触媒と して六塩化タ ン グ ス テ ン 、 及び テ ト ラ フ エ 二 ノレ錫を各 々 3 ミ リ モ ルを仕込み / 〜
J °〇で、 / 時間反応 した。 反応終了後反応液に 約 / 倍の容量のメ チ ル ア ル コ ー ルを入れ、 生成ボ リ
マ ーを沈澱させ、 ^過及びメ チ ル ア ル コ ー ルに よ る洗 滌を繰 ]?返 し、 乾燥後 ^ ? の生成物を得た。
この生成物のテ ト ラ ヒ ドロ フ ラ ン に可溶の部分につ て ゲル ノ ー ミ エ ー シ ヨ ン ク ロ マ ト グ ラ フ ィ — ( 下、 O P C と略記 ) を測定 した。
G P C の測定条件は、 検出器東洋曹達製 R I — 型、 カ ラ ム T S K — G の ク H、 ^ 0 0 0 Ή. ^ 3 0 0 0 Ή. > 2 00 0 R ^ 溶媒テ ト ラ ヒ ド ロ フ ラ ン 、 流速 / m , 、 3" 'G、 ブ レ ッ シ ャ ー ケ ミ カ ル ( 米国 ) 製単分散ボ リ ス チ レ ンにて検量したも の で、 値はすべてポ リ ス チ レ ン換算 した。
前記生成物の 0· P C 測定結果は、 ボ リ ス チ レ ン換算 の数平均分子量及び重量平均分子量がそれぞれ , 0クク 及び《2 /, であ ]? 、 MW/ N 1 ί· ,3 3 であった。
又本生成物の赤外ス ぺ ク ト ルを測定 した結果を第《2 図に示す。 /, 7 cm—1 に炭素一炭素の共轭二重結合 の吸収が認め られる 。
本生成物は、 式 七 C = C を繰 D返 し単位とす
H Si(C¾)3 るボ リ マ 一である。

実施例 / で得たポ リ ト リ メ チ ル ェ チ ル シ ラ ンを ト ル ェ ンに溶解し ί重量 の溶液と した。 市販の ミ リ ポ ア フ ィ ル タ 一商品名 (平均孔 径 ク. 2 i :) を この溶液中に ·2 分間浸漬 して後、 風 乾して溶媒を除去した。
こ の膜を透過試験装置に装着し各種の気体の透過速 度を測定した。
膜の表面積は / · " ί^であ ]? 、 各々 の高純度ガス をボンベから取 ]3 出 し、 《2 気圧の制御圧で膜の高圧側 と接触させ、 透過ガスを膜の反対側で大気圧で捕集し、 透過量を経時的にガ ス ビュー レ ッ ト で測定 した。 ガス 及び装置の温度は =2 3 〜: I でであった。
各種の気体の透過速度を単位面積 ( / ατί ) 当 、 単 位圧力差 ( / cm Η ) 当 ]? 、 .単位時間 ( / 秒間 ) に透過 する気体の容量 ( CC ) を、 標準状態に換算 して表わ し た。
又分離性能を各種の気体相互の透過速度の比で表わ

産業上の利用可能性
本発明の膜は気体特に酸素、 窒素、 炭酸ガス 、 一酸 化炭素、 水素、 ヘ リ ウ ム 、 メ タ ン、 アル ゴ ン の少 く と も一つの気体を含有する気体混合物を互いに分離する 為に使用する こ とが出来る。
例えば、 酸素富化空気の製造に於ける窒素と酸素の 分離、 天然ガスか らのヘ リ ウ ム の回収に於ける メ タ ン とヘ リ ウ ムの分難、 水添反応排ガスか らの水素の回収 に於ける アル ゴ ン と水素、 メ タ ン と水素、 窒素 と水素 f MPI
の分錐、 ク ラ ッ キ ン グ ガス中の水素の回収に於ける、 —酸化炭素と水素の分雜、 燃焼ガスか ら の二酸化炭素 の回収に於ける二酸化炭素 と窒素の分離等に応用出来 る o '
