Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zur Wärmebehandlung, insbesondere zum Trocknen, von Leder und dergl., mit einer Behandlungskammer, in deren Wandung mindestens eine Heizeinrichtung angeordnet ist. Hierauf bezieht sich die hauptsächliche Aufgabe der Erfindung, nämlich die Gestaltung einer solchen Einrichtung in der Weise, dass eine hohe Verfügbarkeit und einfache Wartung bzw. Instandsetzung der Heizeinrichtung gewährleistet ist. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Heizeinrichtung mindestens ein in einer Ausnehmung der Behälterwandung befestigtes Magnetron mit einer Kühlvorrichtung aufweist, die mit der Behälterwandung verbunden ist, und dass wenigstens eine die eine begrenzte Lebensdauer aufweisenden Bestandteile des Magnetrons umfassende Baueinheit gesondert von der Kühlvorrichtung auswechselbar ausgebildet ist.The invention relates to a device for heat treatment, in particular for drying leather and the like, with a treatment chamber, in the wall of which at least one heating device is arranged. Die Behandlungskammer weist zwei in diametralen Wandungen angeordnete Türen STE, STA und eine Bewegungsbahn BB für das Durchschieben des Beschickungswagens BW auf. Jeweils eine der Türen, nämlich STE, ist für das Einfahren und die andere Türe STA für das Ausfahren des Beschickungswagens vorgesehen. Dieser ist mit einem vielachsigen Doppelradsatz RS für das stetige Ueberfahren der Türschwellenbereiche mit ihren praktisch unvermeidbaren Fugen F versehen. Auf diese Weise kann der Beschickungswagen rasch und störungsfrei zwischen den äusseren Rollbahnen RB und der in der Behandlungskammer TR angeordneten Bewegungsbahn BB verfahren werden.
In Fig. 4 ist eine Beschickungsalternative der Behandlungs¬ kammer TR abgebildet. Der Beschickungswagen BW ist als fla¬ cher Rahmer FR ausgebildet und wird auf Schienen S5H in den oberen Teil der Behandluπgskammer TR eingeführt. Vor der Behandlungskammer TR ist für diesen flachen Rahmen FR ein fahrbares Gestell FG angeordnet.
