THE HANDLE EQUIPPED A CARPHONE
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a handle, specifically, the handle equipped a earphone in the center of it.
BACKGROUND - REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
Heretofore, since a earphone used to located between the front seats in the past; it caused inconvenience and danger in calling or in receiving, what makes driver worse; calling with one hand and driving with the other hand.
In order to improve the objections and advantages from the earphone used in the past, this invention is equipped the instullation norm in the center of the handle, amplify the receiver and the transmitter in the phone, ON/OFF switch is able to be operated by the vehicle key, for the reason the driver can drive without turning the face and to protect robbing and using the phone by the other people. Further objections and advangages of the invention will become apparent from a consideration of drawings and ensuing description of it.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Fig. 1 shows an exploded view according to the embodi¬ ment of the invention. In the center of the handle 1 has a placing groove 2 for a earphone 3 with the transmitter 5 and the receiver 4 which being able to control with volume switch 6 and connected with a cable 7, the cable 7 is linked to the battery switching wire 8 and to the code wire 9, is connected to the terminal 11 of the keybox 10, the code wire 9 of the transmitter 5 and the receiver 4 is enlonged to between the front seats 13 and the said wire is connected to the socket 12 of the phone 14.
Above construction of this invention, when the engine is "ON" state, the battery of the earphone 3 will be "ON" state along with the transmitter 5 and the receiver 4 due to the connection of the battery switching wire 8 linked to the terminal 11.
Simultaneously, the person in the back seat also able to use the other phone 14, if necessary, as the code wire 9 connected to the socket 12 which is "ON" state too.
When the earphone 3 is attached to the handle 1, the cable 7 putting through the hor 16 of the placing groove 2, linked the battery switching wire 8 to the keybox terminal 11 in the handle 1, the code wire 9 can be enlonged between the front seats 13 or in suitable location of the vehicle.
After the earphone 3 is set up in the placing groove 2 and covered the lid 17, the cover lid 17 and the earphone 3 are fixed firmly to the handle 1 in order that the earphone 3 doesn't break away from the handle 1 while driving.
This invention can control volume of the transmitter 5 and receiver 4 by the volume switch 6, control the phone 14 by the switch of the earphone 3.
Since the earphone 3 can not operated without vehicle key 15, this invention protects the earphone 3 from the robbing or from using without permission.
This invention has also an advantage of reduce from danger of beginner as the earphone 3 is able to control with the hands while driving.
Specifically, another advantage is unable to take the earphone 3 out from the handle 1 easily because of the four concave 20 in the surface of the earphone 3 are putting together with the four projecting parts 19 inside of the placing groove 2 at momentalily.

C L A I MWe claim :
1. The handle equipped a earphone 3 comprising:
a. In the center of the handle 1 has a placing groove 2 for a earphone 3 with the transmitter 5 and the receiver 4 which being able to control by the volume switch 6-
b. The cable linking to the code wire 9 which connec¬ ted to the socket 12 of the other phone 14.
2. The handle 1 equipped a earphone 3 of claim 1 wherein said ON/OFF controller 18 of the earphone 3 is contains operating by the vehicle key 15 due to connecting the battery switching wire 8 of the earphone 3 in the handle to the terminal 11 of the keybox 10.
3. The handle 1 equipped the earphone 3 of claim 1 wherein said the other phone 14 the code wire 9 of the trans¬ mitter 5 and the receiver 4 is er.ionged to between the front seats 13 and the code wire 9 is connected to the socket 12 of the phone 14.
