Tatsache ist jedoch, daß nach dem Einbringen des Kunststoffes sich Kern oder Matte nach oben oder unten zu aufgrund Auf¬ triebs- und Strömungseinflüsse in unerwünschter Weise verschieben. Um hier Abhilfe zu schafffen ist es im Stande der Technik bekannt, die Kerne oder Matte während des Spritz- und Aushärtvor¬ ganges randseitig festzuklemmen. Der entschei¬ dende Nachteil dieser Maßnahme besteht darin, daß Kern oder Matte nicht allseitig ummantelt bzw. nach außen isoliert sind. Eine andere Me¬ thode besteht darin, durch Einbringen von Stif¬ ten oder Klötzen in die Form Kern oder Matte räumlich zu fixieren und anschließend die Form mit Kunststoff zu füllen und dabei auch Klötze und Stifte mit Ausnahme ihrer Au lagefläche allzeitig zu umschließen.
