- a manual pump connected to the valve (14) can adjust the damping of the walking movement by adjusting the pressure.
- the valve (22) can be closed and thus interrupt the circulation of fluid between the two chambers (3 and 4).
- the piston (6) is then immobilized, which has the effect of blocking the joint in this position.
- the valve (22) also acts as a non-return valve, and therefore allows the extension of the joint (expansion phase of the jack).
- the electrical supply to the solenoid valve (10) is provided by a battery.
