Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneidvorrichtung für ein elektrisches Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere ein elektrisch betriebenes Handmesser oder eine elektrische Schneidmaschine für Lebensmittel, wie z . B . Derartige Schneidmaschinen, sog . Allesschneider, sind mit einem Rundmesser ausgerüstet, das von einem im Gehäuse angeordneten Motor angetrieben wird . Entsprechend der zu schneidenden Lebensmittel ist die Drehzahl des Messers regelbar ( DE-AS 23 38 523) . Bekannt sind auch elektrisch angetriebene Messer mit in Axialrichtung oszillierenden Klingen .Such cutting machines, so-called. Insbesondere nachteilig ist dies bei Fleisch- oder Käseaufschnitten, die hauchdünn geschnitten werden müssen . Ursache für die o. a . Nachteile ist hauptsächlich die ungenügende Schärfe der Messerschneide und die außerordentlich hohe Reibung zwischen den Messerflanken und dem Schnittgut, wodurch eine Verformung der Messergeometrie bzw . der Messerführung erfolgt, was nur durch eine entsprechend aufwendige Konstruktion verhindert werden kann .
Auf dem gewerblichen Sektor, z . B . zum Schneiden außergewöhnlich zäher Werkstoffe, z . B . Gummi ist es bekannt, das Messer in Ultraschallschwingungen zu versetzen, wobei das Messer senkrecht zur Ebene der Schnittführung schwingt. Ausgehend von dem vorbekannten Stand der Technik ist es die Aufgabe dieser Erfindung, eine Schneidvorrichtung für ein elektrisches Haushaltsgeräte, insbesondere eine elektrische Schneidmaschine für Lebensmittel, zu schaffen, die die Nachteile der bekannten Schneidvorrichtungen nicht aufweist und bei der die Reibung zwischen den Messerflanken und dem Schnittgut so gering ist, daß eine Verformung der Schneidgeometrie bzw . der Messerführung vermieden wird.Starting from the known prior art, it is the object of this invention to provide a cutting device for an electrical household appliance, in particular an electric cutting machine for food, which does not have the disadvantages of the known cutting devices and in which the friction between the knife flanks and the clippings is so small that a deformation of the cutting geometry or. the knife guide is avoided.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 .This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung eines Piezoschwingers, der vorzugsweise im Ultraschallbereich arbeitet, wird das Messer senkrecht zur Ebene der Schnittführung in Schwingungen versetzt, wodurch die Reibung zwischen dem Schnittgut und den Messerflanken nahezu aufgehoben wird . Die Ankopplung des Piezoschwingers sowie die geometrische Form des Messers sind so ausgelegt, daß die Schwingungen gleichmäßig über die am Schneidprozeß beteiligten Messerflanken verteilt werden . Das Messer wird beim Schneiden nur geringfügig erwärmt und selbst hauchdünne Fleisch und Käseaufschnitte können geschnitten werden, ohne daß die Scheibenstärke ungleich wird oder die Scheiben ausfransen . Bei Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Schneidvorrichtung bei einem elektrisch betriebenen Handmesser ist vorteilhaft ein Ende des Messers nahezu rechtwinklig abgewinkelt. Der Biegeradius und der Messerwerkstoff sind an die Frequenz des Piezoschwingers angepaßt, wodurch das Messer in seinem Schneidbereich in optimale Schwingungen versetzt wird . Vorteilhaft kann das Messer zusätzlich über einen bekannten Antrieb in eine rotatorische oder oszillierende Schneidbewegung versetzt werden .
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher beschrieben . Die in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Schneidvorrichtung besteht aus einem Messer 2 mit daran befestigtem Piezoschwinger 1 . Das Messer 2 hat die Form eines Kreissegments und der Piezoschwinger 1 ist im Kreismittelpunkt des Messers 2 mittels einer Schraubverbindung 5 befestigt. Die Ankopplung ist so ausgelegt, daß das Messer 2 senkrecht zur Ebene der Schnittführung schwingt und die Schwingungen gleichmäßig über die am Schneidprozeß beteiligten Messerflanken 3,4 verteilt sind. Die Figuren 3 und 4 zeigen eine weitere Ausführungsform, wobei das Messer 2 die Form eines herkömmlichen Messers aufweist. Das Messer 2 ist an seinem einen Ende nahezu rechtwinklig abgewinkelt und der Piezoschwinger 1 ist an dem abgewinkelten Abschnitt 6 des Messers 2 angeordnet, wobei der Biegeradius R und der Messerwerkstoff an die Frequenz des Piezoschwingers 1 angepaßt ist.

Claims
1 . Schneidvorrichtung für ein elektrisches Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere eine elektrische Schneidmaschine für Lebensmittel, wie z . B . Brot, Fleisch, Käse oder dgl . , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Piezoschwinger ( 1 ) mit einem Messer ( 2 ) in Wirkverbindung steht und dadurch das Messer (2) durch den Piezoschwinger ( 1 ) zu Schwingungen senkrecht zur Ebene der Schnittführung angeregt wird.1 .
