The invention relates to a cosmetic container, intended for the sale of a mixture of cosmetic components for personal use, with a container pot for receiving the cosmetic components and a container lid.

In the cosmetic field, it is now generally known that optimal skin care by means of a skin cream can only be achieved if the skin cream is adapted to the respective skin type and condition as far as possible. To take this into account, various companies offer product ranges of skin cream products in which the individual products in a range differ in their respective adaptation to different skin types and conditions. However, the production and sale of such product lines is only economically possible if the number of individual products within a product line is relatively small. Therefore, an optimally acting skin cream is not available for every skin type.

In order to remedy this deficiency, a method has been proposed in DE-PS 41 10 299 in which the skin cream in the shop where it is purchased by the end user is prepared customer-specific only immediately before the purchase process. For this purpose, various cosmetic active ingredient components are stored separately in a container battery in the sales shop. On the basis of characteristic values of the skin of the person for whom the skin cream is intended - the characteristic values can be determined directly before the purchase from the buyer or have also been determined beforehand - the skin cream is prepared from a number of the existing cosmetic components using a predetermined scheme or based on the experience of the sales staff. This is done by dispensing quantities in a cosmetic container intended for the consumption of the individual. With the help of this method it is possible to adapt the skin cream optimally to the respective skin type and condition.

For the preparation of the skin cream, it is important that the cosmetic components added one after the other into the cosmetic container are mixed in as homogeneous a distribution as possible. In DE-PS 41 10 299, a cosmetic container is proposed for this purpose, which has a container pot for accommodating the cosmetic components and a screw-on container lid in the usual way. In addition, a mixing device in the form of one or more stirring paddles is provided, which extend downward from an intermediate cover into the container pot. By turning the intermediate cover and thus the stirring paddle, the cosmetic components are circulated in the container pot and mixed together.

A disadvantage of this cosmetic container is that an optimal mixing of the cosmetic components is not always possible with the aid of the stirring paddle or paddles. This has a corresponding effect on the effectiveness of the amount of skin cream removed in each case.

Apart from that, the constructive design of the known cosmetic container is complex. Handling is also cumbersome, because with each removal process the intermediate cover with the paddle or paddles must be removed and placed so that the skin cream residue adhering to the paddle or paddles does not come into contact with the deposit or other objects. The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a cosmetic container for the use of the process according to DE-PS 41 10 299 in such a way that thorough mixing of the individual cosmetic components is possible with simple means and handling is safe.

This object is achieved in that the container pot is designed as a flexible, preferably elastically stretchable bag.

A special feature of the invention is that the cosmetic container has a flexible bag for holding the cosmetic components. Using the method according to DE-PS 41 10 299, the individual cosmetic components can be added to the bag via its opening, wherein a base or active substance carrier filled in at the factory can also be present in the bag. After filling in the cosmetic components, their mixing is brought about by exerting pressure on the outside of the bag by hand in such a way that pinch gaps arise. It has been shown that a very effective mixing of the cosmetic components is achieved in this way, so that complete mixing and homogenization is achieved after only a short time. It is advantageous that the mixing takes place in a hygienically closed room without the aid of agitated objects.

In an embodiment of the invention it is provided that the open side of the bag can be closed by means of an end wall. This allows the bag to be made flat, as a result of which the cosmetic container can have a low height. The formation of the pinch gap is then brought about by exerting pressure on the fingertips in the direction of the end wall. The end wall is removed for filling in the cosmetic components and for removing the finished mixture. According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that the end wall runs in the inserted state in the region of the edge of the bag. It can be designed as an independent part next to the container lid, which is then connected to the holding ring to close the bag, for example screwed into it. However, the end wall can also be formed by the container lid itself or be connected to it, so that when the container lid is put on, the bag is also closed at the top.

The end wall is expediently flat and should be covered with a cover film or coating to which the skin cream adheres as poorly as possible. For example, this can be the same material from which the bag is made.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the bag is attached to a retaining ring on the circumferential side. The retaining ring can be designed in the form of a jacket in such a way that it forms a base which is open on the underside and surrounds the bag. However, this has the disadvantage that, after the bag has been emptied, a relatively large container part must be returned and disposed of with the retaining ring designed as a base. In this sense, it makes more sense that a stand separate from the holding ring is provided, the holding ring and stand being connectable or detachably connected to one another. Even if a detachability is not considered necessary, there may be manufacturing reasons for separating the base and the retaining ring. The retaining ring can thus be reduced to a narrow ring on which the bag can be easily attached. This applies in particular to the case in which the retaining ring can be placed or placed on the upper edge of the base. There is the possibility that the base has a vertical ring web and the retaining ring has a U-ring open at the bottom, which can be slipped over the ring web is. In this way, a smooth outer skin of the container can be achieved.

For fixing the retaining ring on the base, mutually encompassing locking elements are particularly suitable, which are distributed over the circumference as far as possible. They can be shaped so that a subsequent separation of the retaining ring and base is possible without great effort. To support this, the base should have an opening on the bottom that is sufficient to insert one or more fingers of one hand. In this way, pressure can be exerted on the end wall in the opening direction with the aid of the fingers. Instead of locking, other connecting means can of course also be considered, for example a screw connection with a thread rotating in the opposite direction to the container lid. In any case, an anti-rotation lock should be provided for the retaining ring so that it cannot rotate when the container lid is screwed on and off.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that the inner contour of the stand is at least partially adapted to the outer contour of the bag in such a way that the bag, when filled, rests against the inner contour of the stand. This simplifies removal of the skin cream and protects the bag against excessive loads, particularly at the connection to the retaining ring.

The outside of the container lid is preferably flat so that it can be placed on a flat surface for the mixing process in a wobble-proof manner.

A shape that is elliptical or tubular in vertical section is particularly suitable for the bag. It can preferably be attached with its upper edge to the inside of the retaining ring. In the drawing, the invention is illustrated in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. It shows a cosmetic container designated overall by (1), the individual parts being pulled apart in the vertical direction and partially shown in vertical section.

The cosmetic container (1) has four main parts, namely - from bottom to top - a stand (2), a bag (3) for holding cosmetic components, a retaining ring (4) and a container lid (5). The base (2), retaining ring (4) and container lid (5) are made of suitable plastics or glass in a dimensionally stable manner, while the bag (3) consists of a flexible and flexible material, for example latex or silicone, in an elliptical shape.

When the container lid (5) is removed, a carrier medium, usually in the form of an emulsion, is first filled into the bag (3). This can happen at the supplier of the cosmetic container (1), but also in the sales shop, where the sale to the end user takes place. Then the cosmetic components that are matched to the respective skin type and condition are selected according to type and quantity in accordance with a predetermined scheme and added to the carrier medium in the bag (3) one after the other. If the retaining ring (4) and the base (2) are not already present anyway, the two parts are then separated by pulling the retaining ring (4) off the base (2). Before or after, the container lid (5) is then screwed tightly onto the retaining ring (4) so that the end wall (22) closes the opening of the bag (3).

Subsequently, pressure is exerted on the outside of the bag (3) by hand in the direction of the end wall (22), essentially in regions and alternately. This results in intensive flow processes within the bag (3) and leads to mixing of the individual

If sufficient mixing is achieved, the unit is placed on the pedestal (2) as a retaining ring (4) and container lid (5) put on and fixed to this by locking. In this state, the cosmetic container (1) is then sold to the end user. For the removal of skin cream, the container lid (5) is unscrewed so that the open side of the bag (3) is exposed. The bag (3) is supported by the inner contour of the base body (6).

When the bag (3) is empty, the retaining ring (4) is pulled off the stand (2). This can be supported by inserting the finger of one hand through the through hole (8) and exerting additional pressure on the end wall (22). This will release the catch. After removing the container lid (5), the bag (3) can be refilled or - if this is not practical or permitted for hygienic reasons - replaced by a new unit consisting of a retaining ring (4) and bag (3) and container lid (5) and replaced new unit can be filled with cosmetic components.
