Abstract

The present invention refers to a new type of shoe, whose sole (2) can be easily mounted and dismounted by the user or he can easily change different soles (2) with the original cut (1) or different cuts (1) or the cut (1) can be worn without hard soles (2). Decorative or signaling parts (5) can be added or removed, these elements are joined by adhesive fabrics (3 and 4) such as, hook and loop fasteners (3 and 4), that can be joined and separated an infinite number of times, even when dirty or wet, without losing any adhesive power.

Description

FOOTWEAR WITH REMOVABLE AND INTERCHANGEABLE FLOORS

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently, in footwear of all types that are used from the baby to the elderly, the union of the cut and the lanyard is done in a firm and definitive way, which presents notable disadvantages such as the following:

- Air circulation is poor or zero. - The accumulation of dust, humidity and heat favors the proliferation of fungi and bacteria that cause bad smell and foot diseases.

- For the above reasons it can be said that they are unhygienic. - If they are made of leather, they cannot be washed because they deteriorate easily since drying is very slow.

If they are made of cloth, they can be washed but drying is difficult and the cut is commonly stained with dirt and moisture residues stored in the swab.

- It is necessary to have a type of footwear for each activity.

In the soles accumulate all kinds of parasites and dirt that go to the floors or carpets we step on.

They are uncomfortable during long periods of inactivity such as travel, extended stays in classrooms, waiting rooms, offices, etc.

In order to eliminate these and other inconveniences I developed a shoe in which the cut and the sole can be separated and joined, according to the user's taste and needs. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The characteristic details of this novel footwear are clearly shown in the following description and in the accompanying drawings, where the parts that compose it are indicated.

Figure 1 is a conventional perspective of a sports shoe with its sole detached. The number 1 marks the cut; 2, the adherible sole; 3 and 4, the contactel (hook & loop) with its curls and corresponding hooks; 5, tapes from the sole to the body that serve as reinforcements and protection; 6, rigid and non-skid tip or protection; 7, tongue coated or made with contactel (curls), in whole or in part, to adhere to its corresponding (hooks) in the cut; 8, contact laces that are knotted in the usual way and pendants are attached to the applications to prevent them from loosening or clogging.

Figure 2 shows the way in which the shoe cut meets the sole with the simple pressure of the foot.

At present, the shoes are firmly attached to the cut with the sole, but it has not been thought of adherent and interchangeable cuts and soles such as those proposed here, which is achieved with the application of the contactel (sailboat, hook & loop, hooks and curls). (Fig. 1, Nos. 1 to 4).

The principle is that to the cut of the shoe the part of contactel that presents the curls adheres while the hooks are placed in the sole. (Fig. 1, Nos. 3 and 4).

This invention solves some of the biggest problems that footwear presents to date. Some examples are mentioned below to illustrate the novelty and utility of the present invention, but not with the intention of unduly limiting the scope thereof. - This footwear will be 100% washable because drying is very fast since the sole or most of the sole is detached.

The curls of the contactel provide a cushioning that allows to reduce the use of spongy rubber that in addition to providing cushioning serve as deposits of moisture and bacteria.

- With the movement that occurs when walking, the air circulates between the layers of the cocktail, the shoe is ventilated and the foot is preserved at body temperature.

- The previous points show that with this new footwear many diseases of the feet can be avoided.

Upon entering a carpeted room, the user can easily remove the soles or most of them if they are dirty and thus avoid dirtying the carpet.

- When traveling, working in an office or sitting for many hours, the user will obtain greater comfort by releasing the hard sole of the footwear with which he will obtain the softness of a shoe.

This shoe is convertible from normal to light, which is used at home, since this shoe has a multi-layer layered, in which the first one is very thin.

With interchangeable soles and cuts (for tennis, basketball, bowling, etc.) different sports can be practiced without the need for special shoes for each use. - Common footwear may become industrial by incorporating armored, insulating or non-skid protections, depending on the protection that you wish to add.

- Being interchangeable cuts and soles attractive combinations are obtained in both colors and firmness or softness of footwear. Storage is easier since footwear of this type can be folded or crushed and stored - properly cleaned - in the same drawer of socks or underwear. - When walking, the two pieces of contact are more solid and do not come off even running.

It will be possible to add decorative elements such as figures, shields, emblems, slogans, etc., or signaling (reflective for cycling or jogging in the dark) adhering to the footwear.

- The soles for practicing sports that require greater efforts to footwear may wear ribbons that will allow them to be fixed to the cut and at the same time reinforce foot protection. (No. 5 of Figure 1). - The skates can also be coated with a layer of contactel (hooks), which will facilitate the placement on the foot.

The appearance of this shoe does not change essentially when the various elements are added or removed.

The illustrations refer to a sports shoe, but the more formal footwear can also be given the characteristics noted in the previous points. - By removing the sole from the footwear, the user can remove and put on the pants with the shoes on.

Claims

1. Improvements in footwear that consist of covering the lower part of the cut and the upper part of the sole with a contactel (sailboat, hook & loop, hooks and curls) so that the user can remove and put on the soles, use the Cut without sole, use different soles with the same cut or vice versa.

2. Improvements in footwear that are characterized because, as claimed in the previous clause, the sole can have extensions (also covered with contactel) that can adhere to the upper part of the cut.

3. Improvements in footwear that are characterized by having a contact stick attached at the top of the tongues and at the bottom of the cut that is in contact with them, in order to keep the tongues in place or adjust the footwear without the need to use laces.

4. Improvements in footwear that are characterized by the fact that the laces have a cocktail in all or part of their length or extension, in order to adhere and keep tightly knotted, to parts of the cut that contain the reciprocal side of the cocktail such as the tongue or outer parts of the cut.

5. Improvements in footwear as claimed in the previous clauses, which are characterized in that the sole consists of two layers that can be joined together and with the shoe cut.

6. Improvements in footwear as claimed in the previous clauses, which are characterized because some thick or rigid parts of the sole can be put on or taken off when the shoe is cut.

7. Improvements in footwear as claimed in the previous clauses, which are characterized by the use of orthopedic cushions and insoles, with a full or partial contact to fix inside the shoe.

8. Improvements in footwear as claimed in the previous clauses, which are characterized by the use of soles of different hardnesses and sizes, appropriate for different activities, as well as for babies or people who need comfortable footwear.
