Abstract
For a single outlet vascular catheterism device a set of couplings are provided for the coupling of the elastic curved sleeve (7) on the cannula (2) of vascular catheter and on the serum cannula (10) in the opposite side, with three options of mechanical junctions as demonstrated according to the drawings and figures 4, 5, 6 and 7. Flat rings (4), compressed metal tubes (12) and plastic tubes (13) are used, superposing over the elastic curved sleeve (7). Gathered to two more options of sheltering device of the puncturing guiding needle, one is used by hand strength by holding the saliented wings in the front upper part of the device, that is helpful for the extraction of the puncturing guiding needle, as described in the figures 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. The other sheltering device is automatic because of the articulation of the spiral spring, when the lock of the device is in operation, the puncturing guiding needle and the respective base is sheltered in the interior part of the spiral spring. This device is very advanced compared to conventional intravenous catheters that has the gauge close and open for total outgoing of the blood or a manual connection with the cannula's extensions of medicinal sera or the connection of lateral dosimeters in this delicate and improper area. Even though, the best option is in the device now presented, where the absence of blood extravasation problem is sure and keep the needle of the puncturing guiding needle safe through the automatic retraction. This device holds ideal set of connections that belongs to the most rigorous safe norms, avoiding thus possible accidents.

Identification and Description of the Indicators
( 1) Puncturing Guiding Needle which transfix in the lower back part of the elastic curved sleeve (7) and ready to get out from inside of the cannula of the catheter (2).
(2) Cannula of the catheter, it is reinforced by puncturing guiding needle due to its ╌ penetrating action to vascular duct, which makes connection to the front edge of sleeve of the elastic curved sleeve with the rings (4), (12) or ( 13) over the internal reinforcement of the belted filler sleeve (3).
(3) It is a filler sleeve with the curved belt shape. In the median part, it is made of hard and rustles material and has the part of interior embed a smaller gauge than ╌ the exit socket. The goal of the curved belted shape is to reinforce and strangulate the covered sleeve of the elastic curved sleeve with a belt of larger gauge.
(4) It is a limiting ring of the smaller gauge of the covered belted filler, which does not allow the trespassing of the socket with the largest circumference.
(5) It is a belted filler sleeve for the upper back side of the elastic curved sleeve, ╌ that is stored inside of the channel (8) of the elastic curved sleeve with its respective serum cannula (10).
(6) It is a ring with the same purpose as the ring introduced in (4). The only difference compared is that this one has a larger gauge according to the use of the
serum cannula (10).
(7) It is the "elastic curved sleeve", due to be the main part of the Single Outlet Vascular Catheterism Device. It has the essential function of communicating the light of the cannula of catheter to the cannula of infusion of serum ( 10), and it also ╌ block the trespass hole of the puncturing guiding needle ( 1).

( 9) it shows the butt base ot punctunng guiding needle ( 1).
( 10) It shows the cannula of the medicinal serum.
(1 1) It shows the introducing guide of the cannula of catheter (2) with rounded tip. ╌ It is the instrument for the placement of the cannula of the catheter from inner part of the elastic curved sleeve to be transfixed in the prior part.
( 12) It is a metal ring and with a certain width to superpose the edge of sleeve of the elastic curved sleeve ( 7), with a certain compression of the bite which is shaped over the covered contour of the belted filler, replacing the rings (4) and (6).
╌ (13) It is a plastic tubular part that superposes around the sleeve of the elastic curved sleeve, gathered to belted filler and the respective cannula (already covered) to be heated and shrinked in the sharpening by the heat applied for an instant locally, finishing in this way, the fixation of permanent mechanical sharpening.
( 14) Upper front salient wings of the retraction device and shelter of the puncturing ╌ guiding needle. The wings are used to support the specific extraction of the transfixed needle of the elastic curved sleeve (7) to release the anti-skidding material (7) of the plastic in the case of forced rear movement.
(15) It shows the retraction device and shelter of the puncturing guiding needle (1). Because it is possible press the bite lateral for the center direction. ╌ that blench in the skidding ramp in the internal side of the degree ( 18) of linear blocking of the base of the puncturing guiding needle.
( 18) It is a blocking point localized in the base of the puncturing guiding needle which chock in the linear slip of the right side line to the bite of the needle shelter device ( 17).
(19) It is a bite right beside to the final border of the linear slipping guide that avoid accidental clearance of the base of the puncturing guiding needle ( 16).
(20) It is an ovoid space located at the prior border of the slipping guide of the needle's base that is used for the introduction of the specific guide instrument for ╌ the pointing of the puncturing guiding needle to the orifice of the device's prior tip ( 15).
(21) The upper salient tip of the base of the puncturing guiding needle, linked to the lock handle (22) when it is forced in the trespass to the tip of the prior-interior of the automatic retractable device of the puncturing guiding needle.
╌ ( 22) The Lock handle is manufactured with a safe bendable wings on its edge. It is fixed to the embeds of your lateral strips (which can be made of wire) bended in the horizontal spilling slits (micro orifices) in the superior border wall of the tunnel, prior upper side of the tunnel of the spiral spring.
(23) The open viewfinder over the view of a blood signal of the base of the ╌ puncturing guiding needle, rightly below of the lock handle (22).
(24) Spiral spring has the first round link smaller, which blocks the head of the base of the puncturing guiding needle. In this way, it is possible raising up elongated of the spring's spiral when the base of the puncturing guiding needle is pushed forward by the intrusion of the protecting top (26) in your posterior part. ╌ Moreover, the last round link of the spiral spring has a larger gauge than the tunnel, which will be pressed against the edge of the border of the tunnel's socket through a cover (25) to capture the spiral spring.
(25) The cover of the double backboard is like a spilling hat with a profound wrinkle to match margin of the back of the tunnel's socket and of the spiral spring, ╌ what consequently make pression of embed to match and get fixed the last round link of the spring and the hole in its center is served by trespassing of the front protecting top of the puncturing guiding needle (26).
(26) The protecting cover of the needle and cannula of catheter is a tubular format, that can be used in an eventual rearming of the puncturing guiding needle, outside ╌ of your shelter, when it is introduced to inside of the spilling cover of the spiral spring's orifice (25) and push the posterior part of the base of the puncturing guiding needle forward, and consequently, match the handle (21) and (22) together, with light lateral reclined torsion of the protecting cover (26) to the base of the needle to embed with the internal lower marking frieze.
╌ (27) Markings of the backboard in the lower front part of the base of the puncturing
guiding needle with the prior internal bottom of the spiral spring's tunnel.
(28) It is the body of the automatic collecting and sheltering device of the puncturing guiding needle of the Single Outlet Vascular Catheterism Device and other conventional models of intravenous catheter, offering safe, with a simple ╌ touch in the lock, the movement of the collecting of the tip of the needle inside of the protecting shelter will be done with the retraction of the spiral spring.
The present specific complement for the Single Outlet Vascular Catheterism Device is a contribution of some improvements. It considers most rigorous safe norms against any possible contamination danger through blood, that can happen during ╌ the coupling of the catheter's socket, after a punction or an extraction of the puncturing guiding needle ( that happen without extravasation in this model of device ) or any accidental loose of needle. This kind of defect will not happen in this model.
According to the figures 3, 4, 8, 9, 13 and 14 which show the three possibilities for ╌ handling through the mechanical coupling and two automatic collecting and sheltering device of the puncturing guiding needle. The figures 1 1 and 14 show the manual use or automatic operation of non-locked spiral spring' s strength.
