Abstract

A method and apparatus for creating and using a stable plasma inside a solid (100) by providing a solid material (100) with a lattice containing cavities of a size that will allow the formation and retention of stable plasma therein and, causing particles to enter the lattice of the solid (100) and become a stable plasma therein.
