Description

Trennwandvorrichtung für Ladenlokale Partitioning device for shops
The present invention relates to a partition device for commercial premises and / or shops according to the preamble of claim 1.
In the division of commercial premises, offices and shops, the dry construction of partition walls has become established in recent years. Drywall has no load-bearing function and therefore allows an arbitrary division of space between large floors or large commercial premises and shops. However, the lack of load-bearing capacity of such walls represents a clear disadvantage, since decoration or presentation devices can only be designed as freestanding or else must be installed with the aid of a support device installed in front of the respective drywall. It is therefore common practice in shopfitting to place a further wall structure in front of the drywall that meets the requirements for load-bearing capacity. However, this procedure is very time-consuming and therefore involves considerable costs, the costs for the store expansion having to be seen against the background of the average shop usage time, which is only a few years on average. When the shop is being expanded, the demolition costs and the disposal of the drywall wall materials must therefore also be expected in addition to the dismantling costs. The same applies to remodeling work, which requires a complete demolition and rebuilding of a wall to be moved. Experience has shown that approximately 0.2 m 3 of building rubble accumulates per square meter of wall area in the partition wall area, which can only be reprocessed to an insignificant extent and must therefore be disposed of.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a dividing wall device which makes additional wall structures for accommodating decorative or presentation devices unnecessary, which can be flexibly assembled and disassembled and which generates small amounts of waste.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of the protection claim 1, expedient embodiments being described by the subclaims.
A partition wall device is provided for commercial premises and / or shop premises, which according to the invention consist of combinable assembly and disassembly modular elements. The modular elements include at least base frames, wall surface elements, elements for fastening presentation devices, connecting devices for the modular elements to one another, branches, crossings and assembly elements for fixing the basic frames between the floor ceiling and floor. The dimensions of the wall-forming elements, ie the base frame, wall surface elements, etc., preferably correspond to a grid, different, customary dimensions being provided. It is also conceivable to design at least the base frame adjustable in height and width, so that an even more flexible connection to the respective spatial conditions is possible. The base frames are preferably formed from hollow steel profiles which are screwed together, welded or connected in some other suitable way. The basic frame forming profiles can serve at the same time as a cable duct, expediently there being mounting openings in the profiles in order to facilitate the pulling in of short wires. Individual base frames can, according to the invention, preferably be connected to one another by means of quick-release fasteners and fixed with the aid of height-adjustable elements between the floor ceiling and floor. The base frames can be pivoted to one another at any angle, but can also be pivoted to form doors connect so that there are no limits to the creative freedom. Wall crossings and branches are also possible at any point on any base frame. By interposing presentation device fastening elements between the base frames, partition walls constructed in this way can also assume a carrying function for presentation elements or decorative elements, so that additional constructions in front of the actual drywall can be omitted. The construction of partition walls with the aid of the modular elements according to the invention also makes it possible to reuse the individual elements as often as desired, which are essentially connected to one another via detachable connections and which are also detachably fastened between the floor ceiling and floor. It is therefore conceivable that shop fittings constructed with the aid of the modular elements according to the invention are no longer bought but are rented by the shop fitter, who can flexibly reuse the respective elements in the different projects. In the case of conversions or dissolutions of corresponding shops, only those elements have to be disposed of which have been produced or individualized specifically for the respective shop and which therefore cannot be used further.
Darin zeigt:The modular structure of such partition devices also allows a significant reduction in the time required for the establishment of shops or commercial premises, since drywall walls no longer have to be assembled from basic materials, but only need to be matched modular elements so that the The cost of a shop fitting drops significantly. Further features and advantages of the invention result from the description of a preferred exemplary embodiment in connection with the attached drawings. It shows:

As shown, the frames are connected to each other by push-through bolts which are fixed on one side by means of an insert wedge. The frames 1 are fixed between the floor ceiling and floor floor with the aid of tabs 2 and ceiling fittings 3 attached to the lower corners in the exemplary embodiment shown. The leveling on the floor takes place via adjustable feet 4. The ceiling fittings 3, which are provided with grid holes, can be adapted to the respective ceiling height via the tabs 8 on the upper corners of the frame 1. The tabs 8 also serve to fasten frames to be arranged above the base frames 1 shown. Surface branch profiles 6 can be arranged within the base frame 1, which are positioned and screwed to the horizontal variation rails 7. The base frame 1 can be designed to be adjustable both in height and in width, preferably fixed base frames 1 with grid dimensions being provided.
The bolts 9 are also provided with a truncated cone tip, which facilitates insertion into corresponding bores on the base frame 1. As can be seen, the bolts 9 not only serve to connect the base frames 1 but also allow the frames 1 to be positioned exactly with respect to one another. Finally, in FIGS. 2 and 3, underlay elements 11 for backing the connecting elements 9 and 10 are also shown. 4 and 5 possibilities for covering the wall surfaces of the base frame 1 are shown. Different wall surface elements 12 can be seen here, which can be plasterboard, wooden panels, metal panels, glass panels or the like and which can be fixed to the base frame 1 by means of suitable fastening elements 13.
As can be seen, the floor fastening lugs 2 are welded to the corners of the frame 1 and to the floor by means of bores 14 predetermined by kinks deformable towards. The floor mounting bracket 2 can be screwed through holes 16 on the floor. As shown in FIG. 6, oval openings 15 are provided in the lower variation rails 7 of the base frame 1, which serve to facilitate the screwing of the floor fastening tabs 2, and also to carry out electrical lines that lead through the hollow profiles of the base frame 1 become.
The grid rail is fixed in a simple manner by means of correspondingly elongated bolts 9 which are necessary anyway for connecting the base frames 1. A grid rail with threads is shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, while FIGS. 10 and 11 show grid rails with contactors. However, raster rails with special connections for fastening corresponding presentation elements are also conceivable. As can be seen, the fastening of wall surface elements 12 is not impaired by the arrangement of grid rails 16, 17 between the base frame 1.
Durch diese Boh¬ rungen erfolgt die Verdübelung an einer Geschoßdecke.12 and 13 show the ceiling connection of the base frame 1. Thus, sheet metal brackets 8 for fastening the ceiling connectors 3 are welded into the upper corners of the base frame 1. These tabs 8 have groups of offset elongated holes 18 as well as two threaded bores in this exemplary embodiment 19 on. A continuous adjustment of the height of the ceiling connectors 3 is possible by means of the elongated holes 18. The width of the tabs 8 corresponds to the internal dimension of the vertical profiles of the base frame 1, so that an extension frame can also be screwed to it via the threaded holes 19. The ceiling connector 3 consists of a flat steel with grid holes, which enables a connection to the sheet metal bracket with at least two screws. The flat steel of the ceiling connector 3 is immersed in the vertical profile of the base frame 1, which is open at the top and bottom. A flat steel flange with 4 holes in this example is welded to the upper end of the ceiling connector 3 at right angles to the flat steel with grid holes. These holes are used for dowelling on a floor ceiling.
Furthermore, FIG. 14 shows the installation situation of a partition wall according to the exemplary embodiment, wherein both the wall surface elements 12 already mentioned and correspondingly suspended ceiling elements are shown.
Die Gelenke werden am Achspunkt mit Durchgangs¬ schrauben, die auch als Achse dienen, fixiert.15 shows a swivel connection for connecting two base frames 1, the swivel connection element 20 comprising two parts 20a and 20b which can be swiveled about an axis and which are provided with push-through bolts 9. The joint is delimited towards the bolt 9 with a support flange. After the frames 1 to be connected have been wedged, they can be placed at the desired angle. The joints are fixed at the axis point with through screws, which also serve as an axis.
The profile is provided on all of its sides with padded bolt connection openings 21a. These openings are oval in shape and can only be fitted from the outside. A separate bolt 23 is therefore necessary. The head of the bolt 23 is oval in shape and, after insertion, is rotated through 90 °, preferably to the right. A clamping sleeve mounted in front of the head end of the bolt 23 prevents the inadvertent insertion after the rotation Profile center when the subsequent base frame 1 is plugged on. The oval bolt connection openings 21a, which are padded, are recessed on the front to allow radial movement of the clamping sleeve and to end this after 90 ° rotation.
Gut zu erkennen sind hierbei die bereits in Fig. 16 beschriebenen und hier eben¬ falls vorhandenen Bolzenöffnungen 21a.17 shows a section of a profile 6 which can be placed freely within the frame width of the base frame 1 and which is fixed by clamping between the upper and lower variation rails 7 of the base frame 1. The bolt openings 21a already described in FIG. 16 and also present here can be seen clearly.
A square profile 22, which is arranged within the profile file 6 and essentially serves to receive the bolts 23, can be seen. A foot 6a can also be seen, which is connected to the profiles 6 and which is used for fixing, preferably screwing, to the base frame 1.
Hierbei kommt das quadratische Eckverbindungsprofil 21 aus Fig. 16 zum Ein¬ satz.23 shows a branch at the end of a base frame 1. The square corner connection profile 21 from FIG. 16 is used here.
24 to 26 finally show the embodiment of an insertable adjustable foot 4. The two-part adjustable foot 4 consists of an insert shoe 41 and an adjusting screw 4b. The insert shoe 4b, the base plate of which corresponds to the cross section of the vertical profiles of the base frame 1, points to the upper on one side of a sheet that is facing upwards on all sides. The sheet serves to position the foot 4 when it is inserted. The upstands on the narrow sides are profiled and bent to an oversize. These spring inwards when inserted and prevent the foot from falling out when the base frame 1 is set up due to the resulting pressure. The set screw 4a is received in a cylindrical threaded bore, the set screw having a round support plate at one end for better weight distribution.
