Abstract

A penile erection enhancing constriction device (10), extendable about the base of the human penis, consisting of a split ring (12) with overlapping free ends (16) and (18) which can be adjustably - and releasably - fastened together to provide varying degrees of constriction of the superficial veins at the base of the penis. The fastening means can be interlocking parts (20), or teeth-like projections (20) meshing with internally-ridged recesses (22). Alternatively, split ring (12) may consist of two C-shaped members (30) and (32) which provide an adjustable clamping effect, being fastened together by interlocking external ridges (46) with interior ridges (42). Rounded enlargements (24) near the bottom of ring (12) further constrict the corpora cavernosa of the penile organ, and a recessed bottom part (28) optimally constricts the urethral duct for better control of seminal ejaculation. The device (10) can be made in different sizes to accommodate variations in the size of the human penis.
