Abstract

According to the present invention and in order to reduce the size and weight characteristics, the device-control unit for the respiratory rhythm is made from radio-electronic components, which enables its use while carrying out other activities and thus extends the training duration. The acoustic signal determines the beginning of a sequential respiratory cycle and the training intensity is determined at the switch unit (5).
