Abstract

It has application in several tied up receptacles to canalizations, mainly in boxes of thin and fat boxes, and it seeks to solve the difficulty of removal of dirts of its interior, as well as, in certain cases, to get a more frequent maintenance, in order to avoid rotting and the formation of gases with unpleasant scents. It presents a group of creations, involving divisible receptacle of dirt, device for connection of coating, disposable removable coating and accessories that are integrated, and which present in synthesis a removable coating (7) that receives the dirt, inside the receptacle (1) which becomes endowed with devices (2) that facilitate connections of the coating and, in this case, of siphon.

Description

REMOVABLE COUPLING COATING TO RECEPTACLE IN THAT ACCUMULATE DIRTS AND ENDOWMENT OF CONNECTORS FOR FITTING OF THAT
The present invention refers to a device composed of three main parts: 1. Dirt receptacle designed to the coupling of a dirt collector recipient;
2. Coating designed to collect the dirt that flowing inside the pipes can clog them due to decantation and/or floatation;
3. Joining system that links (connects) the coating to the dirt receptacle, so as to minimize the flow of liquids and stinky gases through the joints.
Nowadays the dirt receptacles, "passage (flow) boxes" and "kitchen's grease boxes" for instance, receive directly the dirty waters. Basically the referred receptacles work as follows: 1. They block the flow of stinky gases that could go to the exiting piping of the box;
2. Through decantation and fluctuation, they hold back the heavy and the light debris, respectively;
3. They also could drain/solidify the greasy liquids which are lighter than the water and float on it without going through the siphon; this feature avoids future clogging of the piping posterior to the dirt receptacle.
Some dirt receptacles have the siphon, which is permanent.
It can be fixed or removable, which can replaced. In both cases, however there is still the possibility of future clogging in the exiting piping and therefore they have different features: the fixed siphon has a lid and the removable can be removed to be unclogged and then put back in place.
Some dirt receptacles do not have siphon due to the fact that they are not exposed to the flow of stinky gases and for not being supposed to retain lighter than water elements either; the dirty is held back only by decantation.
There are also, next to sinks, public conveniences, washbasins and etc., siphons shaped like curves in exits of drainage systems, which block the flow of gases and also restrain dirt, requiring maintenance; in this cases the siphon and the dirt receptacle look the same.
The market offers a variety of products that promote the dissolution of part of the dirt; to grease, for instance can be dissolved. Therefore, for the cautious users, who avoid the non-soluble going into the dirt receptacle, the time without having to clean it will last longer. However, the necessity of removing the debris in these cases is only postponed, since there will some time mud deposited in the bottom of the box. The main problem nowadays is the difficulty in the maintenance of the present dirt receptacles due to the repugnance they cause to the people who want/need to clean them. The constant " put-offs "requires the maintenance of specialized companies. Due to the extended time without proper maintenance, the debris are often rotten, becoming visually awful and exhaling such bad smells that some for people it is nauseating.
Even when periodic maintenance occurs, handling dirt is psychologically unacceptable due to the fact that the receptacle is linked to the sewerage.
Considering the periodic proper maintenance and overcoming the psychological repulse mentioned above, the difficulty in cleaning the receptacles still needs to be pointed out. it is not easy to remove liquids and other substances dispersed in them, from bottom to top of a non-removable box; it usually requires the use of protecting gloves and a cup (or a glass or empty can). And when the level of the liquid to be removed becomes too low the user will need others things such as a cloth or a rag which will probably be discarted afterwards. The same will happen to the used gloves and cups. In coastal areas (beaches, for example) the drain boxes, despite not causing so much discomfort to people, need the frequent cleaning of the sand deposited at its bottom.
The difficulty in removing part of the dirt can be decreased with the use of a strainer or a vase, which is installed inside the boxes with siphons. Since they are removable, they bring together the dirt that remains in it when removed. However, they only facilitate the removal of part of the dirt, with the inconvenience of cleaning afterwards. Focusing on the current situation, the goal of the present invention is to solve the referred problems in an attemped to answer the following questions:
1. How to clean the dirt receptacles without touching the debris?
2. How to minimize the discomfort caused to people, so as to promote a more frequent maintenance of the boxes, avoiding putrefaction and formation of uncomfortable bad smelling gases?
3. How to make easier the removing of the dirt glued to the bottom and walls of the receptacle, sometimes difficult to reach as it is when the siphon is non removable?
The solution proposal for the present invention is the creation of a group formed by receptacle of dirts, connectors for the connection of coating, coating and other components, as it proceeds. The receptacle of dirts, receiving element of dirty waters, it is altered for a prepared model for joining, in its interior, through connector-for- connection-of-coating-around-its-extemal-surface and/or connector-for- connection-of-coating-in-its-internal-part, of coating, recipient collector of dirts, in the extremities of entrances and exit, it could be whole or divisible; in format that allows accommodation of the recipient.
In the state of the current technique, the receptacles of multiple entrances, when it is not known previously which will be used, they possess the external extremities of the possible open entrances and shut the internal extremities. This situation offers certain difficulty for the opening in the points in that will be used, therefore it implies in the necessity of using, besides the saw, other tools, as electric drill, saw-glass and rasp.
The solution created, to simplify the work of the plumber, it was altering the receptacle introducing it, in the possible entrances, with the open internal extremities and the external (3) ones shut, preferentialy, with reduction in the thickness of the walls in the place of eventual division (16), for facilitating the opening with sharp instrument, in reason of reducing the cutting section and apply the same perpendicularly, it could be used the same saw of cutting the tubes. Besides, it is convenient that the internal extremities of the connectors are protected with mobile lids (4) with the purpose of impeding the excessive penetration of the tubes through where the waters will arrive and of protecting against other damages, as glue excess and scratches, for example. The lids will be maintained closing intemaly the entrances for the cases of non use of the same and removed of the other ones in the moment of beginning the use of the receptacle.
Considering that the current state of the technique foreseeing the entrances, of the receptacle, in the diameter of the tubes and shut internamente is an obstacle for an appropriate coating fitting, because for adaptation it implies in a reduction of the section of passage of the waters in the entrance point, the solution created to facilitate that the receptacle is improved maintaining the condition of internal closing, instead of external, in the entrances, is the receptacle supply with connector for connection only in the exit, allowing for the plumber the option placing in the entrances the connectors for connection; in this case, the entrances should possess larger diameters than the one of the respective tubes through where the waters will arrive, so much as necessary to couple the respective connectors for connection of the coating and of the tubes.
In the current state of the technique, only the receptacles of dirts of the type used close to the exits of lavatories are divisible. In the case of grease boxes and similar, the receptacle comes fixed, which, in many cases, it turns more difficult its cleaning. We still have, that the receptacle comes in an only body and, necessarily, tight, to avoid leakage. Then, to facilitate the cleaning preserving the tightness, the solution created, since the coating guarantees the tightness, it is the use of removable coating added to the divider of the receptacle, so that the part that comprises the connectors for the connection of the coating is fixed and the remaining is mobile. So, the receptacle can be removed almost entirely, giving support to the coating inclusively for displacement of this in the moment of the change. In the use, the coating is coupled in the fixed part, then, the mobile part is positioned to give support to the coating. In this case it could be in superior plan and being removed underneath, bringing the coating filled by dirty waters. For that, the coating, preferentialy, will have vertical dimension under the point for connection, bigger than the verticaldimension of the receptacle of dirts; so that it is possible to lower it before unmaking the connection of the coating.
Still in boxes of thin, the receptacle can be endowed with dislocater of waters that enter for the top, being adapted that the dislocater is close and with right distance in relation to the connectors for connection of coating; with right distance to avoid need of different sizes of coating; close so that after having positioned the superior border of the coating between the walls of the receptacle and the dislocater stays there, it kept, in a higher level than the way that can come to be gone through by the waters. As we could notice, among other problems, in the current state of the technique the dirty waters have direct contact with the receptacle, so that, besides part of the dirt to be deposited on the bottom and the other part is floating, still other part sticks to the walls of the receptacle. The problem of removing all the dirty water from the bottom to the top and to remove the dirts stuck to the walls, besides difficult, it causes aversion, need of moderate amount of products for cleaning and, even so, it is very difficult bleach it. In reason of these difficulties, there is a tendency of despising in the cleaning, increasing the problems, mainly with the inconveniences of the rotting.
For solution of the problems presented above, it was created a removable coating, recipient, destined to pick the dirts that, being moved in canalizations or coming of the surface, they interrupt their way for decantation and/or for flotation; in form, for example, of sack or curved tube, in material endowed with elasticity and flexibility, polyetilen film, for example, the first one so that the connection happens for pressure of its holes to the surface of the connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its-external-surface or around of the external surface of the intermediate-connector-for-connection-of-coating, and the second one so that for the pressure of the liquid and dirts mould to the shape of the receptacle; besides, they are both, useful as stancher between connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part and the respective intermediate-connector-for-connection-of-coating; Still, in the coating there are foreseen areas for fitting of this in the receptacle, through connectors for connection. Together with the creation of the coating for receptacle >f dirts, it appears the problem that in receptacle of multiple entrances, as many times it is not possible to foresee which will be used, if the destined areas the coupling/fitting were, simply, holes, there would be necessity to exist a variant coating for each combination of connections.
Solving this problem, it was discovered a solution where the coating is with double sheet in the passible points of connection, being a sheet with holes in the passible points of connection and the other sheet, less resistant, glued in that between its holes, isolating them. In the places where there will be connection, the thinnest sheet is easily broken without need of auxiliary instruments.
Another alternative created is the coating, in the passible points of connection, they possess saliencies, preferentialy, in cylinder form or cone log, closed in the external extremity. In the places where there will be connection, the coating is cut in the saliency, leaving it mixture for the fitting. An improvement of this solution is present smaller thickness of the walls of the saliency, so that it can be broken without need of auxiliary instruments.
The coating can be in form that works as siphon, for example, because of the curvature (26) between the entrance and the exit, so that it doesn't need the same.
The coating can be also supplied the consumer forming a group, with a siphon being part of the same.
Considering, in certain cases, there are obstacles for the remove of the coating, avoiding that the same ones can damage the solution is where the coating, when filled by liquids, for occasion of the remove, it will have more narrow format in the inferior part, facilitating the passage for the most narrow area of its itinerary in the cases in that its removal is made from the bottom to the top; this can be obtained bending the coating with six edges, with two in the central area and two in each extremity of the same before gluing them making the closing of the inferior part.
In the cases of boxes of thin in that someone intends to cover more for the high, standing back a lot of the connection connectors, it can be necessary to fasten the superior border of the same close to the walls of the receptacle of dirts, it could be used for that a clinging ribbon with flexibility that allows to constitute it in a ring (14) to adhere to in the coating and, opcionalmente, in the box. In the current state of the technique, the receptacles of dirts are not appropriately prepared to receive removable coating. Then, for solving this problem, it was created connectors for connection of removable coating in receptacle of dirts.
These connectors, consist of an coupling/fitting system of the coating to the receptacle of dirts, so as to minimize the passage of liquids and stinky gases through the joints in entrance(s) and exit. The connectors for connection possess diameter, in the place where inserts the coating, larger than the diameter of the respective area of the coating foreseen for fitting, because, in the case of the fitting of the coating is done around the external surface of connector for connection, the stanch between the coating and the connector will give it for the pressure that the coating, for being of material endowed with elasticity and flexibility, will provoke in an area of the connector of connection, in reason of forced enlargement of the diameter of the respective area of fitting of the coating, and, in the case of the fitting of the coating is in the internal part of the connector for connection, the stanch between the same ones will give it in reason of compression of the coating between connector-for-connection-of- coating-in-its-internal-part and intermediate-connector-for-connection-of-coating.
Using the intermediate-connector-for-connection-of-coating, the first step is the coating is inserted around of its external surface, up to before larger diameter of the extemity. This intermediate-connector presents an extremity that will be inserted in connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-internal-part. This extremity possesses an external diameter lightly smaller than the internal diameter of connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-internal part where will be fit added twice the thickness of the coating that will be between the same ones, with the purpose of allowing the insert with space; then the intermediate-connector's external diameter increases gradually (31 ) and smoothly until equaling to the connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part's internal diameter, with the purpose of, in being inserted the intermediate-connector already fit in the coating, this suffers compression between the two connectors, so that the coating, in reason of being of material endowed with flexibility and elasticity makes comfortable, under pressure, working as stancher. So much the connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its- external-surface as the intermediate-connector, they possess external surface with increase of the diameter in the extremity that is close to the coating, with the purpose of avoiding the exhaust of this and, in the case of the connector-for- connection-of-coating-around-its-external-surface, it is also good to facilitate the fitting of the coating in the moment of its placement, when the increase of the diameter of the hole foreseen for connection is provoked.
In the intermediate-connector's case the increase of the diameter of the hole of the coating, in the area foreseen for connection, it can be made by using a tool with the intermediate-connector's same shape, but in reduced size in the cylindrical part, larger in the extremity of larger diameter and with the extremity of smaller diameter continued in form of stalk of cone and shut, so that proceeds to put the tool inside of the intermediate-connector, however, the group is positioned in the hole of the coating where will be made the fitting and it moves the coating for the conical stalk area of the tool up to the hole increases of diameter and it passes for the intermediate-connector, positioning the coating close to the extremity of larger diameter, as result, the coating is prepared to be connected in connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part.
For happening a good stanch between connector-for- connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part and the intermediate-connector, the coating is working like stancher, and without damaging this, it is important that the connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part, where will receive the intermediate-connector exibits so that, in any perpendicular cutting to the axis that goes by the center of the connector, all the closest points of the center will be in a same circumference whose center coincides with the axis of the connector; with the purpose of the pressure on the coating in the part that works as stancher happens evenly. The connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part, of the extremity inside of the same, it presents the larger internal diameter in the initial space, reducing, gradually (29), up to a space of constant diameter (30); for that the initial entrance from intermediate-connector is facilitated, it is already fit in the coating and so that the part of the coating that will work as stancher is not cut because of the pressure in very reduced area. The connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its-external- surface doesn't need to have constant external diameter in the extremity of the largest diameter, it can have saliency that still facilitates more for making steady the point of connection of the coating in the moment in that it is made the increase of its diameter, for facilitating that the connection can be done, for example, with only one hand.
Relating still about the connector-for-connection-of-coating- around-its-external-surface, for places where oneself wants a connection that supports larger pressure of water, after the connection of the coating in the referred to connectors, it is possible to do squeeze using rings of elastic materials, as the rubber, on the part of the coating fit in the connector.
The siphon (1 1 ), when necessary, it will be, preferentialy, disposable, and in the case of the coating is inserted in connector-for-connection- of-coating-around-its-external-surface, the siphon can be inserted soon after the fixation of the coating, without contact with this, directly in the internal part of the connector for connection, and, in the case of intending the fitting of the coating, in the exit, in connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-internal-part it is necessary that the siphon possesses characteristics of the connector-for-connection-of- coating, so that it can already be supplied coupled to the coating, forming an all only. The connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-internal-part should foresee the impediment that the area in that it will be good for the intermediate-connector's coupling, or of the siphon, it is invaded by a tube of entrance/exit or eventual glue excess; this can be solved with placement of lid piece comprises the area for being protected and/or internal saliency that defines the areas.
Besides, the diameter connector-for-connection-of-coating- in-its-intemal-part must be, in the entrances, so that, there is not reduction in its drainage section, such that allows coupling of intermediate-connector of larger internal diameter or equal to the smallest diameter of the entrance tube.
For receptacles that receive waters for top, thin, intending to avoid that the waters penetrate between the border of the coating and the walls of the receptacle, a dislocater of waters (18) was created, it consists in a central passage with declivity in direction to the center. The dislocater of waters can be part of the receptacle, for the case of wishing to foresee right height of the coating, it can be also part, of the box's extender and still of the base for supporting of the grate. In this, it can, still, eventually, to serve of support for a mobile dislocater (17).
The mobile dislocater will be good to move the waters for a point still more central of the receptacle, and, for that, the same inclination to the one of its support seeks the non detachment of the drops that pass between the two dislocaters before arriving in the most central part. Besides, its smallest diameter should be smaller than the smallest diameter of its support and the other extreme should be all supported in the fixed dislocater. The mobile dislocater can also be transformed in strainer; in the case of being shut and with small holes in the central part, retaining the thickest dirt that goes by the grate. When there is floor impermeabilization entering in the receptacle or in an extender of it, it is important that below it the dislocater of waters exists, to avoid infiltration of them behind the coating.
The dislocater of waters can still in some cases, to serve to fasten the borders of the coating close to the walls of the receptacle. With the purpose of giving several destinies to the liquid part and the remaining of the dirt, mainly in boxes where there is presence of greases and larger amount of liquid, other accessory, a strainer in format of coating of the receptacle was created, with small holes out of the connection points, below the entrances and exit, being the holes in size that determine the retention of the thickest parts of the dirt, giving passage to the liquid.
The system of retreat of the coating is variable according to the type of receptacle of dirts; in way to facilitate the retreat minimizing the risks of rupture of the coating or the receptacle of dirts can be fixed and whole and the coating is removed from the bottom to the top, or when it is necessary or more convenient, it can be removed from top to bottom. It is enough for this, that the receptacle of dirts is total or partially movable. This is possible because the invention foresees that the receptacle doesn't contact directly with the dirt, it works only as support for the coating, that works as recipient, no needing, the receptacle is totally tight, no having problem in being divisable. For the same reason, the coating can be removed in the horizontal direction, it is enough that the receptacle can be opened by the lateral; such flexibility allows, for example, that box of passage embedded in walls are used or, same, inside closets, counters..., and that they possess, besides wheels for displacement in case of boxes very heavy and/or big, for example, it could be made the maintenance in service area instead of kitchen.
The advantages of the invention in relation to the state of the technique correspond, mainly, to the solution of the problems found before the invention, but there are still other, as follow: a) it becomes possible to promote the cleaning of the receptacles of dirts without having direct contact with them; the points that eventually will be recommended to do a cleaning will be only the borders of the connectors of coating connection and the place of contact/coupling of the siphon; therefore areas multiple times smaller than the total area in contact with the dirt in the current receptacles. b) because of there is not direct contact with the dirt, added to the possibility of no visualizing it, for the optional use of non transparent coating, the aversion about handling of receptacles of dirts decreases, in order to promote a more frequent maintenance, avoiding that inside these, the rotting and formation of gases, with unpleasant scents happens; c) it avoids the direct contact of the dirt with the receptacle, so that it impedes the adherence of it to the walls of the same; d) in the cases in that there is siphon need, this can be disposable, like the coating, therefore, it does not need to be cleaned; besides, being disposable, it is removed no disturbing the change of the coating, and it allows, then that a siphon of recycled material is used, of low cost, with smarter resistance and durability, because the eventual damage, in occasion of the maintenance, it becomes with no consideration; e) removal of the dirt, wrapped up for the coating, without needing large mugs, cloths...; depending on the cares, not even will need gloves; f) it amplifies the possibilities in different ways of receptacles of dirts and its locations, in reason of them not to need to be tight, they can be divisible and mobile; g) it allows using double coating, so that the additional, disposable or not, pick up dirts in the case of eventual connection flaws or same negligences for occasion of the coating change; it can be placed multiple coatings and these are removed one by one and for occasion of the last removal are put other ones, if the siphon were disposable, it could be substituted in each one of the coating removals or only in the last; h) it allows using inside the coating, a recipient destined to separate just the solid dirts, working as strainer; after coupling the tight coating, other coating is coupled, this one with several holes; in the cleaning time, removing first the coating that possesses several holes, with it, the dirts of larger size than the holes will be removed, just remaining inside the tight coating the most liquid part; this facilitates several destiny to each one; for example, the solid part could be thrown in the basket of organic garbage, while the liquid part could be emptied, through one of the holes previously connected to the receptacle of dirts, on the ground or in another point of the sewer net and after the change of the coating, to return in the same place; i) in the cases of option for receptacles of dirts with entrances shut externaly, the plumber's work is quite simplified for the opening of the entrances where will be connected canalizations, because it is enough to saw in the external extremity of the connectors of connection, in the narrowing point, with the same instrument used for cutting of the soil pipes that there will be connected; j) it facilitates the hermetic closing of the dirt inside connected boxes of passage to the lavatories or kitchens, because it is possible to close the coating in the superior part. k) in reason of the dirt to be removed by the retreat of the coating, the eventual use of material of cleaning is minimized, as detergents, disinfectant, etc., in addition the removed dirt is composed of organic material, to which an appropriate destiny can be given, favoring the cares with the environment;
I) for the easiness removal, added by the frequency of this avoiding aversion, it won't be so important the care in not leaving that the dirts penetrate in descent from the sinks of kitchens' homes and restaurants, for example, allowing use of less time in removing the detritus from plates and pots. m) it allows that the mobile part of the divisible receptacle is substituted in case of damage, or change of model, material type, color...
In synthesis the invention presents the creation of a group that can facilitate, so the plumbers' work concerning the opening of the entrances in the receptacles of dirts, for occasion of the construction or reform, as also and mainly, the periodic work of maintenance, cleaning of the receptacles, because the coating, dirt recipient, substitutes partially, the current receptacle of dirts, that quits directly of receive the dirt and becomes the support for the removable coating that now executes functions of that. The enclosed drawings show some of the applications of the present invention: the fig. 1 exhibits, in a box of passage with coupled coating, the frontal view of a vertical cutting made in the illustration 2; the fig. 2 exhibits the superior view of a horizontal cutting made in the illustration 1 ; the fig. 3 exhibits a frontal view of the coating before the placement in the box of passage of the illustrations 1 and 2; the fig. 4 exhibits a horizontal cutting in the coating presented in the illustration 3; the fig. 5 exhibits a vertical cutting in the coating presented in the illustration 3; the illustrations 6 to 10 present other coating alternative for the box of passage, corresponding to the illustrations 1 to 5; the illustrations 1 to 5 show an alternative with saliencies (21 ) in the coating (07), in the passible areas of connection to the receptacle (01 ); these saliencies (21 ) they have (06) thinner walls in their contour; this characteristic, besides facilitating the cutting with scissors or other instrument, it allows, in reason of the weakening provoked by the narrowing, that the rupture is made, besides, carefully, for stretching, manually without the use of any instrument. the illustrations 6 to 10 show another coating alternative, that is, the coating (07) is constituted of two sheets, one of larger thickness (27), with holes (05) in the places where can have fitting to the receptacle of dirts and other (23), inside that (27), of smaller thickness (23) than it, a fifth, for example, so that it can be broken manually without affecting the thickest sheet (27), agglutinated one each other in vertical lines (25) between the holes (05), isolating them; in this case the fitting can be made without breaking the sheet of smaller thickness, but it must be broken in the places where there are canalizations of entrances and exit of the receptacle of dirts; the fig. 11 exhibits a coating alternative for some cases where there is only an entrance and an exit, both in the same direction, side by side; in this case the coating has a hole for entrance and a hole for exit, no possessing any other opening. The receptacle of dirts should be partially divisable and possesses format of internal volume that allows total support of the coating in its walls, in order to avoiding that for pressure happens rupture or leaks in weak points of the coating. The shape of the coating, together with receptacles of dirts that gives it accommodation, does with that happens a close water, working as siphon. the illustrations 12 and 13 show a box of thin whose main block was moulded with shut entrances and open exit, all with larger diameter, with the purpose of receiving the connectors for coating connection, in this case the connector for the connection of the coating in the exit would have been placed before supply the box to the user, while the connector for connection of the coating in the entrance would have been placed in agreement with the user's need, in the case, from five possibilities were only used one, staying shut the other four previsons for connection of entrance canalizations. the illustration 14, shows, in disproportion dimensions, a fitting area, in a receptacle of dirts, with two coupled coatings; one connected in the connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its-external-surface and another connected between the connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part and the intermediate-connector-for-connection-of-coating.
Of conformity with the illustrations, in the present invention, the dirt receptacles (01 ) are endowed in its interior of devices connectors (02) that consist of an internal progress in the entrances and exit, they could have, or not, in the internal extremity (20) increase in the external diameter. The increase in the external diameter doesn't need to be continuous necessarily, it can, for example, be only from the inferior half to down or with abrupt saliency, for the placement of the coating with only one hand; it imports the easiness of placement of the coating mainly and the seizing so that non desacople for accident.
When the connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its- external-surface is not used and the coating is accompanied of intermediate- connector-for-connection-of-coating, for connection the connector-for-connection- of-coating-in-its-internal-part, it can be released, because the internal progress of the connectors for connection in the entrances and exit of the box, could just remain the necessary to maintain the extremity of each one perpendicular to its axis.
The coating (07) should be of material that presents flexibility, for accommodation to the form of the receptacle (01 ), and elasticity, for joining, with pressure of the coating in its holes (05), in the devices connectors (02). The polyetilen sheets used in the making of packings, " plastic sacks for garbage ", for example, assist to theses requirements. Besides, so that happens a good accommodation of the coating (07) in the receptacle of dirts (01 ), that serves as support, the coating in polyetilen sheet (07) should be of superior dimensions to the internal dimensions of the receptacle (01 ).
For some applications of the coating (07), in the inferior part, the narrowing is recommended, provoked by the closing (08) with folds (19) to facilitate the retreat for between the devices connectors (02) and in the superior opening of the receptacle.
The coating (07) can be simple, with holes in the places where previously is known that there will be connection. It can also instead of that, be prepared for breaking in the places (06), where can have connection or still double, with holes in the external sheet (27), more resistant, and without in the intern (23), to hinder, even so, weaker, a fifth of the thickness of the other, for example, for being easily broken without damaging the main (27), when necessary for connection. In this last case is necessary that the two sheets are agglutinated (25) one each other, between the holes (5), isolating them, to preserve the tightness in the holes (05) where there is not connection.
A way to prepare the coating so that it is weak, for breaking in the points where it is necessary the connection, is fastening it around the places that will be marked, in a support base with holes in the referred points, being followed with the forced streaching, from the walls of the sheet that be in the place of the holes, for displacement, preferentialy, of cylinders of inferior external diameter to the of the holes, inside of these. The objective is with the forced displacement, the point of elasticity is surpassed being proceeded to before the point of breaking of the sheets, so that it happens the narrowing of the same ones, in definitive deformation, forming saliencies in shape of cone stalks. The space between the diameter of the hole of the support base and the external diameter of the cylinder defines the parts that will suffer deformation, defining the as of displacement in relation to the used material.
For the confection of the coating with two sheets, they are made the holes in the most resistant sheet (27); later joins with the weakest sheet (23), gluing them in vertical lines (25) between the holes (05), opcionally also above and below them in horizontal lines and in points of the lateral extremities, for they are not free; in the sequence, it is joined the opposed lateral extremities in order to the thinnest sheet (23) is in the internal part; they are agglutinated, then, the sheets making a tubular closing; soon after, if it is necessary the folds are made (19), to provoke the narrowing of the base (08); finally, are glued the sheets in the base (08) and, if the production were in continuous sheets, the cutting done, to separate the units of coating.
The best way to execute the invention, in my opinion is the one that it proceeds.
In relation to the receptacles of dirts, I consider better, mould the box with the entrances closed extemaly, for facilitating the plumber's work.
Still about the receptacles, I consider better that they are at the same time endowed of connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its- extemal-surface and connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intem-part, except in the cases in that the receptacle has reduced diameter; in this case I consider better endow it of connectors-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal-part.
For receptacles of dirts that receive waters of the surface, thin, I consider the best way endow them of dislocater of waters in their superior part.
About the connectors for coating connection, I understand that the best alternative is the connector-for-connection-of-coating-in-its-intemal- part, simultaneously, with intermediate-connector-for-connection-of-coating, because it offers better stanch and it doesn't need occupy internal space of the receptacle. But, in receptacle where the space intern is abundant I consider better the addition of the connector-for-connection-of-coating-around-its-extemal- surface, because, it allows using of supplemental coating simultaneously. The first coating can be in material more resistant, in the internal format of the receptacle, washable and usable again, it is good to give warranty against flaws, while the other coating, that will reveive the dirt, I understand more appropriate than in disposable material. Refering to the coating (07) I consider the alternative of double sheet better. The external more resistant (27) and with holes (05) for joining and the internal (23) thinner, agglutinated each other, between the holes of the most resistant, isolating them. The thinnest sheet breaks up easily in the places where wants to do connection. For the cases in that one wants to separate the solid dirts of the remaining liquid, I consider the best way the fitting of a strainer in coating form, after the coating, so that when it is removed, it carries with it the solid dirts and the remaining liquid can be conducted to the exit before the total removal of the coating.
In the cases in that the grade is the only entrance of waters, the best way is, besides using of the removable coating, to join a fixed dislocater of waters (18), with declivity to the center, close to the inferior part of the base (15) for supporting of the grate (13) and on it supports a mobile strainer. With that, the waters entrances through grate, move to the most central area of the receptacle, standing back of the superior border of the coating and facilitating the periodic removal of the thickest dirt that it is retained in the strainer.
