Abstract
La présente invention concerne une formulation de confiserie à mâcher contenant des nutriments, dont la préparation consiste à hydrater un mélange de composants comprenant un agent de rétention d'eau, un matériau à base de saccharide et une substance à action biologique possédant de faibles caractéristiques organoleptiques. La présente invention concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication d'une masse de confiserie, telle qu'un supplément à mâcher à base de caféine, au moyen d'une hydratation suffisante afin de former la masse sans être obligé de déshumidifier par cuisson.
