Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'associer des projets et des employés selon des caractéristiques obligatoires ou binaires, et des caractéristiques quantitatives. Les projets et employés concernés présentent un certain nombre de caractéristiques symétriques, un projet pouvant par exemple relever d'une activité dont une caractéristique permet de définir ce qui doit être fait, l'employé évoluant quant à lui dans une activité dont une caractéristique lui permet de définir ce qu'il/elle souhaite faire. Il peut donc être nécessaire, pour les responsables de projets comme pour les employés, d'associer des employés à des projets. Ce processus d'association se déroule en deux étapes, la première étape consistant à étudier les caractéristiques obligatoires susmentionnées, seuls les employés ou les projets correspondant à ces caractéristiques obligatoires étant sélectionnés pour faire l'objet d'une évaluation plus poussée. La seconde étape consiste ensuite à estimer les caractéristiques quantitatives selon les employés ou les projets afin d'obtenir un sous-ensemble du nombre total d'employés ou de projets, ce sous-ensemble correspondant aux critères des projets ou aux besoins des employés, classés en fonction desdites caractéristiques quantitatives. La taille de ce sous-ensemble peut être limitée de sorte que n'apparaît, après la première étape, que la quantité <i>n</i> ou le pourcentage <i>x</i> des employés ou des projets les plus aptes à être associés.The invention relates to a method for associating projects and employees according to mandatory or binary characteristics, and quantitative characteristics. The projects and employees concerned have a certain number of symmetrical characteristics, a project being able, for example, to be part of an activity of which a characteristic makes it possible to define what must be done, the employee evolving in turn into an activity of which a characteristic allows him to define what he / she wishes to do. It may therefore be necessary for both project managers and employees to associate employees with projects. This association process takes place in two stages, the first stage consisting in studying the aforementioned compulsory characteristics, only the employees or projects corresponding to these compulsory characteristics being selected for further evaluation. The second step then consists in estimating the quantitative characteristics according to the employees or the projects in order to obtain a subset of the total number of employees or projects, this subset corresponding to the criteria of the projects or to the needs of the employees, classified according to said quantitative characteristics. The size of this subset can be limited so that, after the first step, only the quantity <i> n </i> or the percentage <i> x </i> of employees or projects appears. more apt to be associated.
