Abstract

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is a method for locating information. The method includes generating a query for information at a requestor system and submitting the query to an information provider system over a network. A static information source and an interactive information source are located in response to the query. The interactive information source provides for direct communications between a requestor at the requestor system and a person. A list of the static information source and the interactive information source is provided to the requestor system.
