Abstract

The characteristic feature of the shorts is that they are composed of an inside layer (1) made of an impregnated material with apertures (4) on the surface, which in the lower part of the legs is connected with the outside layer (6) made of an elastic material, where the legs of the inside layer (1) have zippers (5) or some other type of elastic fastening on the inside. In the apertures (4) of the inside layer (1) there are penetrators (8) which have the shape and arrangement of two coaxial rolls; a smaller one (a) and a larger one (b) with bevelled edges and rims (9) in its lower part.

The subject of the invention are shorts, specially designed for local removal and reduction of adipose tissue

Today, cellulite is a problem of neariy every woman It may be caused by numerous reasons, such as hormones, genetics, improper diet, flaccid muscles, overweight, lack of physical exercise, excessive amounts of acid-forming products consumed, abuse of coffee, tobacco, tight clothes and many others depending on individual characteristics of a woman Cellulitis is a symptom complex demonstrating itself in an uneven distribution of adipose tissue, water and toxins from harmful products of metabolism. The skin affected by cellulitis becomes uneven and dimpled Bluish discoloration may also appear

Cellulite-coπtrol devices include brushes, gloves and sponges for anti-cellulite massage made of sisal and maple and equipped with notches on the massaging area

Another cellulite-control product available in beauty parlours is Thalatherm, or the sarcophagus - sauna with essential oils and a mask of micronized algae. The course of treatment consists in 20-25 minute sessions of warming the body in a temperature of 40°C during which the organism is detoxified and supplied with microelements obtained from brown aigae.

Therefore, an attempt has been made to solve the problem by developing a specially designed shorts whose aim is to reactivate cellulitis-prone areas of the body

The main idea behind the solution constituting the proposed invention is that the shorts consist of an inside part made of an impregnated material with apertures on the surface In the lower part of the leg, the inside part of the shorts is connected with the outside pan which is made of an elastic material. On the inside, the legs of the inside part have zippers or other elastic fastenings In the apertures of the inside part of the shorts there are penetrators. The penetrators have the shape and arrangement of two coaxial rolls, a smaller one and a larger one with bevelled edges and rims in its lower part

One of the benefits of the presented solution is a permanem, exercise-free and not strenuous reactivation of cellulite-prone areas of the body and continuous lymphatic massage, leading to improved metabolism, and thereby to a reduction in adipose tissue and toxic products of metabolism.

The subject of the invention is presented as a sample model on the drawing, where fig. 1 presents the shorts lying flat, fig. 2 the areas of the shorts fitted with penetrators and fig. 3 the side view of the penetrator.

The shorts are composed of the inside part I made of an impregnated material, finished in the upper part with an elastic strap 2 and a fly front 3 with a zipper. This part of the shorts has apertures 4 on the surface. The inside parts of the legs in this part of the shorts have zippers 5 or other contracting fastening. The ends of the legs are connected with the outside layer 6 of the shorts which is made of an elastic material finished in its upper part with an contracting strap 7. In the apertures 4_ there are penetrators 8_made of a soft plastic. The penetrator has the shape and arrangement of two coaxial rolls; a smaller one a and a larger one b, with bevelled edges and rims 9 in their lower part.

Depending on the location of cellulite (thighs, buttocks, hips, lower legs, etc.) corresponding fields 10. 11 are selected in the inside layer I. First, the outside layer 6 is taken off in order to uncover the inside layer 1, unzip the zippers 3 and 5 so that to reach the selected fields 10 and Ji_ with apertures 4 in which a suitable number of penetrators 8 could be placed. When the shorts have been prepared in the above-described manner, a person can put them on- fastening zippers 3 and 5_and then putting on the outside layer 6_which tightens the shorts to the body. During everyday household activities performed for one hour per day, walks at a moderate, irregular pace or during increased physical activity, penetrators 8__ pressing on the cellulite-affected areas, stimulate blood circulation, reactivate the cellulite-prone areas of the body thus leading to improved metabolism and reduced adipose tissue

Claims

1. The shorts, designed especially for local removal and reduction in adipose tissue are composed of legs, strap and fastening in the form of a zipper. The characteristic feature of the shorts is that they consist of an inside layer /l/ made of an impregnated material with apertures 141 on the surface which in the lower part of the legs is connected with the outside part /6/ made of an elastic material, where the legs of the inside layer /l/ have zippers /5/ or other elastic fastening on the inside.
