Abstract

In particular, the invention makes it possible to offer a purchasing service which obtains, for a consumer, products from numerous sites of different merchants and suppliers, while maintaining a constant user interface intended for the consumer whatever or the merchant who supplies the products. The invention notably allows a consumer to search for products, compare prices and place orders with many different traders established on the Internet. Consumers can shop on the invention purchase site without being directed to another merchant site to place their order.
