P A T E N T A N S P R Ü C H E PATENT CLAIMS

Doppelbandpresse (100,200) zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Holzspanplatten und ähnlichen strangförmigen Formkörpern, bei denen eine Schüttung (9) oder ein Paket eines losen, mit einem Bindemittel versetzten Ausgangsmaterials zwischen Preßflächen der Einwirkung von Druck und gegebenenfalls Wärme ausgesetzt wird, mit zwei zwischen je zwei Umlenkrollen (4,...) bzw. (5,...) endlos umlaufenden, die Preßflächen bildenden Pressenbändern (1 ,2) die in einer - in Laufrichtung (22) des Strangs (10) gesehen - zwischen den Umlenkpaaren (4,...) bzw. (5,...) der Pressenbänder (1 ) bzw. (2) gebildeten Preßstrecke (3) parallel zueinander mit gleicher, der Laufgeschwindigkeit des sich bildenden Strangs (10) entsprechender Geschwindigkeit vorlaufen, und mit - senkrecht zu den Pressenbändern (1 ,2) gesehen außerhalb deren die Preßstrecke (3) begrenzender Trume - angeordneten Stützkonstruktionen, an denen die Pressenbänder (1,2) in der Preßstrecke (3) gegen den für die Bildung des Strangs (10) notwendigen Druck abgestützt sind und die ein Einlaufmaul (3') aufweisen, in denen die Pressenbänder (1 ,2) - von der jeweiligen vorderen Umlenkrolle (4,5) kommend - mit der dazwischen befindlichen Schütttung (9) einlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine dem Einlaufmaul (3') im Innern des jeweiligen Pressenbandes (1) bzw. (2) vorgelagerten Rolle mit einer ein der Belastung der jeweiligen Rolle entsprechendes Signal abgebenden Sensoreinrichtung (23,13;21 ,13) wirkungsverbunden ist, die an ein Steuergerät (15) angeschlossen ist, welches bei Überschreitung eines vorbestimmten Schwellen- signalwertes einen Alarm auslöst. 1.
