Abstract

The invention relates to a latent-heat accumulator body (4) comprising an outer shell (5), which consists of a hard plastic or elastomer, in particular a thermoplastic elastomer, that can be processed by injection techniques and a filling consisting of a latent-heat accumulator material (6) that is located in the interior of the shell. Said latent-heat accumulator material has a working temperature range covering a temperature span that runs from below the phase change temperature to above the latter. To obtain an improved latent-heat accumulator body (4), the invention is characterised in that in the working temperature range, the latent-heat accumulator material (6) is a gelatinous or solid mass independent of the temperature, which is introduced into the interior of the shell (5), using a two-component injection method.
