Abstract

The invention relates to a spray catheter (1) that can be introduced into a cavity of a human body for spraying a liquid, in particular a stain, onto the wall (W) of the cavity. Said catheter comprises: at the proximal end, a catheter tube (3) that can be connected to a liquid feed device (7) and at the distal end of the catheter tube (3) a spray head (5) with liquid outlets (9). The liquid outlets (9) open into a surface zone (5a) of the spray head (5), said zone being radially offset in relation to the longitudinal axis (L-L) of the catheter, in such a way that the liquid predominantly flows away from the longitudinal axis of the catheter (L-L).
