Abstract

The invention relates an electronic record of luggage, cargo and vehicles comprising three elements: an interface, an interrogator and a spy. The interrogator and the spy form the mobile body of the record, while the interface constitutes the fixed body. Said interrogator and spy can be interconnected and communicate between them the data stored in the respective memories thereof. The interface is provided with a casing having a receptacle in which the other two elements can be housed once connected in order to load information by connecting said interface to the terminal of the company responsible for the transport of the luggage, cargo or vehicles. The main components appear in the diagram and comprise: female (1) and male (2) connectors, semi-circular channels (4) and pivots (3), pilot lamps (6), loudspeakers (5), digital portals (7) and a switch (8). The basic inventive model is used to keep a constant check on said luggage, cargo or vehicle, to which the interrogator is fixed respectively using an electromagnetic procedure. Meanwhile, the spy remains in the user's possession and the mobile body or interface, which is connected to the terminal, remains in the possession of the company. When a significant deviation from the planned itinerary occurs, the acoustic and visual alarm systems, which are integrated in the interrogator and the spy, are put into operation. In this way, all the incidents are recorded in the central system via the interface by means of the communication that is established immediately between the elements when said incident occurs.

SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE REFERRED TO THE INVENTION:

It is an apparatus that will consist of several characteristic components of the Electronics Sector designed and manufactured expressly for the proper functioning of the set. The data storage process in its different elements will be carried out by means of computer support with software programmed specifically for each of the different models of the J.M.R.2 Registry.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:

The aforementioned electronic device will allow you to collect in its different elements all the information related to the itinerary that the luggage, merchandise or vehicle whose registration is desired should be followed, as well as how much data is required of the user and, where appropriate, of the company in charge of transporting to be able to carry out a permanent check of the route followed by those who will make it possible to know their situation at all times.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:

Applicants are not aware that in the current state of the art there are devices of similar characteristics to the invention that they now wish to patent. They have nothing to do with the JMR2 electronic registry. the "pagers" existing in the market nor the instruments for beacon used until now in air and maritime navigation. All of them, in addition to being used with different ñnes, have obviously different design and operation.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION:

It consists of an apparatus composed of three distinct elements. Two of them, called INTERROGADOR and ESPÍA form the mobile body and can be snapped through a system of females and males that, in addition, allow the interconnection for the electronic transfer of data between both elements.

The third, called INTERFACE, forms the fixed body that is constituted by a receptacle into which the mobile body can be inserted. In its inner side walls it will have several males (usually two or four) that can be attached to the semicircular channels of the INTERROGATOR and the SPY to allow the process of loading and transferring data.

The INTERFACE will have a mechanism to facilitate the expulsion of the elements of the mobile body. In addition, its housing will be equipped with cables to connect to the terminal of the company in charge of transport. The INTERROGADOR and ESPÍA will each have a system for storing information as well as a double communication mechanism (sound and visual).

The sound will consist of a loudspeaker through which an acoustic warning signal may be emitted in the event of significant deviations from the planned itinerary and, in addition, as many messages as deemed necessary. The visual will consist of a pilot light to signal the incidents and a window or digital portal divided into two sections (one with a yellow background and black digits and another, separated from the previous one, with a red background and black digits).

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DD3UJOS:

FIGURE 1 represents the upper floor (above) and one of the side elevations (below) of the first element of the mobile body of the apparatus, called INTERROGATOR. The differences that could exist between them would be limited, firstly, to their size (depending on whether they are packages, suitcases, trunks, etc., in the case of luggage, attending to the packaging of the goods that could even be containers and according to the characteristics of the vehicles), in second, to the nature of the materials with which it is manufactured and, finally, according to the volume of information that in each case must be recorded in the memory of the different elements that make up the Registry. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry out the complete description of a specific embodiment since the differential elements between the different models are not determining factors in order to describe their components in a generic way.

SOMERA EXPLANATION OF THE USE OF THE INVENTION:

To load the Registry, the mobile body will be inserted into the receptacle of the fixed body or INTERFACE, the two elements of the first INTERROGATOR and SPY must be connected) and the INTERFACE connected by means of the corresponding cables to the terminal of the company that must control the movement of luggage, merchandise or vehicle in order to enter the necessary data to be able to verify at all times that their route does not deviate significantly from the planned itinerary. Cars or vehicles for collecting luggage and merchandise at the end of each conveyor belt or each terminal or loading dock, as well as the transport or storage of vehicles will keep as a decoy part of the information printed on the mobile body of the Registry to prevent INTERROGER and SPY alarms are triggered.

The data transmission between the different elements of the device, once separated, will usually be carried out by means of citizen frequency radio signals although it may be worked with other frequencies as appropriate.

Claims

The claims that define the object for which protection is requested are listed below:

I ^a ) System of electronic registration of luggage, merchandise and vehicles that allows to control the movement and movement of the same characterized by:

a) An element, called a mobile body, constituted in turn by two other components, called INTERROGADOR and ESPÍA, capable of coupling and enabling the connection for electronic data transfer between the two. Each of them has an information storage system and a communication mechanism.

b) Another element, called fixed body or INTERFACE, capable of coupling with the mobile body to allow the process of loading and transferring data by having cables in its housing to connect with the terminal of the company in charge of transport.
