Abstract

An interbody spinal implant (100A) adapted for placement across an intervertebral space (50) formed across the height of a disc space between two adjacent vertebral bodies. The implant (100A) has a leading end (102A) that includes at least a portion of an arc of a circle from side to side, and sides (110A, 112A) that are at least in part straight or a trailing end (104A) having a radius of curvature of another circle from side to side. The implant (100A) may be made cortical bone, a bone composite, or a material other than bone.
