Lesdits écrans doivent être installés de façon à ce qu'ils soient ergonomiques pour les passagers et de façon à ce que le champ de vision du conducteur ne soit pas obstrué. De plus, le conducteur ne doit pas être tenté de regarder l'écran tout en conduisant. On connaît un agencement d'écran décrit dans la publication US-A-5946055 dans lequel la partie supérieure d'un écran escamotable est fixée sur le pavillon du véhicule au-dessus des sièges avant. De plus, la disposition en hauteur de l'écran oblige lesdits passagers à lever la tête, ce qui leur occasionne une position inconfortable et fatigante.
