股骨颈保护装置 技术领域
' 本发明涉及一种股骨颈保护装置。
背景技术
目前， 医院实施的人工髋关节置换手术， 一般是将股骨颈切锯平整， 然后再将一金属材料做成的股骨柄插入骨髓腔内， 再填入骨水泥使之固 定、 这种结构会造成股骨的应力分布改变， 使其除了固定上不稳定的缺 点外， 还有新长出来的血管与骨痂无法将金属材料包覆， 因此造成该金 属材料股骨柄无法完全与股骨结合成一体并受保护， 进而造成该断裂的 股骨与包覆的金属材料因承受力量有限而造成松动， 这样往往使患者痛 苦不堪， 且须再次手术翻修， 上述的缺点， 长久以来， 一直困扰着医疗 业者及患者。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可直接套合在重塑后的股骨颈上使其与股 骨结合为一体的装置， 以解决上述现有技术所存在的缺陷。
本发明是这样实现的： 该股骨颈保护装置， 包括： 本体， 其特点是 本体上设有一内部中空的可套合在重塑后的股骨颈上套筒， 所述套筒的 一端的周边设有向外延伸的可紧贴在股骨与股骨颈相接的表面上的凸 缘， 另一端凸伸有一顶部向内凹的颈部， 所述的颈部上嵌套有一穿过套 筒中的股骨颈的螺钉， 所述的本体上至少设有一孔洞， 所述的孔洞中穿 套一可固定在股骨上的固定元件， 所述的颈部远离套筒的一端设有可与 螺钉结合的可使髋关节活动自如的人工股骨颈球头。
本发明的股骨颈保护装置由于使用了套筒、 凸缘可紧密地贴合在股 骨表面上； 由于本体上设有孔洞使股骨及股骨颈新长出的血管及骨痂可 穿过孔洞并覆盖在本体上进而与股骨结合为一体； 由于使用了股骨球头 使髋关节活动自如； 由于使用了固定元件使本体不会发生松动或脱落。 附图说明

实施发明的最佳方式
请参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 3所示： 本发明的股骨颈保护装置， 它是一 种可使重塑后的股骨颈稳固牢靠地包覆固定， 且可与新长出的血管及骨 痂结合成一体的装置， 该装置上设有一本体 10， 该本体 10上设有一内 部中空的套筒 11， 该套筒 11一端周边设有一向外延伸且略呈弧曲状之 凸缘 12， 在本实施例中该凸缘 12为三角状， 且该套筒 11的另一端凸伸 有颈部 13， 该颈部 13中嵌套有一螺钉 14 (如第 6图所示)， 螺钉 14的 一端设有螺纹头， 螺钉 14的钉部设有螺纹， 该本体 10上设有至少一个 以上之孔洞 15， 该孔洞 15中可穿套一固定元件 40 (如第 4图所示）， 在本实施例中固定元件 40为一骨钉。
使用时， 请参照第 4、 5、 6、 7图所示， 先将重塑后的股骨颈 20通 过手术切削处理成与套筒 11相配合的形状， 再将本体 10的套筒 11套 合在重塑后的股骨颈 20上， 并使凸缘 12紧贴在股骨 30与股骨颈 20相 接之表面上， 将螺钉 14穿过套合在套筒 11中的股骨颈 20， 进而锁合在 股骨 30上 （如第 5、 6图所示）， 如此， 不但可使本体 10稳固牢靠地套 合在重塑后之股骨颈 20上， 且由于有本体 10的保护， 使所述的股骨颈 20能够茁壮重生。
进一步， 固定元件 40穿过孔洞 15固定在股骨 30上， 使该股骨 30 在与股骨干（图中未示）相连接时， 可通过固定元件 40加强固定以防 止旋转， 使所述的本体 10的凸缘 12不会发生松动脱离的情形。
更进一步， 由于本体 10上设有孔洞 15， 使新长出的血管及骨痂可 穿过孔洞 15， 而覆盖在本体 10上， 进而使本体 10可与股骨颈 20及股 骨 30结合成一体； 此外， 所述颈部 13远离套筒 11 的一端设有可通过 自身的内螺紋与螺钉 14的螺纹头相结合的人工股骨球头 50， 该股骨球 头 50可使与股骨 30相连接的髋关节活动自如 （如第 7图所示)。
当然， 上述的固定元件也可用除骨钉之外的其它元件所取代； 凸 缘也可以采取其它可紧贴股骨颈的形状； 螺钉的钉部也可以不设有螺 纹； 人工股骨球头也可采用与螺钉紧配合的方式来固定， 凡本专业的技 术人员所显而易见的简单结构替换均落在本发明的保护范围内。
