Abstract

The invention relates generally to an air-jacket for life saving, and more particularly to, an air-jacket that is filled with gas so that user can float in the air. An air-jacket and a balloon are made as one body and west shaped balloon is built in the air-jacket. A part of gas supply which supplies gas to balloon formed in the air-jacked through vest shaped balloon, and a control part for gas exhaust are formed in the front part of the art. A store part for the balloon is formed in the reverse side of the art so that gas coming through the vest shaped balloon can be filled in the balloon store part. So in the case of fire, explosion and earthquake in the high-rise building, user can come down to the earth safely or float in the air.

Description

A LIFE SAVING AIR-JACKET
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of The Invention:
The invention relates generally to an air-jacket for life saving, and more particularly to, an air-jacket that is filled with gas so that user can float in the air.
Description of the Prior Art:
In the art, there are some distinguishing marks like following; an air-jacket and a balloon are made as one body; vest shaped balloon is built in the air-jacket; a part for gas supply which supplies gas to a balloon formed in the air-jacket through vest shaped balloon, and a control part for gas exhaust are formed in the front part of the art; a store part for the balloon is formed in the reverse side of the art so that gas coming through the vest shaped balloon can be filled in the balloon store part.
For some reasons from above, the present life saving air-jacket can be used in situations such as fire, explosion and earthquake in a high-rise building, or wreck on the sea so that a sufferer can come down to the earth safely or keep staying in the air.
Up to now, rescue from fire, explosion or earthquake in the low storied building is done with a ladder truck or an air-mat installed on the earth. But in the case of emergency, equipment like above is not prepared, so that costs many lives. Especially in the high-rise building above 15 floors, saving lives with usual tools is not possible at all. Also, construction work or cleaning outside of the high-rise building caused many accidents. In addition, in the case of wreck on the sea, victims were suffered from tough Waves and body temperature decreases for long time nevertheless they had life vest.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention is designed to solve the above problems. In order to solve
the above problems, vest shaped balloon is formed inside of the air-jacket and is linked
inside of each other with the reverse side of the air-jacket. These special features enable
quick filling from the gas supply part so that user can come down to the earth safely from
high-rise building-with gas exhaust control.
As well as, in the case of wreck on the sea, user can keep float in the air so wait until
rescue without body temperature decreases or being tired.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
To achieve the objects above, the present invention has following features; gas
supply part to supply gas for entire air-jacket, and gas exhaust control part to control the
amount of gas with discharging gas inside of the air-jacket to outside, which is used in
dropping after floating are formed in the front side of the present air-jacket; balloon store
part in which the balloon is folded and stored is attached to the reverse side of the air-
jacket. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The present invention will be described in detail by way of a preferred embodiment
with reference to accompanying drawings
Fig.1 is a perspective view of the present invention, an air-jacket for live saving.
Fig.2 is an incision view of the story part for the balloon in the reverse side of the present
invention, life saving air-jacket.
Fig.3 shows a state that the present life saving air-jacket is function.
Fig. 4 shows a cross-sectional view of the gas supply part of the present invention, life
saving air-jacket.
Fig.5 shows a cross-sectional view of A-Al line of Fig. 1.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
As referred in Fig.l or Fig5, in the case of wearing the air-vest of the present invention as a usual vest, belt/waist (2) and belt/leg (3) are attached to the lower part of the air- vest so that user's body can be settled to the air- vest. The air- vest is made from synthetic resin that drains water off and to twofold. Also inside of the air-vest above, vest shaped balloon (4) is prepared. Gas supply part (5) and gas exhaust control part
(20) are attached in the front side of the air-vest (6). The reverse part of the air-vest is made as one body with the vest shaped balloon (4). And in it, balloon (26) that would be fill with gas, and balloon store part (24) are equipped.
Vest shaped balloon (4) is similarly designed to air-vest (1). That means vest shaped balloon is made to air-vest (1) shape and twofold. And gas is supposed to be filled in the air- vest (1). In addition, balloon (26) of balloon store part (24) that is attached to the reverse side of the air-jacket (25) is made to one body. In other words, if gas is supplied, these operate like one balloon. And gas supplied from gas supply part (5) is supposed to be charged in the balloon (24) of balloon store part (25) attached to the reverse side of the air-jacket (25) through above-mentioned vest shaped balloon (4). Gas supply part (5) is installed in the gas supply part sack (7) in the front side of
the air-jacket (6) and consisted of liquid gas tank (8), gas tank fixing device (9), case outer
wall(lθ), safety switch (11) and gas supply hose (12).
In the liquid gas tank (8), liquid gas such as liquid helium (He) used to fly a
balloon is filled. This liquid gas is supposed to evaporate and supplied to the balloon (26)
through vest shaped balloon (4) installed in the air-vest (1). Entrance area of the top of the
liquid gas tank is combined with female screw (13) of gas tank fixing device (9) and
inserted into case outer wall (10).
Gas tank fixing device (9) is ring shaped and female screw (13) is formed inside of
it. So it is combined with the entrance part of the liquid gas tank (8) with screws. Outside
of the gas tank-fixing device (9), hitch sphere holding groove (14) which hitch sphere (19)
of the safety switch (11) is inserted is formed.
Case outer wall (10) is a long-cylinder case. In the case outer wall (10), following
devices are installed; liquid gas tank (8) combined with gas tank fixing device (9) with
screws; on the top, fixing pin (15) for smashing the entrance part of liquid gas tank (8) so
liquid gas in the liquid gas tank (8) to evaporate and expand; on the bottom, spring (16)
for hitch sphere (19) of safety switch (11) to smash fixing pin when hitch sphere (19) is
coming out from hitch sphere holding groove (14) of gas tank fixing device (9); on the side, hitch sphere insert groove (17) which hitch sphere (9) of safety switch (11) is inserted.
Safety switch (11) is consist of safety ring (18) and hitch sphere (19). Above-
mentioned safety ring (18) and hitch sphere (19) is tied up with each other.
Hitch sphere (19) is elliptical and is hooked to hitch sphere-holding groove (14) of
gas tank fixing device (9) through hitch sphere insert groove (19). So, if pull the safety
(18) of safety switch (11), above-mentioned hitch sphere (19) comes out from hitch sphere
holding groove (14) of gas tank fixing device (9). After that, liquid gas tank (8) jumps up
by the elasticity of the spring (16) installed on the bottom of case outer wall (10). And then,
the entrance of liquid gas tank (8) is crashed to fixing pin (15) and break. In conclusion,
liquid gas in the tank evaporates and is supplied to vest shaped balloon (4) and balloon
(26) through gas supply hose (12).
Gas supply hose (12) is linked to vest shaped balloon (4) via the top area of case
outer wall (10) and is made to thick for a lot of gas is supplied to balloon (26) through
vest shaped balloon (4) at a time.
Gas exhaust control part (20) is used to exhaust gas when user comes down after float in
the air and installed in the front side of the air-vest (6) and consisted of gas exhaust hose
(21) and gas control switch (22). It enables user to come down slowly.
Gas exhaust hose (21) is linked to vest shaped balloon (4) and consisted of gas
control switch (22) in the middle of hose and gas outlet (23) in the end of hose.
Gas control switch (22) is supposed to control the amount of gas filled in vest
shaped balloon (4) and balloon (26) inside of air- vest (1) when coming down, '—'shaped valve is attached to gas control switch and inserted in the middle of above-mentioned gas exhaust hose (21). This valve opens/closes gas exhaust hose (21) when user rotates gas control switch (22) at the right angle of clock wise/counter clockwise to control the amount of gas inside of air- vest (1). Gas outlet (23) is designed narrow to exhaust little gas so user can control the amount of
gas easily.
Balloon store part (24) is attached to the reverse side of the air-jacket (25) and consisted
of balloon (26) and cover of the balloon store part (27).
Balloon (26) is made of synthetic resin that is persisting, light and non-leaking such as
vinyl chloride or nylon used to airbag or balloon. Balloon (26) is folded and put in balloon
store part (24) before gas is filled in. It is made to one body with vest shaped balloon (4)
so gas supplied from gas supply part is supposed to be filled in the balloon (26).
Cover of the balloon store part (27) is used to cover the folded and put in balloon
(26) and is slightly attached to balloon store part (24) many of Nelcro-tape (28). Therefore,
when the balloon (26) rises after gas filling, above-mentioned cover of the balloon store
part (27) is opened easily and it enables the balloon (26) to come out from balloon store part (26).
In the present invention, if the liquid gas is helium(He) that can lift 1.03killogram
per 1 m', the total amount of equipment (including liquid helium) is considered to
20killogram, and weight of user is considered to 80killogram, then the diameter of balloon is about 5.653 meter.
Therefore, produced air- vest considering weight of user can be made by size of body and for child/adult. Also, the amount of gas or the diameter of balloon are varies with weight or body size of user.
How to use the present invention!
In emergency on high-rise building or on the sea, user wears air- vest (1) and then fixes body firmly with belt/waist (2) and belt/leg (3). Pull the safety ring (18) of safety switch installed in the gas supply part (5) of the front side of the air- vest. Then hitch sphere (19) tied to safety ring (18) comes out from hitch sphere holding groove (14) of gas tank fixing device (9). At the same time, liquid gas tank (8) jumps up in the case outer wall (10) by elasticity of spring (16) attached to inside, on the bottom of case outer wall (10) of gas support part (5). And then, liquid gas tank (8) crashes to fixing pin attached to the top area of case outer wall (10) and breaks. Therefore, liquid gas evaporates.
Evaporated gas is supplied to vest shaped balloon (4) via gas supply hose (12) linked to the top of case outer wall (10), then through above-mentioned vest shaped balloon (4) to balloon (26) attached in the reverse side of the air- vest (25). Finally, above- mentioned balloon (26) is filled with gas quickly.
Air- vest (1) floats because vest shaped balloon (4) and balloon (26) are filled with gas. In the case that user want to come down, rotate gas control switch (22) of gas exhaust control part (20) attached to the front side of air-vest (6) at the right angle of clockwise. Then ' — ' shaped valve attached to gas control switch (22) opens gas exhaust hose (21) little by little. In the long run, gas filled in vest shaped balloon (4) and balloon (26) is exhausted via gas outlet (23) little by little then user comes down. At this time, user rotates gas control switch (22) at the right angle of counter clockwise then gas exhaust hose is closed and user can come down to the earth safely.
POTENTIALLITY FOR INDUSTRY
By the present invention, even in the high-rise building above 15 floors, user can
come down to the earth safely. In addition, in construction work or cleaning outside of the
high-rise building, user can do work safely with life-saving air-jacket without other tools.
Also, in the case of wreck on the sea, user can survive from tough waves and body
temperature decreases for long.

Claims

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. A life saving air-vest that has gas supply part for instant gas expands;
an air-jacket and a balloon are made as one body;
vest shaped balloon is built in the air-jacket;
a part for gas supply which supplies gas to a balloon formed in the air-jacket
through vest shaped balloon, and a control part for gas exhaust are formed in the front part
of the art;
a store part for the balloon is formed in the reverse side of the art so that gas
coming through the vest shaped balloon can be filled in the balloon store part.
2. From the claim 1, a life saving air- vest that vest shaped balloon (4) is similarly
designed to air-vest (1). That means vest shaped balloon is made to air-vest (1) shape and
twofold. And gas is supposed to be filled in the air-vest (1). In addition, balloon (26) of
balloon store part (24) that is attached to the reverse side of the air-jacket (25) is made to
one body. In other words, if gas is supplied, these operate like one balloon. And gas
supplied from gas supply part (5) is supposed to be charged in the balloon (24) of balloon
store part (25) attached to the reverse side of the air-jacket (25) through above-mentioned
vest shaped balloon (4).
3. From the claim 1, a life saving air- vest that has gas exhaust that gas exhaust control part
(20) is consisted of gas exhaust hose (21) and gas control switch (22). And gas exhaust hose (21) is linked to vest shaped balloon (4) and gas control switch (22) is attached in the middle of hose. At the end of hose, outlet is made narrow to exhaust little amount of gas. Gas control switch (22) is supposed to control the amount of gas filled in vest shaped balloon (4) and balloon (26) inside of air-vest (1) when coming down, '—'shaped valve is attached to gas control switch and inserted in the middle of above-mentioned gas exhaust hose (21). This valve opens/closes gas exhaust hose (21) when user rotates gas control switch (22) at the right angle of clock wise/counter clockwise to control the amount of gas inside of air- vest (1).
