Abstract

A universal weighted exercise and resistance training garment (100), and a system thereof, to be worn by humans and non-humans, for body conditioning and training, and more particularly, a garment (100) (with configurations of short sleeves or long sleeves, and short pants or long pants) with pouches for holding weight pads, said garmen (100) being constructed of a material that wicks moisture from the wearer and having a plurality of perpendicular, non stretchable, fabric strips to provide immovable support for the weight pads, similar to a skeletal structure. Also disclosed is a related variety of conditioning components comprising weight pads held to a body by garments (100) or straps, and worn by athletes for the purpose of weight resistance training. The variety of weight pads and garments (100) can also be dimensioned for non-human use, such as horses and dogs for athletic training and exercise.
