Abstract

The invention relates to a microtiter plate which can be used in the nano range for simultaneously carrying out a plurality of microsyntheses at high temperatures. Said plate is embodied in such a way that the individual micro chambers of the micro or nano chamber matrix can be sealingly closed and the closure and the opening of the micro chamber is automatic before and after a reaction. According to the invention, the filling substances are disposed in chambers which are opened at the top and at the bottom and separated from each other by intermediate walls and which can be closed by covers. The plate is multi-layered and impervious in at least the chamber area and the thickness of the intermediate walls at the chamber openings is thinner than inside the chamber. Protruding edges are formed between the areas of the intermediate walls of various thicknesses.
