FORMING DEVICE OF FABRIC WITH SILICONE
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a forming device of fabrics with silicone, and more particularly, to a forming device of fabrics with silicone capable of forming silicone into a sheet, laminating the sheet on fabrics, and integrating them together.
Background Art
In general, there are many kinds of fabrics. The fabrics are used for manufacturing clothing.
Silicone resin has been widely used because of its excellency in heat resistance, compression resistance, chemical resistance, cold resistance, etc.
The silicone resin has never been integrated with fabrics and there hasn't been developed a separate device for integrating fabrics with silicone resin as yet.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present invention is directed to a forming device of fabrics with silicone that substantially obviates one or more problems due to limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
An object of the present invention is to provide a forming device of fabrics with silicone, which can integrate fabrics with silicone.

The objectives and other advantages of the invention may be realized and attained by the structure particularly pointed out in
the written description and claims hereof as well as the appended drawings.
To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, as embodied and broadly described herein, there is provided a forming device of fabrics with silicone, comprising forming means for forming a supplied silicone resin material into a sheet, laminating means for laminating the sheet on fabrics, and heating means for integrating the fabrics with the sheet.
The forming means includes a material case for supplying the silicone resin material, a screw cylinder for pressurizing the silicone resin supplied from the material case by means of a high pressure hose and transferring the same, and an extrusion mold for molding the silicone resin transferred through the screw cylinder into a sheet.
The laminating means includes a fabric holding roller for allowing the fabrics in the roll form to be laid thereon, and a plurality of pressure rollers for laminating the silicone resin sheet on the fabrics unwound from the fabric holding roller.
The heating means includes a conveying roller for conveying the fabrics on which the sheet is laminated, and a heater being installed on at least one of upper and lower sides of the conveying roller. It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description of the present invention are exemplary and explanatory and are intended to provide further explanation of the invention as claimed.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The present invention will now be described in detail in connection with preferred embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings. For reference, like reference characters designate corresponding parts throughout several views.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 illustrate a forming device of fabrics with silicone according to the present invention.
The forming device of fabrics with silicone includes forming means 10, laminating means 20, and heating means 30. The forming means 10 forms a supplied silicone resin material into a sheet
40. The forming means 10 includes a material case 11 for supplying the silicone resin material, a screw cylinder 13 for pressurizing the silicone resin supplied from the material case 11 by means of a high pressure hose 12 and transferring the same, and an extrusion mold 14 for molding the silicone resin transferred through the screw cylinder 13 into the sheet 40.
Further, a cooling hose 15 is installed for the purpose of cooling when temperature of the material pressured in the screw cylinder 13 rises.
The laminating means 20 laminates the sheet 40 on fabrics 41. The laminating means 20 includes a fabric holding roller 21 for allowing the fabrics 41 in the roll form to be laid thereon, and a plurality of pressure rollers 22 for laminating the silicone resin sheet 40 on the fabrics 41 unwound from the fabric holding roller 21.
According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fabric holding roller 21 forms a pair and permits the fabrics 41 to be placed thereon. The silicone resin sheet 40 is interposed between the unwound fabrics 41.
Further, the fabrics 41 having the siliconee resin sheet 40 laminated thereon are passed between the pressure rollers 22 in zigzag to be integrated.
In the preferred embodiment, the silicone resin sheet 40 is put inside between the upper fabric 41 and the lower fabric 41. However, it goes without saying that the fabrics and the silicone resin can be combined in various ways, for example, into two or three layers.
The heating means 30 integrates the fabrics 41 with the sheet 40. The heating means 30 includes a conveying roller 31 for conveying the fabrics 41 on which the sheet 40 is laminated, and a heater 32 being installed on at least one of upper and lower sides of the conveying roller 31.
Furthermore, a ventilation 33 is installed on an upper side of the conveying roller 31 to prevent overheating of the heater 32, thereby keeping an optimal temperature.
Hereinafter, operation of the present invention will be explained in detail. First, the silicone resin material is charged to an inlet of the material case, and pressurized by means of the high pressure hose 12. The pressurized silicone resin material is transferred to the screw cylinder 13.
The silicone resin material transferred to the screw cylinder 13 is passed in a fused state through the extrusion mold 14 and molded into the sheet 40. The sheet 40 of silicone resin is laminated on the fabrics 41 between the fabric holding rollers 21, and is moved in zigzag between the pressure rollers 22 while advancing according to rotation of the rollers, resulting in integration with the fabrics.
The plurality of pressure rollers 22 are variable in their coupled type. As a result, tension control under the optimal transfer state, and feed speed to the heater 32 are varied in accordance with the combination of the fabrics and the silicone resin.
The fabrics with silicone are formed by heating of the heater 32 while the silicone resin sheet 40 integrated with the fabrics 41 is moved along the conveying roller 31.
Here, overheating of the heater 32 is prevented and the optimal temperature is kept by virtue of the ventilation.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the forming device of fabrics with silicone has an advantage of enabling a new material to be widely applied to the manufacturing industry, such as the clothing industry, by integrating the fabrics with the silicone.
