1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a filter paper exchangeable filter for a dust collector, and more particularly, to a filter paper exchangeable filter formed such that filter paper included in a filter can be easily separated from the filter and exchanged.
2. Description of the Related Art
A dust collector filter 70 according to a conventional technology is formed to be cylindrical as shown in FIG. 7. The dust collector filter 70 includes a perforated net 72, through which air in the filter circulates, and filter paper 8 inserted between an upper cover 73 and a lower cover 74 that form the f ames of the filter in a state of being folded in a saw tooth shape, the filter paper 8 for filtering air.
Because the filter paper 8 is fixed to the filter 70 using glue, it is not possible to exchange the filter paper 8. Industrial wastes increase due to the filters wasted without being re-used.
Also, the glue used for attaching the filter paper 8 to the filter 70 has a bad effect on an environment because the glue exhausts an environmental hormone such as dioxin when it is burned. Also, when the cylindrical filter 70 is installed in the dust collector, because almost dust collector housings are box-shaped, the surplus of the space, in which the filter of the dust collector is installed, is not fully used. As a result, the filtering efficiency of the dust collector deteriorates.

On end of the filter paper supporting rod 6 is inserted into the supporting rod fixing hold of the upper ribs 5a installed outside the upper supporting unit 30. The other end of the filter paper supporting rod is inserted into the supporting rod fixing hole of the upper ribs 5a installed outside the upper supporting unit 30'. As shown in FIG. 2, the upper ribs 5a are inverse triangular and are concavo-convexly engaged with lower ribs 5b to be mentioned later.
A latch 9a forming a fixing clip 9 is installed outside and below the upper rib supporting unit 7a.
As shown in FIG. 3, a sealing rubber 15 is preferably attached to the lower surface of the upper rib supporting unit 7a. When the upper filter 100 and the lower filter 200 are combined with each other, it is possible to prevent air from being exhausted between filter paper 8 positioned on the filter paper supporting rods 6 and 6'.
The structure of the lower filter 200 will now be described.
In the lower filter 200, a pair of lower supporting units 40 and 40' are combined with each other by the filter paper supporting rod 6' to be separated from each other by the length of the supporting rod 6'.
Each of the lower supporting unit 40 and the lower supporting unit 40' has a plurality of lower ribs 5b by the height of the filter. A lower rib supporting unit 7b is integrally formed outside the lower supporting units 40 and 40'.
A supporting rod fixing hole (not shown) for connecting the filter paper supporting rod 6' is formed in the upper portion of the lower ribs 5b. One end of the filter paper supporting rod 6' is inserted into the supporting rod fixing hole of the lower ribs 5b installed in the lower supporting unit 40. The other end of the filter paper supporting rod 6' is inserted into the supporting rod fixing hole installed in the lower supporting unit 40'. As shown in 2, the lower ribs 5b are inverse triangular and are concavo-convexly engaged with the upper ribs 5a.
A latch 9b forming the fixing clip 9 is installed outside in the upper portion of the lower rib supporting unit 7b.
A filter 1 according to the present invention is formed by combining the upper filter 100 and the lower filter 200 with each other, which will be described with reference to FIG. 3.
FIG. 3 is a detailed view of the filter according to the present invention. FIG. 3A is a front detailed view when the filter is assembled. FIG. 3B is a front detailed view when the filter is separated.
The upper filter 100 of the filter 1 is combined with the lower filter 200 of the filter 1 by combining the upper ribs 5a with the lower ribs 5b. At this time, the upper surface of the lower rib supporting unit 7b contacts the sealing rubber 15 attached to the lower surface of the upper rib supporting unit 7a, to thus completely prevent air from being received into the filter 1.
When the upper filter 100 is separated from the lower filter 200 by separating the upper ribs 5a from the lower ribs 5b. A structure where the filter paper is combined with the filter 1 according to the present invention will now be described with reference to FIG. 4 that is a perspective view showing that the filter paper is loaded in the filter according to the present invention and FIG. 5 that is a side detailed view showing that the filter paper is loaded. The upper filter 100 and the lower filter 200 that are separated from each other as shown in FIG. 3 are combined with each other. As shown in FIG. 5, the filter paper 8 is pulled from above the filter paper supporting rod 6' positioned most outside, passes through below the filter paper supporting rod 6 positioned next the filter paper supporting rod 6', and is positioned on the lower filter paper supporting rod 6' next the filter paper supporting rod 6.
When the filter paper 8 is repeatedly positioned on the filter paper supporting rods 6 and 6', the filter paper sequentially passes through the lower filter paper supporting rod 6' and the upper filter paper supporting rod 6 and is positioned on the upper and lower filter paper supporting rods 6 and 6' as shown in FIG. 4.
As shown in FIG. 5, when the surplus of the filter paper 8 positioned most outside is pressed by an internal fixing plate 10, an external fixing plate 11 overlaps the filter paper 8, and a fixing hole 13 punched in the upper rib supporting unit 7a and the lower rib supporting unit 7b and a fixing hole 14 punched in the internal fixing plate 10 and the external fixing plate 11 are tightened by a fixing bolt 12, the filter paper 8 is fixed to the filter 1 by the internal fixing plate 10 and the external fixing plate 11 that overlap the filter paper 8. The internal fixing plate 10 and the external fixing plate 11 are attached to the front surface and the rear surface of the filter 1. On the rear surface, when the filter paper 8 is pressed, the internal fixing plate 10 and the external fixing plate 11 overlap each other and are fixed, and the latch 9a of the fixing clip 9 is fixed to a fixing key 9b, the filter 1 according to the present invention is completed.
The filter paper 8 is separated from the filter 1 in an order reverse to the order where the filter paper 8 is attached to the filter 1. That is, when the external fixing plate 11 and the internal fixing plate 10 are separated from the filter paper 8 and the filter paper supporting rods 6 and 6' by releasing the fixing bolt 12, it is possible to easily separate the filter paper 8. In such a state, new filter paper 8 is loaded.
FIG. 6 shows that the filter 1, in which the filter paper 8 is loaded, is installed in a dust collector 60. As shown in FIG. 6, the filter 1 is loaded in the lower portion of a suction fan 61 positioned inside the dust collector 60. When the suction fan 61 is operated, the air received into the dust collector 60 through an inlet opening 63 is received into the filter 1 by the suction force of the suction fan 61 and is filtered by the filter paper 8. The air whose contaminant material is filtered by the filter paper 8 is exhausted outside the dust collector 60 through a discharge opening 62.
Because the conventional cylindrical filter 70 is installed in the space inside the box-shaped dust collector 60, a surplus space is generated between the box-shaped dust collector and the cylindrical filter 70. Accordingly, it is not possible to filter the air sucked into through the inlet opening 63 to the utmost. Meanwhile, because the filter 1 is installed to be suitable for the size of the filter positioning space of the dust collector 60, it is possible to use the filter positioning space inside the dust collector 60 to the utmost. Accordingly, it is possible to maximize the filtering efficiency of the dust collector. Because it is possible to load the filter to be suitable for the filter positioning space of the dust collector, it is possible to use the filter positioning space in the dust collector to the utmost. Accordingly, it is possible to improve the filtering efficiency of the dust collector.
Also, because only the filter paper is exchanged without exchanging the filter when the filter paper is contaminated, it is possible to prevent resources from being wasted and to prevent the industrial wastes from increasing. Because the adhesive agent such as the glue is unnecessary when the filter paper is exchanged and loaded, it is possible to easily exchange the filter paper and not to generate the environmental hormone such as dioxin caused by the burning of the glue when the conventional filter is wasted.
