Description

SACHET A COMPARTIMENTS MULTIPLES MULTI-COMPARTMENT BAG
DOMAINE DE L'INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to the field of flexible packaging, typically sachets. These sachets are formed from single or multi-layer strip materials, comprising wholly or in part plastic films. It concerns bags with multiple compartments.
ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART
The concept of products packaged in bags with several compartments is already known.
Thus, there are already sachets linked together, these sachets forming an uncut strip forming an association of sachets, so as to group products "in a chain".
There is also known a combination of standard sachets using a removable clamp, so as to artificially create two compartments, the clamp being removed when using the products contained in the two sachets to typically allow the mixing of these two products.
Also known are two-compartment flat sachets. Such bags are made up of three films sealed together, creating two separate cells or compartments. We also know sachets of the "Doypack" ® type, sachets which include an attached base allowing the sachet to stand upright. These sachets, formed from plastic films, are manually tearable during a first opening.
On the one hand, there is an ever increasing demand for "Doypack" ® type sachets, these sachets increasingly replacing other traditional types of packaging, be they metal cans, cardboard boxes, etc., taking into account in particular their high mechanical characteristics and possibly their high barrier properties.
On the other hand, there is also an increasing demand for processed products, whether in the field of culinary art or in other fields, in which case, it is often necessary to package two or more components or constituents separately. form of juxtaposition of products, constituents which are to be used, or mixed, simultaneously when the contents of the package are consumed. It can for example be the several ingredients of a cooking recipe or a dessert.
There is therefore a need to have Doypack® type bags comprising several compartments. In addition, it is important that such bags are economical to manufacture.
DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTIONDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the invention, the multi-compartment bag, typically intended for the packaging of at least one product, comprises a main bag typically intended for packaging a main product and comprising two side walls or so-called main faces formed from a main film. folded, or two main films, with sealed side edges, said main bag typically comprising at its upper end a so-called main filling orifice provided with facing sealing pads or upper edges forming a main closing means, said main bag comprising at its edge or lower end an attached bottom sealed in said walls main and provided with a vertical station means, and is characterized in that it comprises at least one secondary wall integral with said main bag, so as to form at least one secondary compartment provided with a so-called secondary orifice allowing access said secondary compartment, typically for the packaging of a so-called secondary product, said secondary orifice typically comprising a secondary closure means.
D'une manière générale, le sachet principal selon la présente invention est un sachet contenant le moyen de station verticale, de préférence du type "Doypack" ®.Said main sachet can typically be of the "Doypack" ® type, and in this type of sachet, said vertical station means can comprise a reinforcement forming a fold with an "A" shaped profile, said reinforcement being typically formed by a portion of reinforcing strip folded or by two portions of reinforcing strips secured by sealing. In this type of packaging, said reinforcement is folded when the bag is empty, so that the empty bag is flat and occupies a small volume or bulk. On the other hand, once the reinforcement has been deployed, in particular under the action of the weight of the contents of the sachet, the latter acquires a seat or base which gives it a stable vertical station. Generally, the main sachet according to the present invention is a sachet containing the vertical station means, preferably of the "Doypack" ® type.
These means make it possible to form one or more compartments or complementary pockets, so as to be able to separate the products which it is advisable to separate before use, but which on the contrary should be gathered or found to be united when using at least one of the packaged products.
The numerous advantages of the invention will appear in the following description and in the figures.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTIONDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the invention, said secondary wall (3) can preferably be secured to said main bag (2) by at least one securing edge (32) sealed to said main bag (2), so that said main bag (2,2 ') and said secondary compartment (30, 30A, 30A, 30A ", 30B, 30B', 30C) have a common sealing range.
Avantageusement, ladite bordure de solidarisation (32) peut être en regard avec / ou correspondre à au moins un desdits bords scellés dudit sachet principal, typiquement un des bords latéraux scellés (21) dudit sachet principal (2), de manière à ce que ladite paroi secondaire (3) puisse être solidarisée audit sachet principal (2) sans une étape de scellage supplémentaire par rapport à celles nécessaires pour former ledit sachet principal (2).Indeed, it has been observed that a set of two sachets such as that shown in FIG. 1, and which does not include a common sealing area, exhibited a less stable vertical station than that of the sachets (1) which include a common sealing range and of which numerous methods are illustrated in the figures. Advantageously, said securing edge (32) can be opposite with / or correspond to at least one of said sealed edges of said main bag, typically one of the side sealed edges (21) of said main bag (2), so that said secondary wall (3) can be secured to said main bag (2) without an additional sealing step compared to those necessary to form said main bag (2).
Typically, said secondary compartment (30) may comprise two sealed side edges (34), said side edges (34) and said side edges (21) being typically facing or superimposed, so as to form said secondary compartment (30) without a additional sealing step compared to those necessary to form said main bag (2). Thus, the main sachets and the secondary compartment form an assembly secured over at least their common height, which tends to increase the holding, the rigidity and the vertical station of the assembly, as has been observed by the applicant.
Most often, said secondary orifice (31) may be typically close to said main orifice (22), said compartment (30) having a bottom (36), typically close to said lower end (24), comprising a lower edge (33) sealed to said main bag (2).
Cette modalité a été illustrée notamment sur les figures 3 a, 4a, 9, 12c et 13.However, as illustrated in FIG. 13, said secondary orifice (31) can be typically close to said lower end (24) of said main bag (2), said compartment (30) having a bottom (36), typically close to said end upper (23) of said main bag (2), comprising an upper edge (35) sealed to said main bag (2). This modality can be advantageously used for packaging solid articles or objects, for example notices, without risking seeing them damaged or soiled during filling of the main bag or during consumption of the main product (4A). According to one embodiment of the invention, said secondary compartment (3) can be a compartment (30A, 30 A ') comprising said secondary wall (3 A, 3 A') for one of its faces and one of said main side walls (20 ) for its other side. This method has been illustrated in particular in FIGS. 3 a, 4a, 9, 12c and 13.
Cette modalité a été illustrée notamment sur les figures 2a, 2b, 2e, 2d, 8a, et 8b.According to another embodiment of the invention, said secondary compartment (3) can be a compartment (30B, 30B ') comprising two secondary side walls (3B, 3B'), formed either from a folded secondary film (7) with sealed side edges, ie from two secondary films (7, 7 ′) with bottom and sealed side edges. This method has been illustrated in particular in FIGS. 2a, 2b, 2e, 2d, 8a, and 8b.
According to another form, said secondary compartment (30 A, 30B) can be included in said main compartment (2), as illustrated in FIGS. 2a, 2e, 2d, 3a, 8a, 8b and 9.
According to a variant of a bag (1) illustrated in FIG. 9, said secondary wall (3) can be a secondary wall (3A) forming a partition of said main bag (2) leading to the formation of two compartments (30 A) and ( 20 A), said upper edge (35) of said secondary wall (3 A) forming a partition of said main filling orifice (22), one face of said upper edge facing an upper edge forming said main orifice (22 '), the other face of said upper border opposite the other upper edge forming said secondary orifice (31'). It may be advantageous for each face of said upper edge and said upper edge opposite said face to include a lateral sealing zone (221, 310) contiguous to said lateral edges (34) or lateral edges (21), so as to facilitate the spacing between said upper edge and said upper edges and access to said main (22 ') and secondary (31') orifices.
Cette variante a été illustrée sur les figures 8a et 8b.According to another variant of a bag (1), said secondary wall (3) may be a secondary wall (3B, 3B ') itself forming said secondary compartment (30B, 30 B'), and in which the two main side walls (20) and the two side walls secondary (3) are of different length, so that said main port (22) and said secondary port (31) are offset from each other, one being close to said upper end, l the other being located between said upper end and said lower end. Such a shift can in certain cases facilitate the filling of the main sachet and of the secondary compartment (s), and / or the consumption of the products contained in these sachets or compartments. This variant has been illustrated in Figures 8a and 8b.
According to another variant of a bag (1), and as illustrated in FIGS. 2d and 2e, said main bag (2) may not include a filling orifice (22), the upper edges (220) of said side walls (20 ) being sealed at the upper edges (35) of the two secondary walls (3C), and in which said main product is packaged in said secondary compartment (30), said upper edges (35) of said facing secondary walls (3C) forming said orifice secondary (31), said main bag forming an external pocket (2 ') for said compartment forming an internal pocket or secondary compartment (30C). In this case, said main bag (2) may comprise means for maintaining the vertical hold of said bag during the consumption of said main product, typically chosen from: vertical station means with permanent spring effect, an orifice (251) or a valve allowing the inflation of said main bag (2), so as to allow an air intake as the volume of said secondary compartment decreases, a decrease which can possibly take place without air intake, so to have a product packaging of the "airless" type, which makes it possible to avoid oxidation or contamination of products sensitive in particular to oxygen.
According to another embodiment of the invention, said secondary compartment (30A ', 3 OB') can be external to said main compartment (2).
This method has been illustrated in FIGS. 2b, 3b (marks in parentheses), 12a, 13 and 14. As illustrated in FIG. 14, said secondary orifice (31) can be parallel to said lateral edge (21). According to a variant of this modality, one of the side walls (20) may be a side wall (20A) forming a support for said secondary wall (3A ') and comprising a lateral orifice (200) ensuring communication between said main bag (2) and said secondary compartment (30 A "), so as to typically be able to manually extract said main product (4 A), said secondary compartment (30A") not comprising said secondary product, said secondary wall (3 A ') temporarily obstructing said lateral orifice (200), possibly in leaktight manner. In this case, said main product (4A) can typically be formed by a stack of typically flat, folded and interleaved products (40), one end (41) of the product (40) above said stack passing through said lateral orifice. (200), so that the manual gripping of said end (41) of a product causes the separation of the product above said stack, and the passage through said lateral orifice of one end of said next product in said stack. Figure 4a is an illustration of this variant.
Advantageously, said main bag (2) can comprise an easy first opening means (29), allowing the tearing of said main side walls (20), typically along a predetermined tear line (29, 39), the main closing means ( 27) and secondary closure (37) being typically constituted by a sealing area.
The invention is not limited to a particular means of easy first opening. Any known means can be used, whether it is a weakening line, a partially incised line, in particular by laser, or even an oriented or channeled tear line. This tear line may include a notch or notch (290) forming a primer for the first opening tear, which leads to the separation of an upper part (291).
However, the opening of the main bag (2, 2 ') and / or that of the secondary compartment (30) may not require tearing of one end of the bag (1), in particular in the case where the main closing means (27) and / or secondary closure (37) comprises / comprise a peelable sealing layer, or optionally a layer peelable and reclosable sealing, one or the other, or any equivalent means, capable of forming said main (27) and / or secondary (37) closing means.
In the case where the main closing means (27) and secondary closing means (37) consist of a sealing area which requires tearing of the bag (1) during the first opening, and as illustrated for example in FIGS. 2a , 2c, 2f and 3c, said main bag and / or said secondary compartment may include / may comprise a means of temporary reclosure (28) and / or (38), typically formed by a "Zip" strip or an adhesive layer by cold pressing.
According to the invention, said main side walls (20, 20A) can be formed from mono or multilayer films, typically chosen from multilayer complexes based on PET, OPP, OPA, PE, PP, aluminum, or extruded films based on PE, PP, PA, EVOH. Similarly, said wall or said secondary wall (s) (3, 3A, 3A ', 3A ", 3B, 3B', 3C) may or may be chosen from a material capable of being sealed on a or on two sides depending on the type of compartment, and typically among: PE, PP, a multilayer material based on PE or PP or comprising PE or PP on its external faces, optionally comprising a layer of barrier material, typically aluminum or EVOH.
Généralement, les parois externes sont formées de films imprimésGenerally, the outer walls are formed of printed films
Quelle que soit la modalité ou variante de l'invention, ledit sachet principal (2) et/ou ledit compartiment secondaire (30, 30A, 30A', 30A", 30B, 30B', 30C) peut / peuvent comprendre un accessoire destiné à faciliter l'utilisation dudit sachet (1), typiquement un bouchon (5), comprenant éventuellement un bi-orifice (50) ou un mélangeur (51), comme illustré sur les figures 1 la à 1 ld.Whatever the modality or variant of the invention, said main bag (2) and / or said secondary compartment (30, 30A, 30A ', 30A ", 30B, 30B', 30C) may / may include an accessory intended for facilitate the use of said sachet (1), typically a plug (5), optionally comprising a bi-orifice (50) or a mixer (51), as illustrated in FIGS. 1a to 1d.

In this sachet mode (1), on the one hand, the product (4 A) contained in the main sachet (2) is extracted by a lateral opening (200) made in the side wall (20), and on the other hand, the secondary wall (3A '), which is external to the main bag (2) closes the opening (200); however, the secondary wall (3A ') defines a secondary compartment (30 A ") which can contain, for example, a notice. This secondary compartment (30 A') is initially closed by a sealing pad (27) which is opened when of the first opening, and comprises a provisional reclosing means (28) represented in the form of a "Zip", that is to say a cooperation of male and female elements situated opposite one another, as shown in diagrammatic on the Figure 4a. Figure 4b illustrates the structure of the upper end (23) of the bag (1). In the present case, the structure of this end does not include a tear line (29, 39), the product (4A) being extracted laterally and not by this upper end.
Modalité f selon les figures 8a et 8b :Mode f according to Figures 8a and 8b:
In these figures, the bag (1) has been shown open. In this bag (1), the main side walls (20), like the secondary walls (3B), are of different length, so that the main filling orifice (22) and the secondary filling orifice (31) are offset: the main orifice (22) being located lower than the secondary orifice (31) in FIG. 8a, FIG. 8b corresponding to the opposite situation. This sachet structure can be advantageous whether it is during the packaging of the products (4A, 4B) or during their consumption or use.
Modality g according to FIG. 9: FIG. 9 is a top view of a bag (1) with its filling holes open, in the case of a bag of the type shown in FIG. 3 a with a secondary wall (3A) contained in the main bag (2). In order to facilitate the separation of the upper edge (35) of the secondary wall (3 A) from the two side walls (20A) to form the filling orifices, the secondary wall (3A) is secured to the side walls (20A), not only by sealing the side edges (21) and the side edges (34), but also by a side seal between the upper end (26) of the main walls (20A) and the upper edge (35) of the secondary wall ( 3 A), portions noted (221) and (310) respectively of these upper ends and of the upper edge (35) being heat sealed. This heat sealing can be carried out for example using a heat shield (9) as illustrated in a process represented in FIGS. 10a, 10b and 15b, in which, the bags being oriented with the lateral opening and not central as in Figures 6b and 7b, it is possible to introduce laterally a heat shield.
Mode h according to Figures 1 la to 1 ld: These figures 1 la to 1 ld relate to sachets (1) provided with plugs (5) - plugs which are typically fixed by sealing during the manufacture of the sachet (1), and introduced laterally in the case of a method of manufacturing as illustrated in FIGS. 10a, 10b or 15b, so as to be secured to the walls of the sachets (1), with or without retaining a main and / or secondary filling orifice, the filling being able to be carried out by the plug, at least when there is a separate cap for each bag or compartment.
