Abstract

The invention relates to a safety belt which is intended for the seats of people-transport vehicles. The inventive belt comprises: two lateral straps (3 and 4) which are wound around respective rollers (5 and 6) which are in turn actuated by a motor-reduction unit (7), one end of the aforementioned lateral straps being equipped with a metal fixing and locking element; two upper straps (10 and 11) which are wound around respective rollers (12 and 13) which are in turn actuated by a motor-reduction unit, one end of said upper straps being equipped with a metal fixing and locking element; a lower front strap (17) comprising two anchors which are fixed to the seat and a fixing and locking element; a body (8) which is used to fix and lock the metal element of the belt straps (1); a unit (18) which is used to control a belt (1) in relation to a seat (2) and which comprises a built-in connector (19); and control centre which can communicate with said units (18).

Description

SEAT BELT. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The following invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification, refers to a seat belt, being applicable to be installed in seats of all types of transport vehicles for people, so that the seat belt for People have an electrical control and locking / unlocking system, whose safety belt can only be operated by means of a portable terminal, connectable to a control box of at least one belt, or from a control center. Thus, the seat belt cannot be manipulated and controlled by the person held by it, but it can only be manipulated by third parties, allowing total control of the people involved in controlling and preventing them from having total freedom during his transport.

In this way, through the safety belt that is presented, it is possible to carry out a transfer, with total safety, of all those people who, for different reasons, must be controlled during their transport. SCOPE.

This report describes a safety belt which is applicable to be installed in seats of all types of vehicles for the transport of people, being of special application for the restraint of people on whom it is desired or should exercise a control.

AMTECEDEMTES OF THE IWVEMCIÓM.

As it is notoriously known, the safety belts for people associated with the corresponding seating positions thereof, are handled directly by the user himself, so that he performs his lock and unlock at will.

Thus, safety belts act as safety elements, only, in the face of certain incidents, but the user can always block and unblock it at will so that they are not useful as valid elements for the control of the people who use them . In this way, when it comes to carrying out transfers of people who must be continuously controlled, such as the case of transferring prisoners, for their control they must have accessory means for their control, the safety belt not being useful that has the seat in which they are located during the journey to be made.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A safety belt for persons is described herein which comprises: Φ two side belts wound at one end on respective rollers driven by at least one motor reducer and at the other end are topped by a metal fastener and blocking; Φ two upper belts wound at one end on respective rollers driven by at least one motor reducer and at the other end are finished off in a metal fastening and locking element; Φ a lower front strap, consisting of two fixed anchors to the seat and a metal locking and locking element; Φ a body for fixing and blocking the metallic element of the different belts forming the safety belt, incorporating a locking system thereof; Φ a control box of at least one seat belt, incorporating a connector for the connection of a portable belt adjustment terminal; or a control center communicated with the control boxes of the different belts related to individual or grouped seats.

The two side belts will be driven by at least one motor-reducer, whose function mechanism, preferably, will be mounted under the seat, housed in a corresponding I® box, while the upper belts, through the user's shoulders, will be activated. by, at least, also, a motor-reducer whose function mechanism will be mounted in a box installed in the back of the seat, so that being the motor-reducers of the endless type without power cannot be moved, avoiding possible unwanted releases.

Thus, the drive of the corresponding motor reducer transmits movement to one or two winding rollers of the respective belt, allowing the pressure to be exerted by the belts on the user to be adjusted.

On the other hand, the lower front strap with respect to the front part of the seat, is arranged between the legs of the user, and has two fixed anchor points to the seat itself, and, the corresponding fixing and locking element to the fixing and locking body thereof.

The fixing and locking body of the belts forming the safety belt incorporates a locking system preventing the unlocking of the belts if, previously, it has not been operated by means of the control system. Also, the fixing and locking body of the belts forming the safety belt incorporates sensors indicating that the belts are locked.

Each of the safety belts is controlled through a control box, so that, preferably, each of the control boxes, by means of a portable terminal connected thereto, will serve to act on two corresponding safety belts. to respective grouped seats.

Also, for the control of the different seat belts there is a control center, through which the different control boxes related to the different pairs of seats will be controlled.

Once the different belts are fixed to the fixing body, the electronic locking system of the metal fastening elements of the belts will be activated, either by means of the portable terminal connected to the control box of the corresponding seat or grouped seats, or by middle of the control center communicated with the control boxes.

Likewise, once the fastening and locking elements of the belts of the safety belt are fixed and locked, the clamping pressure will be adjusted by automatically acting on the motor-reduction gears of the respective belts, allowing to increase or decrease the clamping pressure.

The different control boxes, preferably provided for couples of seats, as well as the control center incorporate luminous and audible activation alarm elements in case of any fraudulent manipulation of the safety belts.

By means of the portable terminal it will be possible to act on those seat belts that are desired, allowing both their blocking and their release, independently of the rest of the seat belts.

The electronic control system can incorporate various accessory functions, such as, for example, allowing simultaneous unlocking, from the control center, of all the fixing and locking bodies of the fixing and locking elements of the belts forming the belts of security.

To complement the description that is going to be carried out below, and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied by a set of drawings, whose figures are illustrative and not limiting , the most characteristic details of the invention are represented.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT.

In view of the aforementioned figures and according to the numbering adopted we can observe how the seat belt 1 for people, associated with the corresponding seat 2, of location comprises two lateral belts 3 and 4, arranged, approximately, at the height of the waist, which at one end are wound in respective rollers 5 and 6 driven by at least one motor reducer 7 and at the other end are finished off in a metal element for fixing to a body 8 provided with a locking system from the same.

Thus, normally, the winding rollers 5 and 6 of the side belts 3 and 4 are mounted in a box 9 installed in the lower part of the seat 2, ® while the body 8 for fixing and locking the belts is in front relationship. Likewise, the safety belt 1 comprises two upper belts 10 and 11 wound at one end in respective rollers 12 and 13 driven by respective motor-reducers 15 and 14 and at the other end they are finished off in a metal element for fixing and locking the body 8. Preferably, the winding rollers 12 and 13 of the side belts 10 and 11 are mounted in a box 16 installed in the back of the seat 2.

As we can see in Figure 3 of the designs in a variant of practical execution, the upper straps can converge in their front part to be anchored and fixed to the body 8 by means of a single fixing element.

Likewise, the safety belt 1 comprises a lower front strap 17 constituted by two anchors fixed to the seat, with respect to its lower front part, and a metal fastening and locking element to the front body 8. For the functionality of the seat belt it incorporates a control box 18 of at least the seat belt relative to a seat 2, incorporating a connector 10 for the connection of a portable terminal for adjusting the belts thereof, although, normally, each of the control boxes 18 will be useful for the function control of two safety belts, corresponding to respective seats 2 close to each other.

On the other hand, the control of all the belts can be carried out from a control center communicated with the different control boxes 18 of the different belts relative to individual or grouped seats.

In this way, once the different belts are fixed to the fixing body 8, the electronic system for locking the metal fasteners of the belts will be activated, either by means of the portable terminal connected to the control box, through a connector 19, of the corresponding grouped seat or seats, or by means of the control center communicated with the control boxes 18. Likewise, the control boxes 18 may have the appropriate means to act on the associated belts.

Thus, the control boxes 18 will have elements 20 indicating the status of the ciníurones relative to them, so that these indexers will be visible through a viewfinder 21 of I ^{to the} lid, allowing to know their status, without opening them , and also incorporate inside the connector 19, as well as a security keyboard 22 through which the different orders can be executed. Once the fastening and locking elements of the belts of the safety belt are fixed and locked, It will adjust the clamping pressure by acting automatically on the drive motor-reducers of the respective belts.

The different control boxes 18, preferably provided for pairs of seats, as well as the control center incorporate luminous and audible activation alarm elements for any fraudulent manipulation of the seat belts.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONE S. 1 ^a .- SECURITY BELT, being applicable to be installed in seats of all types of transport vehicles for people, characterized in that the seat belt (1) for people comprises:

Φ two lateral belts (3) and (4) rolled by one end in respective rollers (5) and (6) driven by at least one motor reducer (7) and at the other end are finished off in a metal element of fixing and locking; Φ two upper belts (10) and (11) wound at one end on respective rollers (12) and (13) driven by at least one motor reducer and at the other end are finished off in a metal fastening and locking element ; Φ a lower frental belt (17) consisting of two fixed anchors to the seat and a metal fixing and locking element;
