In the daily praxis some people, managers, speciali st in all areas, doctors and like are during the whole day interrupted by incom ing massages fixed as mobile, faxes, e-mail and such like. Special the tel ephones are a heavy l oad for the mental stability of the person, who i s called. Thi s is often not good to protect by the receiver, and the result is, that thi s person doesn't do hi s daily work good, by witch a stress situati on can develop for the cal l ed receiver. In short, a number of call s and commun icati on massages must be prevented or just stored in the memory. From the inventor of thi s i nvention is also invented a similar appliance known described as telephonic time switch mechanism "Danobel " and i s in The Netherl ands demanded patent and given patent under n umber 1 01 9 525 , at
07-02-2002 , from inventor SIEMELINK, Evert, Frederik', Diephuisstraat 23a, 9714 GT GRONINGEN.
It concerns an electronic system from a telephone, a time switch mechanism and a energy supply element.
For above mentioned patent is a search to the new posion of the international type executed by the B ureau van de Industiele Ei gendom, on witch the menti oned patent literature i s described farther.
From above described Dutch patent is also a PCT-demand presented on 24-7-2002, on witch the number PCT/NL02/00499 i s given. A number of documents become known from the search of the new position of the patent, witch can be of interest and have possibility of damage concerning the new position of the above descripted Dutch patent-demand. As first patent from the state of the technique can be mentioned the German Gebrauchs uster nr. 295.05 997.4 of KRA ECKER in Berl i n. It concerns a connect direction of a Telecommuni cati on- Connect-Unit (TAE), it means a connection box with a programmable switchclock for the on- and off-switching of these on this box connected devices and that by means of the switch clock, on witch six to twelve switch units are programmable and on witch the electronic switch clock on well known way is programmable by a keyboard and shows the concerning time data by a display. It concerns here a connection box with some possibilities to interrupt or not interrupt si gnal s, call s and l ike to connected telecommunication devices such as telephones and for example faxes, and that works than for fixed previ ously programmed numbers durin g adjusted peri ods.
Farther is known a relevant American patent number 4 480 154 from KLE.E, Marice M, 262 Eucl id Ave, Fairfield, Connecticut 06430. In this American patent is described a device to automatic reduce or on a l ower l evel sounding of a telephone ring si gnal, witch with a 24- hour timer i s adj usted during fixed times, so that when the timer is adj usted one time on the daily period, the ring signal is in a certain way suppressed and that works also for the switching off of an alarm cl ock.
