Abstract

低温動作物品の冷却装置は冷凍機と冷凍機に設けられたコールドヘッドとを有する。第1のペルチェ素子がコールドヘッドに熱接触して固定され、第2のペルチェ素子がコールドヘッドに熱接触して固定される。第1の物品が第1のペルチェ素子に熱接触して配置可能であり、第2の物品が第2のペルチェ素子に熱接触して配置可能である。コールドヘッドは冷凍機によって低温にされ、第1の物品と第2の物品とはそれぞれ第1のペルチェ素子と第2のペルチェ素子によってさらに温度制御され、異なった温度で冷却される。
