Abstract

The invention relates to an assemblable package. The inventive package is made from a laminar template comprising cutting and folding lines which define the assembly flaps and walls thereof. The invention is characterised in that it comprises two identical, independent, straight-prism-shaped compartments with an isosceles triangular section, which are joined by means of a bridge element which extends between the edges corresponding to the vertex of the section opposite the base. The aforementioned compartments are obtained from a single rectangular template comprising eight transverse folding lines which are symmetrical in relation to the transverse axis and which define a central strip. According to the invention, the central strip forms the bridge element which connects the two compartments and four zones on either side thereof, i.e. three inner zones which define the walls of each compartment, and an outer zone which forms a longitudinal assembly flap. Moreover, the transverse edges on either side of the three inner zones extend into lateral flaps which are separated from one another and from said zones by means of folding lines. The lateral flaps also comprise inclined folding lines which form a bellows when the assembly is closed, such that the walls are disposed back-to-back and define the bases of the trapezoidal compartments.

Description

The present invention relates to an armored container, constituted from a laminar template, which offers two independent compartments and whose assembly is achieved by actuation of certain flaps of the template, without the need for adhesives, staples or any other auxiliary element clamping In traditional packaging, formed from a template, when the package offers two or more compartments, these tend to be within a common envelope, in which said compartments are usually defined by intermediate partitions, so that access to any compartment It requires the opening of a common lid. In the package of the invention, the two compartments that comprise it are totally independent, although related to each other, and also have independent covers, so that access to each compartment is carried out without interfering with the other. The container of the invention, as indicated, is constituted from a template that has cut and fold lines, by means of which the walls, covers, tabs or reinforcement flaps, etc., are defined and characterized in that It includes two independent compartments, each equipped with its own lid. Preferably, the two compartments will be the same and have a straight prismatic configuration, of triangular section, being joined through a bridge that runs between the edges corresponding to the vertex that in the section is opposite to the base of the same. The two compartments that make up the package of the invention are obtained from a single rectangular contour template, which has eight transverse bending lines, symmetrical with respect to the transverse axis of the template. These bending lines delimit a central strip of small width, which constitutes the junction bridge of the two compartments, and four zones on each side of the aforementioned central strip. Of these four zones on each side, the three innermost delimit the walls of each compartment while the extreme forms an extreme longitudinal flap of armed. The three intermediate zones on each side, which make up the walls of each compartment, extend from the transverse edges in side flaps that remain in prolongation of said flaps and separated therefrom and from each other by bending lines, so that the extensions of the three zones on either side are separated by an intermediate opening corresponding to the width of the central strip that will constitute the junction bridge of The two compartments. The flaps mentioned, which are an extension of the three internal zones, have oblique fold lines that make up when closing the assembly a bellows whose walls are attached and delimit the bases of the prismatic compartments. Of the three intermediate zones that delimit the walls of each compartment, the two extremes are equal to each other and the central one is smaller in width, to define the base of the triangle section. The exposed constitution and the form of assembly of the package will be better understood with the following description, made with reference to the attached drawings, in which an example of non-limiting embodiment is shown.
En los dibujos:In the drawings:
Por su parte, las solapas lateralesFigure 1 is a perspective view of a package constituted according to the invention, with the two compartments in extension. Figure 2 is a similar view of Figure 1, with the two compartments that make up the container attached to each other. Figure 3 corresponds to the development of the template from which the package of Figures 1 and 2 is obtained. Figure 4 is a perspective of the template of Figure 3, in an intermediate phase of assembly. The package shown in Figures 1 and 2 includes two compartments that are generally referenced with the numbers 1 and 2, the two compartments being the same, with a straight prismatic configuration, an isosceles triangular plan and also remaining both compartments related or connected to each other by an intermediate bridge 3. The compartments 1 and 2, thanks to the dimension of the bridge 3, may be extended, as shown in Figure 1, or laterally attached, as shown in the figure 2. This container, with its two compartments, is obtained from a cardboard template like the one shown in Figure 3, which includes a main piece 4 of approximately rectangular contour with eight transverse fold lines that are referenced with the number 5, two centrals and from them, on both sides with references 6, 7 and 8, occupying all the fold lines 5 to 8 on each side symmetrical positions with respect to the transverse axis of the part 4. The commented fold lines delimit an intermediate bridge 3 and four zones on each side of the mentioned intermediate bridge, which are referenced with the numbers 9, 10, 11 and 12, the areas located on either side of the bridge 3 also being symmetrical with respect to the transverse axis medium. The innermost zones of each side, referenced with the numbers 9, 10 and 11, extend from their transverse edges in side flaps 12, 13 and 14 that are separated from each other by bending lines 15 which are extension of the lines of fold 6 and 7. In addition these side flaps, 12 to 14 are separated from zones 9 to 11, on either side, by means of two fold lines 20 that coincide with the longitudinal edges of the main portion 4. The side flap 13 on each side is also crossed by two oblique fold lines 16 that start from the internal vertices of this flap and reach the center point of the free outer edge. For its part, the side flaps
12 and 14 have an oblique bending line 17 and 18 that departs from the inner edge adjacent to the flap 13 and reaches an intermediate point of the free outer tassel. The zones 12, limited from the transverse fold line 8, constitute a longitudinal reinforcement flap of decreasing width towards the free outer edge. From the template of figure 3, to assemble the container of figures 1 and 2, the side flaps 12, 13 and 14 are folded in the manner shown in figure 4, in which they form a bellows whose edges are defined by the fold lines 16, 17 and 18. Between the fold lines 16 on each side a triangular zone 19 is formed that will delimit the bases of compartments 1 and 2. At the same time it is gone carrying out the partial folding of zones 9, 10 and 11 through the corresponding fold lines 6 and 7. Finally, the end flap 12 is introduced between zones 9 and the side flaps 12 that become part of the accordion fold on either side, so the compartment is definitely closed. The other compartment proceeds in the same way, until the package remains as shown in figures 1 or 2, in which compartments 1 and 2 are related by the intermediate bridge 3. In the example shown in the drawings, zones 9 and 10, which make up two of the side walls of the compartments, are equal to each other, while zone 10 is smaller in width. Thus, compartments 1 and 2 adopt straight prismatic configuration, whose bases are isosceles triangles. In the package of the invention, the two compartments could adopt a different configuration and even be of different dimensions. As can be seen in figures 3 and 4, the template has two small circular openings 22, coinciding with the central part of the folding lines 8, to facilitate the opening operation of compartments 1 and 2, by allowing the introduction One finger to split. The strip that constitutes the bridge 3, limited between the bending lines 5, can have a longitudinal centerline of creasing 23, which will facilitate the attachment of the two compartments.
