WOODEN SHEET
Technical Field The present invention relates to a wooden sheet, and more particularly to a wooden sheet which is installed on the back of various types of chairs to obtain an effect of massage which can relax fatigue muscles through a user's soft waist exercise.
Background Art In general, as shown in FIGs . 1A and IB, a conventional wooden sheet is made of a number of bamboo or birch timber pieces each having an identical shape which are connected and assembled with one another with a durable string, and thus is used as a sheet for the back of a chair. However, since the bamboo or birch timber pieces which are used for the conventional wooden sheet are fabricated as only an identical shape, a small amount of smooth stimulation or cool feeling is given to a user, to thus make the user not expect a soft waist exercise or a massage effect.
Disclosure of the Invention To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wooden sheet which is made of pine tree wood and which is useful for relaxing fatigue or strained muscles of vehicle drivers or persons who sit on chairs for a long time,
in which cylindrical intermediate support rods, cylindrical side support rods and spherical insertion balls are connected and assembled with one another and thus a massage effect is obtained through a soft waist exercise when the wooden sheet is used at the back of a chair. It is another object of the present invention to provide a wooden sheet which plays an auxiliary role of making a user having the habit of a fine posture in order to prevent the waist or chest from being bent. It is still another object of the present invention to provide a wooden sheet which reduces any inconveniences or discomforts due to sweat in the summer season to accordingly help the mental health. To accomplish the above objects of the present invention, there is provided a wooden sheet which is attached to the back of various types of chairs with binding strings attached with conventional Valero tapes, the wooden sheet comprising: long cylindrical intermediate support rods which support the central portion and the edge portions of the wooden sheet; long cylindrical side support rods each which are disposed between the neighboring intermediate support rods; and spherical insertion balls which are longitudinally disposed between the intermediate support rod and the side support rod which neighbors with the intermediate support rod, wherein holes are perforated at the portions where the
intermediate support rods, the side support rods and the spherical insertion balls meet each other and thus the intermediate support rods, the side support rods and the spherical insertion balls are connected with each other via the holes by means of a connection string so that the intermediate support rods, the side support rods and the spherical insertion balls are connected and assembled into a single unit. Preferably, the intermediate support rod and the side support rod each have grooves formed on their outer surfaces so that the grooves are disposed in zigzag fashion in the wooden sheet, with a result that the flat external appearance of the wooden sheet can look visually better. Preferably, the number of the long cylindrical intermediate support rods is three, the number of the long cylindrical side support rods is two, and trie number of the spherical insertion balls is twenty-eight among which seven spherical insertion balls are disposed spaced by a predetermined distance between the intermediate support rod and the side support rod which neighbors with the intermediate support rod.
Brief Description of the Drawings The above and other objects and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof in more detail with reference to the
accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1A is a front view schematically showing a wooden sheet made of a conventional bamboo (A) ; FIG. IB is a front view schematically showing a wooden sheet made of a conventional birch (B) ; FIG. 2 is a front view schematically showing a wooden sheet according to the present invention; FIG. 3A is a side view schematically showing an intermediate support rod in a wooden sheet according to the present invention; FIG. 3B is a side view schematically showing a side support rod in the wooden sheet according to the present invention; FIG. 3C is a side view schematically showing a spherical insertion ball in the wooden sheet according to the present invention; and FIG. 4 is a photo showing a real wooden sheet according to the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention Hereinbelow, a wooden sheet according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGs. 2 to 4, a wooden sheet according to the present invention is made of a pine tree timber which smells a subtle perfume of a pine tree, in which the pine tree timber whose
diameter is 3.7cm and length is 57cm is cut into a long cylindrical rod and then the long cylindrical rod is dried and assembled with other long cylindrical rods and spherical insertion balls. Here, the wooden sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes three long cylindrical intermediate support rods 1 which support the central portion and the edge portions of the wooden sheet in which each long cylindrical intermediate support rod 1 is 3.5cm in diameter and 55cm in length, two long cylindrical side support rods 2 which are disposed between the neighboring intermediate support rods 1, in which each long cylindrical side support rod 2 has a diameter of 3.5cm and a length of 53cm, and twenty-eight spherical insertion balls 3 in which seven spherical insertion balls 3 are longitudinally disposed spaced by a certain distance at intervals between the intermediate support rod 1 and the side support rod 2 which neighbors with the intermediate support rod 1. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, holes are perforated at the portions where the intermediate support rods 1, the side support rods 2 and the spherical insertion balls 3 meet each other and thus the intermediate support rods 1, the side support rods 2 and the spherical insertion balls 3 are connected with each other via the holes by means of a connection string 4 whose diameter is about 0.2mm so that the intermediate support rods 1, the side support rods 2 and the spherical insertion balls 3 are connected and
assembled into a single body. The wooden sheet is also provided with a plurality of binding strings 5 to which conventional Valero tapes are attached taking the safety of the upper and lower portions thereof into consideration, so as to be detachably attached on a chair. The intermediate support rod 1 and the side support rod 2 each have grooves formed on their outer surfaces so that the grooves are disposed in zigzag fashion in the wooden sheet, with a result that the flat external appearance of the wooden sheet can look visually better.
Industrial Applicability As described above, the wooden sheet is used for the back of various types of chairs and shows a massage effect by the bumpy shape thereof together with a subtle perfume of the pine tree. Accordingly, strained and fatigue muscles of users are relaxed, to thus prevent the overstressed workers from making an accident, reduce any inconveniences due to sweats during the summer season, and keep users to have the habit of correct posture. The wooden sheet can be semi-perpetually used. As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to the particularly preferred embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make
various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.
