Abstract

　溶媒である水４、及び物質の原料粒子５からなる被処理液２を収容する処理チャンバ３と、被処理液２に微粒子化のためのレーザ光を照射するレーザ光源１０と、微粒子の凝集を防止するための超音波を照射する超音波振動子２０と、レーザ光源１０によるレーザ光照射、及び超音波振動子２０による超音波照射を制御する制御装置１５とによって製造装置１Ａを構成する。また、マイクロフォン３０及び振動振幅測定装置３５によって処理チャンバ３の振動振幅をモニタし、超音波の周波数を共鳴振動周波数に設定する。これにより、光破砕によって物質を効率良く微粒子化することが可能な微粒子の製造方法、製造装置、及び微粒子が実現される。
