Abstract

 溶媒である水4、及び物質の原料粒子5からなる被処理液2を収容する処理チャンバ3と、被処理液2に微粒子化のためのレーザ光を照射するレーザ光源10と、微粒子の凝集を防止するための超音波を照射する超音波振動子20と、レーザ光源10によるレーザ光照射、及び超音波振動子20による超音波照射を制御する制御装置15とによって製造装置1Aを構成する。また、マイクロフォン30及び振動振幅測定装置35によって処理チャンバ3の振動振幅をモニタし、超音波の周波数を共鳴振動周波数に設定する。これにより、光破砕によって物質を効率良く微粒子化することが可能な微粒子の製造方法、製造装置、及び微粒子が実現される。
