Technisches GebietTechnical field
The invention relates to a wiper for wet and dry wiping of surfaces, comprising a handle with a wiper plate arranged on the bottom end to which a wipe can be interchangeably attached and a tank that can be filled with a liquid, the liquid speed on a surface to be cleaned is sprayable.
Stand der TechnikState of the art
Such wipers are known from WO 98/23200. The known wiper is used to remove stubborn dirt. For this purpose, the tank is filled with a cleaning liquid which can be sprayed in a metered manner onto a surface to be cleaned. The sprayed on the to-clean 'surface cleaning liquid is added during the wiping process of the wiper attached to the wiper plate. Furthermore, wipers with a disposable tank are known, which is filled with a ready-to-use cleaning liquid. It is disadvantageous that the cleaning liquid remains in the tank over a long period of time and the cleaning effect of the cleaning liquid deteriorates due to aging. Furthermore, components of the cleaning agent can get stuck in the wiper. Changing the cleaning liquid is complex because the tank has to be emptied and the cleaning liquid has to be disposed of. The detergent dosage is difficult. If the concentration is too low, the cleaning result is poor; if the concentration is too high, residues of the cleaning liquid remain on the floor to be cleaned.
Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention
The invention has for its object to improve the shelf life of the mopping device and to simplify the cleaning of different floors with coordinated cleaning agents.
This object is solved by the features of claim 1. The subclaims refer to advantageous configurations.
To achieve the object, the wipe has at least one cleaning component and is essentially dry before it is used as intended. This results in a cleaning effect of the wiper device that is independent of the liquid that is in the tank. The wipes are manufactured as disposable wipes and provided with cleaning components. Disposable wipes with cleaning components are inexpensive to manufacture and easy to transport. Because the cleaning components are integrated into the wipe, the cleaning components are gradually released during the cleaning process and a large area coverage can be achieved. A harmful overdosing of the floor with cleaning agents is excluded. On the production side, the wipes can be equipped with various cleaning or maintenance components. This makes it possible to clean different types of floors, for example for parquet and tiles, with coordinated cleaning components without the need to empty and refill the tank. You only have to replace the wipes. Dry wipes are lighter than wet wipes, making transportation cheaper. In the case of dry wipes, the cleaning components are in solid form. A special packaging to protect against drying out can be omitted. Dry wipes with cleaning components have a longer shelf life than wet wipes with cleaning components. Special protective packaging to prevent the wipe from drying out can be omitted. There is no need to use a disposable tank.
The wipe can be formed from a nonwoven fabric with at least one fiber layer made of a fiber material which has a binder arranged at least on one side on the fiber layer, the binder having the cleaning components. Nonwovens are inexpensive and easy to manufacture. Thanks to the binder, the wipe is dimensionally stable and resistant to moisture. Because the cleaning components are integrated in the binder, they do not initially touch the surface to be cleaned to a large extent. When wiping, the cleaning components are gradually released by repeated moistening with water. This means that a large area coverage can be achieved with a cloth.
The wipe can have at least one fiber layer made of a fiber material, the fiber layer having the cleaning components. The cleaning components are arranged homogeneously over the entire fiber layer. By wetting with water, the cleaning components are first in the front layers and later the Cleaning components solved in deeper layers. This ensures a delayed release of the cleaning components and a high area coverage can be achieved during cleaning.
The cleaning components can also be combined in the fiber layer and / or binder. First, the cleaning components that are bound close to the surface are loosened. The cleaning components arranged in the fiber layers are released with a time delay. This results in a high area coverage with equally good cleaning properties.
The cleaner components can contain at least one or more active ingredients from the group of surfactants, perfumes, polymers, waxes, preservatives, complexing agents and / or pH buffers. Surfactants are surface-active substances and make the cleaning process easier. In the field of surface cleaning, surfactants that do not or only slightly foam are preferred because they do not leave any sticky and visible residues on the surface. Perfumes should make the cleaning process pleasant for the consumer. Polymers support cleaning by emulsifying the dirt particles. Waxes have nourishing properties. The formation of germs is prevented by preservatives. Since the cleaning cloth is delivered dry, the concentration of the preservatives can be very low or completely eliminated. Complexing agents have a descaling effect and thereby support the cleaning process. pH buffers set an optimal pH value for cleaning, at which the other cleaning components work optimally.
The liquid can be water. The tank can be filled with water, which is then used as a solvent for those in the wipe Cleaning components work. Water is very inexpensive compared to cleaning liquids. It can be replaced easily and in an environmentally friendly way.
The tank can have an antibacterial finish. Thanks to the antibacterial finish, the water in the tank can be stored for a long period of time, since germ formation is inhibited. The antibacterial equipment can be firmly fixed in the plastic body of the tank or applied in a surface coating. The tank wall has an antibacterial effect. The antibacterial finish can also be water-soluble. In this embodiment, the antibacterial components diffuse into the liquid. Antibacterial inorganic constituents are, for example, metal ions incorporated in zeolites, in particular silver ions. Antibacterial organic components are, for example, bioactive polymers.
