Abstract

Moteur pneumatique créé pour être utilisé avec une machine MRI sans affecter ou sans influencer les caractéristiques magnétiques de la machine MRI. Pendant que certain composants sont faits de fer non oxydable, cette matière est de type non-magnétique. Pendant que ce moteur pneumatique chirurgical peut être utilisé dans des applications non-MRI, il peut aussi être modifié en changeant les matières les plus chères pour être seulement utilisé dans des applications non-magnétiques. Le moteur comprend un moteur à vanne amélioré avec des sillons dans les fuseaux pour augmenter la puissance des faces des vannes et se diviser; les trous dans les le cylindre sont modifiés pour augmenter la zone de scellage entre le fuseau et, position à nouveau les trous cylindriques du canal d’admission et disposer les trous et les creux cylindriques pour améliorer la vie. Les trous de décharge du cylindre sont rangés selon un modèle pour éviter une usure inégale de la bordure des vannes. Le flux de l’air est modifié pour écouler une partie dans le cylindre, autour du cylindre et puis dans le cylindre avant de quitter le moteur et une fiche en forme de croix dans les tuyaux atténue la décharge de l’air du moteur. La chambre principale est dentelée et les dentelles situées contre la chemise de cylindre d'injection et définie un écart d'air pour calorifuger la manette du moteur et la soudure principale est fait à partir de plusieurs disques disposés pour renforcer la durée de la soudure.
