Abstract

A biocatalyst and a process of making the biocatalyst treated water, including depositing biomass into a container; filling the container with a supply of water; mixing the water and biomass to form biologically treated water. The supply of water is continually added to the biologically treated water to cause an overflow the container. As a result, the biologically treated water flows from the container into another container. In the second container, the biologically treated water is diluted with another supply of water. The biologically treated water is then removed through the bottom of the second container, where the biologically treated water passes through a multi-stage filtration system.
