Description

Description
CAP HAVING SUNGLASSES
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a cap having sunglasses, and more particularly, to a cap in which sunglasses-panel is installed, thereby it can be utilized not only for sunglasses but also for various purposes such as a ventilation, a view angle im¬ provement, etc. Background Art
[2] As well known, a cap having a visor for protecting a wearer's s face from infrared rays is widely used. Apart from this, sunglasses is used to prevent a wearer's from feeling of glare and to protect wearer's s eyes from an excessive sunrays.
[3] Conventionally, for the purpose of solving discomforts in wearing or in carrying the cap having a visor and the sunglasses with legs simultaneously, various types of sunglasses cap of which the visor is made from a transparent material and can be rotat ed have been developed. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[4] However, such a cap with sunglasses 1) cannot protect sufficiently a wearer's s face from infra-red rays because the visor is transparent in whole, 2) cannot get a wearer's to feel fresh but get stuffy during the sunglasses is used because a wide area of the visor makes ventilation toward a wearer's s face difficult, 3) cannot represent various senses of fashion and 4) cannot be used like an ordinary cap because it cannot give senses inherent to the ordinary cap.
Technical Solution
[5] The present invention provides a cap having a visor which is capable of protecting a wearer's s face from sun rays or infra-red rays by utilizing an opaque sunglasses-panel as sunglasses to protect wearer's s eyes, providing a fresh feeling by opening an opening part of the visor, providing not only a sense of an ordinary cap but also various senses of fashion by locating the sunglasses-panel at the position of the opening part of the visor or folding upward.
[6] According to the present invention, a cap having sunglasses is provided. In a cap having a visor to protect a wearer's s face from sun rays in front of itself, the cap comprising:
[7] an opaque sunglasses-panel for blocking an opening part formed in the visor; and
[8] a hinged-axis part that is installed between the sunglasses-panel and the visor for enabling the sunglasses-panel rotated freely such as downward to protect wearer's s eyes and upward to open the opening part for ventilating.
[9] Here, it is preferable that the hinged-axis part comprises a multi-angled hinge axis for rotating the sunglasses-panel in various angles and a boss corresponding to the shape of the hinge axis for containing the hinge axis.
Advantageous Effects
[10] The present invention has an advantgage that a wearer's face can protect from sun rays or infra-red rays by utilizing an opaque sunglasses-panel as sunglasses to protect wearer's eyes, providing a fresh feeling by opening an opening part of the visor, providing not only a sense of an ordinary cap but also various senses of fashion by locating the sunglasses-panel at the position of the opening part of the visor or folding upward. Brief Description of the Drawings
[11] The above and other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail exemplary embodiments thereof with reference to the attached drawings in which:
[12] FlG. 1 illustrates a plain view of a cap having sunglasses according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention;
[13] Fig. 2 illustrates a state in which an opening part, shown in FlG. 1, is opened;
[14] Fig. 3 illustrates a state in which sunglasses, shown in FlG. 1, is used;
[15] FlG. 4 illustrates an enlarged view of a hinge axis shown in FlG. 1 ; and
[16] FlG. 5 illustrates a side view of the cap shown in FlG. 1.
Mode for the Invention
[17] The present invention will now be described more fully with reference to the ac¬ companying drawings in which exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown.
[18] According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a cap having a visor to protect a wearer's eyes from sunrays comprises sunglasses-panel 3 and a hinged-axis part 4 in large view.
[19] The sunglasses-panel 3 is made from an opaque material and formed in a shape cor¬ responding to the shape of an opening part 5 of the visor 1 so as to block the opening part 5. It is preferable to form the shape of the sunglasses-panel 3 enough to protect wearer's eyes.
[20] Further, the hinged-axis part 4 is installed between the sunglasses-panel 3 and the visor 3 so that the sunglasses-panel 3 can be rotated freely for example, upward to open the opening part for ventilating or downward for the sunglasses-panel 3 to role itself as sunglasses.
[21] The cap can be utilized as like an ordinary cap by locating the sunglasses-panel 3 to the position of the opening part 5 so as to make the sunglasses panel 3 to block the opening part 5 in usual or maintenance as shown in FlG. 1.
[22] Meanwhile, the cap can be used in the state that the opening part 5 is opened so that a fresh wind can blow toward a wearer's face by folding the sunglasses-panel 3 upward. Also the cap can be used so that sunglasses fashion is produced, by using the sunglasses-panel 3 as like a hear band, by folding the sunglasses-panel 3 toward a head direction as shown in FlG. 2. Also the cap can be used so that the sunglasses-panel 3 roles as sunglasses to protect wearer's eyes by rotating the sunglasses panel 3 downward so as to open the opening part 5 of the visor 1.
[23] Thus it is possible for wind to blow toward a wearer's face through the opening part
5 and for wearer to wear the cap with a fresh feeling because an area of the sunglasses- panel 3 is smaller than the whole area of the visor 1. Also still it is possible for wearer to ware sunglasses with an optical degree.
[24] Although the hinged-axis part 4 may be implemented with a circular stiff hinge axis
(not shown) and a boss (not shown), it is preferable that the hinged-axis part 4 is im¬ plemented with a multi-angled hinge axis 6 and a boss 8 which is inserted into the multi-angled hinge axis 6 and formed in a shape corresponding to that of the multi- angled hinge axis 6 so that the sunglasses-panel 3 can be folded in various angles.
[25] Because the sunglasses-panel 3 is folded in various angles easily and the folded angle of the sunglasses-panel 3 can be maintained as it was, a wearer can fold the sunglasses-panel 3 without a precise adjustment of a folding angle of the sunglasses- panel 3.
[26] The present invention should not be limited to the above embodiment and it should be appreciated by a skilled person in the art that there might be various changes without damaging the sprit of the present invention.
[27] Although it seems that a significant shapes and designs of the present invention such like a shape of the opening part 3, the shape of the sunglasses-panel 3, the shape of the visor 1, etc. are limited to that of drawings shown herewith, the shapes and designs of the article of the present invention can be modified by a skilled person in the art without departing from the sprit of the present invention.
[28] Thus, the scope of the present invention is not limited to a range of the specification but defined by accompanied claims and a technical sprit thereof. Industrial Applicability
[29] According to the cap of the present invention, it is possible to protect a wearer's face from sun rays or infra-red rays, to provide wearer's a fresh feeling because sufficient ventilation can be done through an opening part formed in a visor and to produce various senses of fashion as like an ordinary cap by locating sunglasses-panel at the position of the opening part or by folding sunglasses-panel upward.
