[0001] 本発明は、広告媒体、喫煙説明書、クーポン等の印刷物品を備えたシガレットパッ ケージに関する。
背景技術
[0002] この種のシガレットパッケージは、例えば特表 2002-516237号公報に開示されてい る。この公報のシガレットパッケージは印刷物品としてのクーポンを備えており、このク 一ポンはシガレットパッケージのァゥタケ一シングと、このァゥタケ一シングを包み込 む透明なフィルムとの間に配置されている。
[0003] 上記公報のァゥタケ一シングは、インナパックを包み込むァウタラッパにより形成さ れており、そして、インナパックはシガレット束と、このシガレット束を包み込むアルミ蒸 着紙等のインナラッパとを含む。
[0004] 上述したラッパは、インナパック又はシガレット束の対象物品の回りにそれぞれ折り 込まれ、ァゥタケ一シング又はインナノックを形成する。上述したラッパの折込みは、 互いに重ね合わされるラップ部を形成する。これらラップ部は互いに部分的に接着さ れて 、るだけであるので、ァゥタケ一シング及びインナパックは多数の隙間を有する
[0005] ァゥタケ一シングと透明フィルムとの間に配置されているクーポンは印刷物であるか ら、クーポンからのインク臭がァゥタケ一シング及びインナパックの隙間を通じてシガ レット束、即ち、シガレットやフィルタシガレットに移ってしまい、これらシガレットの本 来の芳香や風味が損なわれる。
[0006] クーポンはァゥタケ一シングの外表面の一部を覆っているから、ァウタラッパの外表 面に印刷された情報は消費者に認知され難い。
[0007] 上述の不具合は前記公報のソフトパッケージのみならず、ヒンジリツドタイプのハー ドパッケージにも同様に発生する。
[0008] 本発明の目的は、クーポン等の印刷物品から発生するインク臭がシガレット束の品 質を悪ィ匕させることがなぐまた、印刷物品がシガレットパッケージの外面を覆うことも ないシガレットパッケージを提供することにある。
発明の開示
[0009] 上記の目的を達成するため、本発明のシガレットパッケージは、シガレット束を内包 紙により包み込んだインナノックと、このインナノックを気密に収容した開閉可能な内 箱と、内箱を収容するヒンジリツドタイプの外箱であって、この外箱の内面と前記内箱 との間に収納スペースを確保する外箱と、収納スペースに外箱から取出し可能に収 納された印刷物品とを備える。
[0010] 上述のシガレットパッケージによれば、先ず、外箱のリツドが開かれたとき、外箱から 印刷物品が取出される。この後、内箱が開かれたとき、インナパック内からシガレット 束の個々のシガレット又はフィルタシガレットの取出しが可能となる。
[0011] インナパック、即ち、シガレット束は内箱内に密封状態にして収容されているから、 印刷物品から発生したインク臭が内箱内に侵入することはない。それ故、シガレットパ ッケージの製造から内箱が最初に開かれるまでの間において、インク臭がシガレット 束に移ってしまうことはなぐシガレット束の品質は良好且つ長期に亘つて維持可能と なる。また、印刷物品は外箱内の収納スペースに収納されているから、印刷物品が 外箱の外表面を覆い、外表面に印刷された情報を隠すことはない。
[0012] 内箱はインナパックの回りに折り込まれるインナブランクを含み、このインナブランク は、ヒートシール可能であるとともにシガレット束からの芳香や風味の成分に対して遮 蔽性を有する。具体的には、インナブランクは、アルミニウム力もなる遮蔽層と、この 遮蔽層の両面に形成され、シートシール可能な榭脂層とを含む。このようなインナブ ランクは、印刷物品から発生するインク臭が内箱内に侵入するのを阻止するば力りで なぐシガレット束力 発生する芳香や風味の成分が内箱外に放出されてしまうことも 阻止する。
[0013] 外箱は、内箱及び印刷物品の回りに紙製のァウタブランクを折り込んで形成され、 上端が開口された箱ボディと、この箱ボディの前記開口を開閉するヒンジリツドとを含 む。具体的には、箱ボディは前壁、左右の側壁、後壁及び底壁を有し、収納スぺー スは、前壁、側壁、底壁及び内箱の前面により区画されている。 [0014] 更に、箱ボディの側壁は、外側パーツ及び内側パーツを有した二重構造をなし、そ して、内側パーツは、収納スペースのサイドを規定し、印刷物品に向けて折り曲げら れた折曲部を有する。この場合、側壁の内側パーツは、折曲部を区画する折込み線 を更に有し、折曲部はァウタブランクの折込みの際、折込み線に沿って折り曲げられ る。この場合、ァウタブランクを改作するだけで、外箱と内箱との間に印刷物品のため の収納スペースが確保される。
[0015] 更に、シガレットパッケージは、収納スペースに配置された多数の芳香カプセルを 更に含むことができ、これら芳香カプセルは、外箱力も前記印刷物品が取り出された ときに破れ、芳香及び風味の成分を放出する。好ましくは、芳香カプセルは、例えば シガレット束から発生する芳香や風味の成分と同様な芳香や風味の成分を放出する 。この場合、喫煙者は内箱を開く前に、シガレット束から発生する芳香や風味を味わ うことができる。
[0016] 具体的には、芳香カプセルは、外箱の内面及び印刷物品の双方に接着剤により接 着され、接着剤は、外箱カゝら印刷物品が取り出されたとき、芳香カプセルを破断させ る。

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0018] 図 1のシガレットパッケージはヒンジリツドタイプの外箱 2を含み、外箱 2は紙製のァ ウタブランクの折込みにより形成されている。外箱 2は上端に開口を有した箱ボディ 3 とと、箱ボディ 3の開口を開閉するリツド 4とを含む。リツド 4は箱ボディ 3の背面にセル フヒンジ 6を介して接続され、セルフヒンジ 6を中心として回動可能である。
[0019] シガレットパッケージは、外箱 2を包み込む透明フィルムを含んでいてもよぐこの場 合、透明フィルムは開封テープを有する。
[0020] 外箱 2内にはタングリッドタイプの内箱 8が収容されており、更に、図 2に示されるよう に、内箱 8はその内部にインナパック 10を密封状態にして収容している。インナパッ ク 10は、例えば 20本のフィルタシガレット FCからなるシガレット束と、シガレット束を 包み込むインナラッパ、即ち、柔らかいアルミ蒸着紙 12とを含む。アルミ蒸着紙 12は 、紙等力 なる薄い基材と、基材の外表面に形成されたアルミニウムの蒸着膜とを有 する。更に、アルミ蒸着紙 12はその一部に切り取り領域を有し、切り取り領域は切り 取り線により区画されている。図 2に示されるように内箱 8が開かれ、そして、アルミ蒸 着紙 12の切り取り領域が切り取り線に沿って切り離されたとき、シガレット束はインナ パック 10の開口力 部分的に露出する。

[0055] 上述したシガレットパッケージによれば、外箱 2のリツド 4が開かれたとき、図 1に示さ れるように箱ボディ 3の開口から内箱 8及び印刷物 36が露出する。この後、印刷物 36 が箱ボディ 3から取出されれば、内箱 8におけるタングリッド 22のタンダ部 26は完全 に露出する。この状態で、タングリッド 22がヒートシールによる接着領域の引き剥がし を伴いながら開かれたとき、内箱 8の開口力もインナパック 19の上部が露出される。こ の後、インナパック 10におけるアルミ蒸着紙 12の切り取り領域が切り取り線に沿って 切り離されたとき、インナパック 10内のフィルタシガレットは図 2に示されるように露出 され、内箱 8、即ち、シガレットパッケージから取出し可能となる。

図 8に示されるようにシガレットパッケージは多数の芳香カプセル 92を含むことがで き、これら芳香カプセル 92は例えば外箱 2の内面と印刷物 36との間に配置されてい る。芳香カプセル 92は外皮と、この外皮内に収容された揮発性芳香剤とを含み、芳 香剤は例えばフィルタシガレット FCが有する芳香や風味と同様な芳香や風味を発生 する。芳香カプセル 92の外皮が破れたとき、芳香カプセル 92は芳香や風味の成分 を放出する。
[0061] 具体的には、芳香カプセル 92の外皮は印刷物 36が外箱 2から取り出されたときに 破れるのが好ましい。これを実現するため、芳香カプセル 92は例えば、外箱 2の内面 と印刷物 36との双方に接着剤 94より接着されている。印刷物 36が取り出されたとき、 芳香カプセル 92の外皮が破け、芳香カプセル 92から芳香や風味の成分が外箱 2内 に放出される。この結果、消費者は、内箱 8のタングリッド 22を開く前に、フィルタシガ レット FCが有する芳香や風味を味わうことができる。
印刷物 36は必ずしも紙に印刷されたものに限らず、印刷が可能であるならば種々 の印刷媒体を使用することができる。

前記内箱を収容するヒンジリツドタイプの外箱であって、この外箱の内面と前記内箱 との間に収納スペースを確保する外箱と、
前記収納スペースに前記外箱から取出し可能に収納された印刷物品と を備える。
[2] 請求項 1のシガレットパッケージにおいて、
前記内箱は、インナパックの回りに折り込まれるインナブランクを含み、このインナブ ランクは、ヒートシール可能であるとともにシガレット束からの芳香や風味の成分に対 して遮蔽性を有する。
[3] 請求項 2のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、
前記インナブランクは、アルミニウム力 なる遮蔽層と、この遮蔽層の両面に形成さ れ、シートシール可能な榭脂層とを含む。
[4] 請求項 1のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、
前記外箱は、前記内箱及び前記印刷物品の回りに紙製のァウタブランクを折り込 んで形成され、上端が開口された箱ボディと、この箱ボディの前記開口を開閉するヒ ンジリツドとを含む。
[5] 請求項 4のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、
前記箱ボディは前壁、左右の側壁、後壁及び底壁を有し、
前記収納スペースは、前壁、側壁、底壁及び前記内箱の前面により区画されてい る。
[6] 請求項 5のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、
前記側壁は、外側パーツ及び内側パーツを有した二重構造をなし、
前記内側パーツは、前記収納スペースのサイドを規定し、前記印刷物品に向けて 折り曲げられた折曲部を有する。
[7] 請求項 6のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、 前記内側パーツは、前記折曲部を区画する折込み線を更に有し、前記折曲部は 前記ァゥタブランクの折込みの際、前記折込み線に沿って折り曲げられる。
[8] 請求項 1のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、
前記パッケージは前記収納スペースに配置された多数の芳香カプセルを更に含み 、これら芳香カプセルは、前記外箱力 前記印刷物品が取り出されたときに破れ、芳 香及び風味の成分を放出する。
[9] 請求項 8のシガレットパッケージにお!/ヽて、
前記芳香カプセルは、前記外箱の内面及び前記印刷物品の双方に接着剤により 接着され、この接着剤は、前記外箱カゝら前記印刷物品が取り出されたとき、前記芳香 カプセルを破断させる。
[10] 請求項 1のシガレットパッケージにおいて、
前記印刷物品は、折畳み状態にある印刷紙である。
