Description

WASHABLE HEATER MUFFLER
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a heater muffler, and more particularly, to a washable heater muffler which is implemented into a double structure including an inner sheath containing a heating wire and an outer sheath surrounding the inner sheath, to thus enable only the outer sheath to be washed when the outer sheath of the heater muffler became dirty.
Background Art
Generally, a muffler is used in order to protect a neck in the cold winter seasons. However, plans for strengthening the heat insulation nature of the muffler itself are unprecedented. However, a waistcoat which contains a heating wire and strengthens a heat insulation nature is proposed in various forms.
Disclosure of the Invention
To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a washable heater muffler having a built-in heating wire therein and which is implemented into a double structure including an inner sheath containing the heating wire and an outer sheath surrounding the inner sheath, to thus enable only the outer sheath to be washed when the outer sheath of the heater muffler became dirty.
To accomplish the above object of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a washable heater muffler comprising an inner sheath containing a heating wire at one end of which a ring-shaped terminal is coupled and in which a terminal coupler is formed at the place where the ring-shaped terminal is located; an outer sheath accommodating the inner shea.th in which an opening and closing portion which can be opened and closed is formed and a coupling groove is formed at a position corresponding to the terminal coupler of the inner sheath; and a power supply which is connected to the terminal and supplies power to the heating wire.
Moreover, it is preferable that the opening and closing portion is formed of a zipper or a slide fastener. Moreover, the power supply comprises: a main body including a rechargeable battery, an operating switch controlling the power to be supplied from the battery, a power display to allow a user to confirm the charging/discharging of the battery, and a male connector formed vertically downwards; a lower plate combined with the main body; and a female connector which is connected with the male connector after the lower plate has been combined with the man body.
Brief Description of the Drawings FIG. 1 shows a state that a washable heater muffler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is used;
FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing a washable heater muffler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 3 is a partly exploded perspective view schematically showing a washable heater muffler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 4 is an enlarged perspective view schematically showing essential components of a washable heater muffler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view cut along a line A-A of FIG. 4.
Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention
Hereinbelow, a washable heater muffler according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to FIGs. 1 through 5, a washable heater muffler M includes an inner sheath 10 containing a heating wire 16, an outer sheath 20 accommodating the inner sheath 10, and a power supply 30 which supplies power to the heating wire 16.
The peripheral portions of the heating wire 16 are processed by needlework or sewing so that the heating wire 16 which is built in the inner sheath 10 may not freely move.
On end of the heating wire 16 is combined with a ring-shaped terminal 14 connected to the power supply 30.
In the case of the inner sheath 10, a terminal coupler 12 connected with the ring-shaped terminal 14 is formed at the place where the ring-shaped terminal 14 is located, and is formed of a circular bore in correspondence to the shape of the ring-shaped terminal 14.
In the case of an outer sheath 20 accommodating the inner sheath 10, an opening and closing portion 22 which can be opened and closed in order to accommodate and take out the inner sheath
10 with respect to the outer sheath 20. It is preferable that opening and closing portion 22 is formed of a zipper or a slide fastener. Here, a coupling groove 24 is formed at a position corresponding to the terminal coupler 12 of the inner sheath 10.
The power supply 30 is connected to the ring-shaped terminal
14 and supplies power to the heating wire 16, and includes a main body 32, a lower plate 34, and a male connector 36 and a female connector 46 which combines the main body 32 and the lower plate 34.
A rechargeable battery 42 is built in a main body 32 of the power supply 30. An operating switch 38 controlling the power to be supplied from the battery 42 to the heating wire 16, and a power display 40 to allow a user to confirm the charging/discharging of the battery 42 are also included in the main body 32. A male connector 36 is formed in the main body 32 vertically downwards.
In the male connector 36 is formed an earthing portion or ground portion 44 with which the terminal 14 is coupled. A male screw portion is formed in the lower portion of the male connector 36.
A lower plate 34 is combined with the main body 32.
A female connector 46 is connected with the male connector
36 after the lower plate 34 has been combined with the man body 32. A female screw portion is formed in the female connector 46 so as to be connected with the male screw portion of the male connector 36.
If the outer sheath 20 of the heater muffler M becomes dirty in use, only the outer sheath 20 is separated from the heater muffler M to then be washed.
The outer sheath 20 accommodates the inner sheath 10 and the power supply 30 is combined with the outer sheath 20 at the normal times. When it is necessary to wash the outer sheath 20 which gets dirty in use, the main body 32 and the lower plate 34 of the power supply 30 are separated from each other. Accordingly, the power supply 30 is separated from the outer sheath 20.
Then, the opening and closing portion 22 of the outer sheath 20 from which the power supply 30 has been separated is opened, and the inner sheath 10 accommodated in the outer sheath 20 is withdrawn. Finally, only the outer sheath 20 is washed.
After washing and drying the outer sheath 20, the inner sheath 10 is put into the outer sheath 20 again. Then, the power supply unit 30 is connected with the outer sheath 20. Moreover, when the rechargeable battery 42 built in the power supply 30 is discharged, the battery 42 is charged using an electric charging adapter to be connected to the battery 42.
As described above, the washable heater muffler according to the present invention has an effect of providing an excellent heat insulation nature since the heater muffler has a built-in heating wire therein and is implemented into a double structure including an inner sheath containing the heating wire and an outer sheath surrounding the inner sheath, to thus enable only the outer sheath to be 'washed when the outer sheath of the heater muffler became dirty.
As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to the particularly preferred embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention. Industrial Applicability
As described above, the present invention provides to a washable heater muffler having a double structure including an inner sheath containing the heating wire and an outer sheath surrounding the inner sheath and enabling only the outer sheath to be washed when the outer sheath of the heater muffler became dirty.
