Description OPENING OF BEVERAGE VESSEL WITH STOPPER
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to an opening structure of a beverage vessel having a lid with a stopper, and more particularly, to an opening structure of a beverage vessel having a lid with a stopper having a tab capable of sliding, which is generally used for tearing off a stopper included in a lid of a top surface of a sealed beverage vessel to open an opening, thereby capable of preventing a damage to a nail and providing a convenience of using. Background Art
[2] In general, a beverage vessel, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, includes a stopper 221 disposed at one side of a lid 220 sealing a top of a container 210 to open easily an opening 223 through which contents can be poured, a tab 230 pivoted by a pin 222 to the lid 220 so that the stopper 221 cannot be parted from the opened opening 223. When the tab 230 is pulled, the stopper 221 is bent down inward to the container 210 by a pressure applied by an edge portion of the tab 230 so as to open the opening 223.
[3] In addition, although not shown in the figure, when the tab is pulled, the stopper pivoted by the pin to the tab is torn off by the tab so as to open the opening.
[4] As described above, the conventional tab for opening the opening by tearing off the stopper disposed in the lid of the beverage vessel is used for tearing off the stopper by hooking the stopper with an edge portion of a finger, so that the tab may damage a nail. In addition, there are problems in that the stopper is torn off with one hand holding the beverage vessel and the other hand pulling the tab is pulled, so that the consumer has to inconveniently use both hands even though the beverage vessel is a small size. In addition, since an area of the opening is large, a large amount of contents is poured out at a time, so that the consumer has to use a straw additionally. Disclosure of Invention

[23] FIG. 13 is an enlarged top plan view of a sliding member according to another embodiment of the present invention. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[24] An opening structure of a sealed beverage vessel having a lid with a stopper according to the present invention is made of a material harmless to the human body. A container 10 may be made of a metal or a synthetic resin such as poly ethylen terephthalate (PET). A lid 20, a sliding member 30, and a tab member 40 may also be made of a synthetic resin. A dirt-preventing cover member 50 may be made of an adhesive vinyl.
[25] The container 10 is filled with contents and sealed with the lid 20. A fixed rivet 22 of a wrinkle-shaped stopper 25 is inserted into a rivet hole 32 of a sliding member 30, and a fixed rail 21 of the lid 20 is inserted into a rail hole 31 of the sliding member 30, so that the sliding member 30 is fixed to the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 securely and assembled to be slid on the fixed rail 21 fixed to the lid 20. Here, the fixed rail 21 of the lid 20 is engaged with a right snag 35 to lock the sliding member 30. Therefore the sliding member 30 is not moved to the right, and the wrinkle-shaped stopper 25 is not torn off so far as an intentional force is applied thereto. The fixed rail 21 fixed to the lid 20 and the fixed rivet 22 of the wrinkle-shaped stopper 25 may be riveted into the lid 20 or manufactured in one body. Shapes thereof may be modified in various manners.
[26] After the sliding member 30 is assembled, a triangular protrusion 33 of the sliding member 30 is closely assembled with a notch 43 of a tab member 40. And fixing protrusions 44 of the tab member 40 are forcibly inserted into the fixing holes 34 of the sliding member 30, so that the tab member 40 is assembled with the sliding member 30 securely.
[27] After the tab member 40 is assembled, in order to prevent contaminants from sticking to surroundings of the opening 26 of the lid 20 when the beverage vessel is moved or kept, the dirt-preventing cover member 50 made of a sanitary vinyl is adhered to cover the wrinkle-shaped stopper 25, the sliding member 30, and the tab member 40. By doing so, the assembling in the present invention is completed.
[28] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the lid 20 may include two of more fixing rails 21a and 21b, and the sliding member 30 may includes two or more rail holes 31a and 31b having left and right snags 35 to align the rail holes 31a and 31b with the fixing rails 21a and 21b so as to more securely prevent the sliding member 30 from moving to the right.
[29] Accordingly, in order to drink contents filled in the container 10, when a consumer tears off the dirt-preventing cover member 50 and presses the pressing portion 41 of the tab member 40 and pushes to the right by using the slip-preventing portion 42 of the tab member 40, a left circumference of the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 is cut by the cutting portion 45, and the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 fixed to the sliding member 30 is torn off in accordance with the movement of the tab member 40. At the same time, the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 is wrinkled and disposed below the triangular protrusion 33 of the sliding member 30, so that the opening 26 of the lid 20 is opened and the consumer can drink contents filled in the container 10 through the opening 26. Here, the top surface of the slip-preventing portion 42 of the tab member 40 is uneven, and a right side of the slip-preventing portion 42 is higher, thereby preventing a finger from slipping. In addition, a part of the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 which does not form the opening 26 is connected with the lid 20, thereby minimizing a size of the opening 26. In addition, the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 is a thin plate, and grooves 23 are formed therein, thereby tearing off easily the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25. In addition, the supporting portion 24 of the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 holds the tearing wrinkle- shaped stopper 25, thereby preventing the wrinkled wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 from moving to the opening 26. In addition, the fixed rail 21 of the lid 20 is engaged with the left snag 35 to lock the sliding member 30, thereby preventing the opening 26 from closing.
[30] According to the present invention, wrinkled parts of the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 are shown to be in spiral triangular uneven connection shape where the grooves 23 are formed. However, the wrinkled parts may be modified in various shapes including an arc uneven connection shape. [31] When the contents remain in the container 10, the consumer may pull the tab member 40 to the opening 26 in an initial position, so that the wrinkled parts of the wrinkle- shaped stopper 25 are unwrinkled so as to re-close the opening 26 of the lid 20 although not sealed. [32] While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Therefore, the invention should not be construed as being limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
Industrial Applicability [33] Accordingly, the present invention may apply to vessels for containing beverages and vessels made of a metal or a synthetic resin, thereby being used in various fields such as food and beverage industry.
