Abstract

A system for converting combustion devices into hybrids, wherein liquid compositions are initially located in a tank before exiting same through a line and being fed to the electronic apparatus via a filter. At first, evaporation and partial atomisation are carried out in said apparatus and the molecular and intramolecular bonds are broken by ultrasound treatment using a predetermined type of high-frequency waves, whereafter the resulting liquid compositions are molecularly arranged by polarity by exposing them to a predetermined type of magnetic field generated by a high-power electromagnet. The resulting treated liquid is transferred through a line so that once it has been siphoned up it is mixed with pressurised air. As a result, said effect as well as an ideal air/liquid mixture and atomisation thereof by means of a special type of Venturi design are achieved, and the mixture can be delivered to the combustion area without being affected by pressures, negative pressures or counter-pressures, and it is easier to achieve total dissociation using the heat of combustion or a combination of heat and pressure. The components of the liquid compositions are thus incorporated into and participate in the combustion process.

The present invention relates to a system for converting combustion apparatuses into hybrids that allows the conversion of thermal engines, boilers, furnaces, and in general any apparatus in which combustion processes (violent oxidation) of fossil fuels are carried out, partially replacing said fossil fuels by liquid formulations, which may or may not contain water in different proportions.
ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA ANTERIORSTATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
This invention has been developed from the peremptory need to mitigate a serious and new world event: climate change and the greenhouse effect.
Humanity is becoming aware of this from the severity and the increasing accumulation of catastrophes motivated by the release of greenhouse gases, a phenomenon on which technicians had already warned, and which determined that most countries in the world They will sign the Kyoto protocol.
It is known that the bleak global climate landscape is motivated by the release of greenhouse gases and, in particular, by CO2 emissions from the combustion of this type of fuel.
It is not yet possible to replace the global energy matrix based on the intensive use of hydrocarbons - and on which the accelerated development of humanity of the last hundred years has been sustained - by a new model based on the use of clean energy and renewable, among which hydrogen stands out. That is why the world has begun the journey of an intermediate stage between both energy matrices and is known as the era of hybrids. The new devices based on mixed operation will contribute to prolong the cycle of oil depletion and reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.
In the prior art there are patents, such as a "Device for injecting water into the combustion chamber of internal combustion engines", requested by Jorge Ornar Fioramonti on December 29, 1994, which are based on the injection of water into the engines of internal combustion with the main objective of increasing its power and, eventually, saving fuel by using devices that effect a drip or ingress of water due to depression in the intake. This operation is performed mechanically using the force of gravity independently or assisted by some type of pump or by the depression existing in the admission of these motors.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNEXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Unlike the prior art, the objective of the new invention is, given a new and serious phenomenon such as climate change and the emission of greenhouse gases, the transformation of internal combustion engines and also of boilers, furnaces and all the apparatus where a combustion process is carried out, to achieve the hybrid operation by decoupling different formulations and thus contributing to perfect the combustion process, thereby qualitatively reducing the use of fossil fuels, although quantitatively the total consumption can be equal or not by adding to the traditional fuel the added liquid formations.
As mentioned, the system of the present invention allows the conversion of thermal motors, boilers, ovens, etc. to achieve that operate in a hybrid way, partially replacing the consumption of fossil fuels with liquid formulations, which may or may not contain water in different proportions. For this, said liquids are subjected, among others, to a previous electronic process. The purpose pursued by the present invention is achieved with the electronic treatment of the different liquid formulations, which, before entering the place where the combustion takes place, are atomized, partially vaporized and their molecular and intra-molecular bonds are separated by ultrasound high frequency Subsequently, such liquid formulations are ordered in molecular form by applying a certain polarization intensity that provides a magnetic field generated by a high-power electro-magnet. This allows the entry of the air-liquid mixture to the place where the combustion is carried out in the state of partial atomization and vaporization, ordered in polar form and with the broken or weakened molecular and intra-molecular bonds. This facilitates its total dissociation, depending on the type of combustion, by heat or by the combination thereof plus pressure, and incorporated into the components of the liquid formulations mentioned to the combustion process and participating in it. It is a feature of the present invention the fact of not using water, but liquids from different additive formulations in which water may or may not be a component thereof. In different proportions.
In addition, to introduce the liquid formulations in the place where the combustion takes place, neither the force of gravity, assisted or not, nor depressions is used.
Another fundamental characteristic is that the operation is not mechanical, but electronic and then pneumatic. As a precondition to the entry into the place where the combustion takes place, an electronic treatment of the liquid formulations to be used, which are atomized, is carried out. partially vaporized and also partially dissociated their molecular and intra-molecular bonds, using ultrasound with waves of a certain high frequency and then the liquid formations, in that state, are ordered in molecular form by means of a polarization that is achieved with a field Magnetic of certain characteristics generated by a high-power electro-magnet.
Posteriormente, los líquidos se introducen en el lugar donde se efectúa Ia combustión después de recibir el tratamiento electrónico de Ia manera descrita, parcialmente vaporizados, disociados y ordenados en forma molecular, no solo en estado de dispersión (gotas de orden de un milímetro de tamaño) sino en estado de atomización (gotas de orden del micrón o por debajo del mismo).Subsequently, the liquids are introduced in the place where the combustion takes place after receiving the electronic treatment in the described manner, partially vaporized, dissociated and ordered in molecular form, not only in a state of dispersion (drops of order of one millimeter in size ) but in a state of atomization (drops of micron order or below it).
Thus, the liquids can be introduced at the place of combustion in the state of atomization and vaporization, ordered molecularly by polarities and with the molecular and intra-molecular bonds broken or weakened in order to facilitate their final dissociation and thus actively participate in the process of combustion.
When the inlet is made, the liquids already processed and atomized are mixed with air forming an ideal liquid-air mixture of adjustable volume and pressure. In order to achieve that ideal liquid-air mixture, the atomization and the regulation thereof allow the entry to the place where the combustion is carried out, the gravity force, assisted by pump or not, or any type of depression is not used, but air at pressure that it causes on the liquids to enter a siphon effect thanks to a special design, in the air flow, of the venturi type.
