Description
CONNECTION TOOL FOR ELECTRIC WIRES
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a connection tool for electric wires
Background Art
[2] The present invention relates to a connection tool for electric wires, and in particular to a connection tool for electric wires in which an accommodating space is formed at a connection part which connects electric wires for an electric flow of an electric wire which transmits electric power, and a filler having good waterproof, adhesive and insulation properties is filled in the space, and a connection tool is formed for protecting an outer structure for thereby preventing a short circuit owing to an external pressure as well as a short circuit and spark phenomenon owing to ageing, so that it is possible to prevent fire damage owing to a disconnection of electric power and shirt circuit for thereby extending a service life of electric wire connection.
[3] Generally, an electric wire represents a wire which is able to transmit an electric power or electric signal and is classified into a spiral wire and insulation electric wire. Various wires may be provided depending on the use of the same.
[4] The spiral wire is generally made of a copper which has a best function. However, aluminum wire or steel wire may be used with its advantage in tensional strength. The spiral shape of copper is classified into a single wire and a smooth wire. When the cross section of the single wire increases, it is hard to bend it. In case that the spiral structure of a power transmission and distribution electric wire is large, a naked smooth wire is used. For an electric power transmission cable, a steel wire cored aluminum smooth wire in which a steel wire is used for a core or a cooper alloy wire may be used for increasing a tensional strength. The spiral wire used for an electric distribution wire is called as a light copper wire and has a larger tensional strength as compared to a light copper wire which is used for a wining of an electric instrument.
[5] In addition, an insulation wire is made by coating a single wire or smooth wire with an insulation material. An insulation material consists of rubber, enamel, vinyl, cotton, etc. and is made for an indoor or outdoor purpose. An electric wire used as an accessory of an electric instrument should be easily bent. Multiple single thin wires are twisted and used as a core wire for thereby manufacturing a cord. An outer layer is coated on the cord which can be used at a place where external impact may be applied or which is used while moving. An insulation electric wire used for a winding of a transformer, an electric generator, an electric motor, etc. has a circular or rectangular cross section and is made of a light cooper wire. For an electric insulation, vinyl,
paper, cotton, etc. is used. The insulation may be further provided depending on the voltage level of an electric instrument. A cable is made by further insulating depending on the use of voltage and adding a mechanical protection for the use under ground. The cable is classified into a single core, a double core, a triple core, etc. The cable may be made for a high voltage of above 100 thousand voltages. The electric wire is designed to flow current. Even when it is used for long time period, no changes are found in electric resistances. However, when a certain portion is repeatedly applied with an external mechanical force, it may become a short circuit owing to its over fatigue.
[6] The thusly made electric wire enhances an insulation performance with the changes in its coating material and coating type. A new technology is developed for preventing the short circuit of a coated material depending on aging.
[7] The conventional connection state of electric wire which is used for connecting electric wires will be described with reference to Figure 1.
[8] A connection wire 6 is provided at one side of an electric supply part 4 connected with an electric wire 5 which supplies electric power. A supply wire 8 is provided at a consumption part 7 which consumes electric power. A connection wire 6 and a supply wire are connected. Electric power supplied to the electric power supply part 4 with an electric wire 7 is supplied to the consumption part 7 via the connection wire 6 and the supply wire 8.
[9] A connection wire and supply wire connected for supplying electric power are connected with an electric wire being wound on their outer sides, and an insulation tape is wound on an outer side of the same for preventing conduction of electric power. Electric power may be conducted to an insulation part which is weak to moisture based on an electric characteristic that electric power can easily conduct, so that any loss occurs in the electric power. As the electricity is exposed to outside, when a person or an animal passes near the same, the person or animal may be hurt owing to electric power. In worse case, the person may die.
[10] In addition, as the connection part is aged, the connection force between the connection wire and the supply wire may become weak, so that a spark phenomenon or leakage problem occurs for thereby causing a big fire. The insulation tape wound for insulating a connection part should be wound with hands, so that when an installation space is narrow, it is impossible to correctly install the same. So as to enhance an insulation property of the connection part, the Korean utility model registration number 200359564 discloses a sealing means for connecting a high voltage cable. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, there are provided a hollow cylindrical center part 10 made of an insulation material, and a hollow cylindrical heat contraction tube 20 which is provided at both ends of the center part 10 with each being inserted onto the end of the center part 10. A connection part of a high voltage surrounds the center part 10. The heat
contraction tube 20 is engaged at a coating part of a high voltage for thereby preventing an input of water into the interior.
[11] According to the conventional high voltage connection part, a heat contraction tube is provided at both sides about the center part formed of an insulation material. As heat is transferred to the heat contraction tube, and the heat contraction tube is engaged at an electric wire for thereby preventing an input of water. So as to fix a heat contraction tube to the connection part, it is heated and melted by a heating member. At this time, the heat may damage the coated part of the connected electric wire.
[12] In addition, according to the high voltage connection part, the synthetic resin electric wire coating and heat contraction tube are made of similar materials weak to heat. When they are heated, the coating of the electric wire melts together, so that the inner wires may be damaged for thereby causing a short circuit.
[13] According to the conventional high voltage connection part, the heat contraction tube is heated and melted on the electric wire, so that it is directly affected depending on the flow and pressure of the electric wire. As the electric wire is aged, the connection part is also aged, so that the service life decreases. In addition, according to the conventional high voltage connection part, the heat contraction tube and the center part are engaged at the connection part. So, when a constant pressure or flow occurs at the electric wire, since the synthetic resin connection part formed in a tube shape is not stably connected, only moisture is prevented from being transferred to the connection wire, so that the above construction is not economical despite the cost and hard installation work of the materials. In addition, according to the conventional high voltage connection part, the electric wire is inserted into the hollow heat contraction tube and center part and is heated and melted on the same. So, the flow of the electric wire in the interior is not prevented, so that leakage and spark problems may occur at the connection parts owing the flow. In addition, according to the conventional high voltage connection part, since it is attached with a heat contraction tube that is melted by heat, fire may occur owing to the short circuit or spark problem at the electric wire. So, the conventional art has a safety problem. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[14] Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the above problems.
[15] It is another object of the present invention to provide a connection tool for electric wires an accommodation space is formed in the interior, and an electric wire connected in the interior of a connection body having a fixing means is inserted into an end, and a filler injected in a liquid state having an excellent waterproof, adhesive and insulation

An airtight and waterproof are obtained, and a discharge and conduction possibility are prevented for thereby enhancing stability.
[18] In the present invention, a filler is filled in a liquid state in a state that the wires are connected in the interior of the connection body and is solidified after a certain time period for thereby minimizing the movement of connected parts. Since less influences with respect to the displacement of the weight is formed at the connection parts, it is possible to prevent short circuit and current leakage. The short circuit accident and fire may be prevented for thereby significantly enhancing stability.
[19] In the present invention, the connection part formed of the connection body and the filler made of a silicon resin is made of an anti corrosion material and is solidified in a state that the wires are connected in the interior for thereby extending the service life of the product against aging.
[20] In the present invention, the filler is filled in a state that the wires are inserted into the wire connection body, so that an assembling and installation work is easy at a narrow area in which the connected position is not east to connect with other insulators for thereby enhancing an installation performance.
[21] When a plurality of wires are connected, a divide part may be formed, and the connection body is transformed in a shape which is connected with a connection pin, and a filler is filled in the interior , so that the present invention may be adapted in
various shapes depending the types of connections and the number of wires connected for thereby enhancing a universal use of the product.
