Abstract

Ein Justier- und Führungssystem zur Führung von Werkzeugen (1) bezüglich eines Werkstücks (2), wobei das Justier- und Führungssystem nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: Ein Navigationsystem (3), eine erste Referenzpunkteinheit (4), die an dem Werkstück (2) befestigbar ist, eine erste Schablonenaufnahme (5), die an dem Werkstück (2) befestigbar ist, eine zweite Referenzpunkteinheit (6), die an der ersten Schablonenaufnahme (5) befestigbar ist, eine Schablone (7), die nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: Ein Kupplungsstück (7a), das zu der ersten Schablonenaufnahme (5) paßt, eine Werkzeugführung (7b), die zu dem zu führenden Werkzeug (2) paßt, eine arretierbare Koppelvorrichtung (7c), eine Schabloneneinstellvorrichtung (8), die nachfolgende Merkmale aufweist: Eine zweite Schablonenaufnahme (8a), die mit der Schabloneneinstellvorrichtung (8) verbunden ist, wobei die erste und die zweite Schablonenaufnahme zueinander identisch sind, eine Werkzeugführungskupplung (8b) zur definierten Verbindung der Werkzeugführung (7b) der Schablone mit der Schabloneneinstellvorrichtung (8), eine Justiervorrichtung (8c) mit definiert verstellbaren Justierelementen zur definierten Ausrichtung der Werkzeugführungskupplung (8b), wobei an den Justierelementen (8c) Meßskalen vorgesehen sind.
