The groove (5) can be T-profiled or can have trapezoidal profile. In the case, the groove is T-profiled, the T-base is located on the surface of side plate (1, 2) and the means (6) for mounting in groove (5) in side plate (1, 2) is T-profiled or is formed by at least one panel. When the groove (5) has trapezoidal profile, the means (6) for mounting in groove (5) in side plate (1, 2) is formed by a body with at least one trapezoidal cross section.
Description
Building formwork assembly
Technical field
5 The invention concerns the building formwork assembly designed for creation of vertical thermo-insulated cast-concrete walls.
Description of prior art
10 It is known that wooden or metal formworks are used for casting of vertical walls of concrete constructions, where the formworks are removed after concrete set up. Moreover, absorptive formworks, made of sheet metal or plastics are known, where the formworks remain parts of the wall after concrete setup. If improved thermo-insulating properties are required, additional therrno-insulating materials are attached to wall surface, e.g. expanded
15 polystyrene foam or mineral fibre panels, covered by plastic or metal profiles from outside. Disadvantage of additional mounting of thermo-insulating materials to the concrete wall surface is high labour content, increasing building costs
The CZ Utility model no. 7465 features building blocks made of polystyrene. The building block consists of the basic part formed by side plates and side cover, where the side plates 20 are provided with locks both on the top and bottom sides. Connecting bridges are provided in the building block inner space to be filled with concrete. The connecting bridges are a fixed part of the building block.
A disadvantage of the use of such blocks for building of in-situ concrete cast -walls is reduced strength of the wall formed as the bridge mass is not negligible due to building 25 block strength required, which reduces resulting wall strength
Disclosure of invention
The mentioned disadvantages are removed by the building framework assembly the 30 substance of which is that it is formed by mutually collapsible and connective side plates and struts, where the side plates are provided with grooves on the concrete side while the struts are provided on both free ends with means for mounting in groves inside plates. Alternatively, the groove is T-profiled where the T-base is located on the surface of side plate and the mean for mounting in grove in side plate is T-profiled or is formed by at least
one panel. According to another alternative, the groove profile has trapezoidal profile, and the mean for mounting in groove in side plate is formed by a body with at least one trapezoidal cross section.
The advantage of the invention is low labour content needed for formwork assembly. where the strength of thermo-insulated concrete wall is not reduced due to thermo- insulation present.
Description of the drawings
Figures 1 , 2 and 3 show Example 1 where Figure 1 represents frontal view of the side plate inner wall designed to form one line of the building framework assembly. Figure 2 represents a plane view of the part of the building framework assembly in the point where window opening starts and Figure 3 shows a side view of the assembly. Figures 4, 5 and 6 show Example 2, where Figure 4 represents the frontal view of the side plate inner wall designed to form one line of building formwork and Figure 5 represents the plane view of a part of the building formwork assembly in the place of free-ended wall. Figure 6 shows the side view of the assembly.
Examples of invention
Example 1
Building formwork assembly as per Example 1 is designed for casting of vertical concrete of building and comprises two opposite facing formworks, where the formwork located on the future inner building wall comprises mutually assembled inner side plates 1, while the formwork located on the future outer building wall comprises assembled inner side plates 2. The inner and outer side plates 1,2 are mutually connected by means of locks 4 that are located on the upper and lower surfaces of side plates 1,2. Inner side plates I are mutually connected with the outer side plates 2 by struts 3, Inner side plates 1 and outer side plates 2 are provided with vertically oriented grooves 5 on the concrete casting side. Strut 3 ends are inserted in the grooves 5, where each strut 3 is provided with means 6 for mounting in groove 5 at each its free end. The means 6 is formed by one or two rectangular or circular panels set perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of strut 2. If means 6 is formed by one panel, then this panel is inserted into groove 5, If means 6 is formed by two panels, then
only the outer panel is inserted into groove 5, while the panel closer to the centre of strut 3 fits close to the inner wall of the outer or inner side plates 1,2, i.e. either to protrusion 8 or recess wall 7.
Moreover, the inner and outer side plates 1,2 are provided on the concrete casting side with longitudinal, parallel, adjacent recesses 7 and protrusions 8 designed for lock-type connection of inner and outer side plates 1,2 with concrete. In the place of future doors or windows or in the place of future free wall end, partitions 9 provided with extended rims 11 on their edges are inserted in recesses 7.
Example 2
Example 2 differs from Example 1 in that grooves 5 have trapezoidal profile. Struts 3 of rectangular or circular cross section are used for mutual connection of inner and outer side plates 1,2. Free ends of struts 3 of circular cross section are provided by means 6 for mounting in grove 5 , where the means 6 for mounting in grove 5, are connected with strut 3 in the place of their narrowest side wall. Free ends of struts 3 of circular cross section are provided by frustum-shaped means 6 for mounting in groove 5, where the means 6 for mounting in grove 5 are connected with strut 3 in the place of their smaller base.
